Comparison of Durability for PUA Type Resin using Wear and Nano-indentation Test

Films with special properties (e.g., water-repellent films, optical films, anti-reflection films, and flexible films) are referred to as functional films. Recently, there has been interest in fine patterning methods for film fabrication. In particular there have been many studies that use a UV nanoimprint process involving a UV curing method. In this paper, a polymer film was fabricated by the UV nanoimprint process with a micro-pattern, and its durability was evaluated by a wear test and a nano-indentation test. The film mechanical properties (such as coefficient of friction, hardness, and modulus of elasticity) were measured. Moreover, the choice of PUA type resin used in the UV nanoimprint process was confirmed to impact the durability of the thin film. Despite making the polymer film samples using the same method and PUA type resin, different coefficient of friction, hardness, and modulus of elasticity values were obtained. PUA 4 resin had the most favorable coefficient of friction, hardness, and modulus of elasticity. This material is predicted to produce a high durability functional film.

Chemical treatment, UV-light and filtration are water-supply’s disinfection method of microbe. UV-Disinfection has emerged as the best available technology of water treatments for inactivation of microbe. UV-light provides reliablity for microbe inactivation, whitout the formation of disinfection byproduct. however design of UV-Reactor is very difficult due to high-cost of test facilities and uncertainty. Therefore CFD tool become a mainstay for the design precess of UV-Reactors. For the reduction of experimental cost, particle in CFD assume to MS2 Phage that microbiologic for study. Thus analyzed about Particle Tracking method influence to Reduction Equivalent Dose.
Embedded Type 분산 추진 장치의 입·출구 형상 및 위치 변화에 따른 융합익기의 공력해석

무인항공기의 정찰 및 정보 수집 능력을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 장기 체공 능력이 요구된다. 분산 추진 장치는 대형 추진 장치를 복수의 소형 추진 장치들로 대체하여 추력을 얻는 장치이다. 날개의 스팬 길이를 따라 넓게 분포하여 효율이 증가하며, 유동의 흡입을 통해 경계층을 제어하고 출구에서 분사되는 흐름이 항공기에 부착되어 흐르기 때문에 양항비가 증가한다. 본 연구에서는 전익기·융합익기와 분산 추진 장치가 장기 체공 성능을 향상시키는 점에 착안하여 연구를 수행하였다. Eppler 337 에어포일 유닛에 추진 장치의 위치 및 입·출구 가로세로비 변화에 따라 나타나는 공력특성을 분석했다. CFD를 사용하여 공력해석을 수행하였고, 빠른 해석 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 팬 영역에 작동판 이론을 적용하였다. 양항비와 모멘트 비교를 통해 추진 장치의 위치 및 형상을 결정하고자 한다. UAVs for reconnaissance and intelligence operations require long endurance capability, which demands high efficiency of the propulsion system. The distributed propulsion system(DPS) generates the thrust by replacing a large propulsion system with a number of small propulsion systems. A DPS distributed along the wing span can produce gains in propulsion efficiency by reducing ejection velocity. Also, the ingestion of boundary layers through the distributed DPS inlet and ejecting flow from the outlet can improve the lift to drag ratio of the vehicle. This study investigates the effects of locations and size of the inlet and outlet of the DPS on the blended-wing-body design based on Eppler 337 airfoil, with a CFD tool. The fans in the DPS are modeled as actuator disks for computational efficiency. The best location and aspect ratio of the inlet and outlet are found from lift-to-drag ratio and pitching moment considerations.
복합 순환 운동 프로그램이 폐경 후 여성의 체력, 신체구성, 대사성증후군 위험 요인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of mixed circuit exercise program on physical fitness, body composition, and risk factors of metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal women. We studied 19 obese postmenopausal women, aged 52.6±1.1 years, who had not exercised regularly, volunteered to participate in a mixed circuit exercise program as a subject. The subjects completed a 16 weeks exercise program consisting of mixed circuit exercise performed 3times/week at 60~70 HRmax. and They had supervised program consisting of 75 min circuit exercise program. The mixed circuit exercise training was composed of circuit exercise, thera band, and gymball exercise. The measurement items included Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂max), Muscle strength, Muscle endurance, power, flexibility, agility, and balance. Therefore, the visceral fat area (VFA) and subcutaneous fat area (SFA) were estimated by computed tomography. Sixteen weeks of combined exercise training produced significant improve on physical fitness, body composition, and risk factor of metabolic syndrome (p<0.05). In conclusion, mixed exercise program did showed positive effect in postmenopausal women and exercise participation may be protective against developed of metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal women.
