        서비스디자인 방법을 활용한 기업 내 연구지원 프로그램 개발 연구

        새로운 핵심 기술 확보와 R&D 생산성을 높이기 위한 방안에 대한 관심은 점점 높아지고 있는 반면, R&D활동을 촉진하거나 저해하는 환경적 요인 및 연구원이지닌 업무적 동기와 욕구, 추구하는 가치 등에 대한연구는 충분히 수행되지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 사람 중심의 접근 방식인 디자인 씽킹(Design Thinking)에 기반을 둔 서비스디자인 방법론을 활용, 기업 연구원의 실제 업무 환경 및 일터에서의 삶과 여가 생활등을 살펴보는 과정을 통하여 연구원의 니즈(Needs)와페인 포인트(Pain Points) 등을 파악하였다. 도출된 내용을 바탕으로 기업 내에서 활용 가능한 연구지원 프로그램 40종과 시나리오를 구성하였고, 이 최종 결과물을 연구원이 일하고 싶은 업무 환경 마련을 위한 하나의 방안으로서 제안한다. 연구 대상은 국내 전자 통신및 화학 분야 대기업에서 근무 중인 연구원이며, 연구진행 방식은 크게 Sensing, Understanding, Developing, Delivering 순의 4단계로 구성되었다. Sensing 단계에선연구원 9명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여, 실제 업무환경과 각 조직 간 소통 시 장애 요소를 이해하고 연구원 개개인의 삶, 가족, 여가, 업무 간의 밸런스와 각요소별 가치, 니즈(Needs) 등을 살펴보았다. Understanding 단계에선, 24명의 연구원을 대상으로 컬처럴프로브(Cultural Probes)를 진행, 개인의 여가 모습 및 업무와 관련한 내재적 동기 등을 파악하였다. Sensing과 Understanding 단계에서 도출된 내용을 바탕으로 연구원을 대표하는 특성을 정리하여 4가지의 유형으로 나누는 세그먼팅(Segmenting) 작업을 진행하였고, 페르소나(Persona)를 도출하였다. Developing 단계에선, 내부 워크숍(Workshop)과 24명의 연구원을 대상으로 한 코크리에이션 워크숍(Co-Creation Workshop)을 진행하여, 프로그램 컨셉을 구체화하였다. 마지막으로 Delivering 단계에선, 기업 내에서 활용 가능한 연구지원 프로그램 40종과 시나리오를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 최종 결과물인 연구지원 프로그램과 시나리오는 연구원의 직무 만족감과 몰입도를 높이는 업무 환경을 마련하기 위한 서비스디자인의 첫 시도이자 결과물로서의 가치를 지니고 있으며, 향후 국내 기업의 연구원의 잠재적 능력 향상과 업무 의욕 고취를 위한 실용적 수단으로 활용될 것이다. While there is a growing interest in securing new core technology and increasing productivity, research is not being sufficiently done on environmental factors promoting or hindering R&D activities and on researchers`` motive and desire for their work, values they pursue, etc. Accordingly, this study has investigated researchers`` needs and pain points through an examination of company researchers`` actual working environment, their life at the workplace, what they do in their spare time, etc, by using a Service Design methodology based on Design Thinking, a human-centered approach. Based on the derived results, we have organized 40 types of Employee Support Programs and Scenarios that can be used within companies and we propose these final results as one way to create a working environment in which researchers prefer to work. The subjects were researchers working at large Korean companies in the field of electronics and telecommunications and chemistry. The research was carried out in 4 stages in the order of Sensing, Understanding, Developing and Delivering. In the stage of Sensing, by interviewing 9 researchers, we became aware of their actual working environment and problems in communication between organizations and examined the balance between their personal life, family, spare time and work and the value of and their needs concerning each of these elements. In the stage of Understanding, by conducting cultural probes for 24 researchers, we examined how they spend their leisure time, their intrinsic motivation for work, etc. Based on the results derived from the stage of Sensing and Understanding, we organized characteristics typical of the researchers, conducted segmenting to classify them into 4 types and derived their Persona. In the stage of Developing, we conducted an Internal Workshop and a Co-Creation Workshop involving 24 researchers, based on which we concretized the concepts of the programs. Lastly, in the stage of delivering, we derived 40 types of Employee Support Programs and Scenarios that can be used within companies. The Employee Support Programs and the Scenarios, the final results of this study, have their value as the first attempt and result of Service Design for preparing a working environment which would increase researchers`` job satisfaction and engagement. They are also expected to be utilized as a practical tool for improving researchers`` potential ability and promoting their will to work.

        Although playgrounds are facilities that should be available to all children, there are about 10 barrierfree playgrounds nationwide. The barrier-free playground environment is suitable for an integrated environment. This study was conducted due to a lack of prior research on the reason for the low awareness and practical use of barrier-free playgrounds. In particular, since there was no study conducted on parents who were the main caregivers of children, an online survey was conducted on parents by dividing them into the presence or absence of their childrens disabilities. As a result, awareness of barrier-free playgrounds was insufficient on both sides, and there was no significant difference in the answers of disabled and non-disabled parents in terms of necessity and actual use, and the majority of them were positive.

        간세포암의 정위적 체부 방사선 치료에서 적합한 치료 방침 선택에 관한 연구

        Background/Aims: As the optimal stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) modality for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has not been confirmed, we aimed herein to provide a practical guideline by our retrospective review. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with primary HCC who underwent liver SBRT via 3 modalities (helical tomotherapy [HT]: 22, volumetric modulated arc therapy [VMAT]: 13, Cyberknife: 4) at our institution between July 2014 and July 2015 were included. Modalities were compared with regard to dose conformity index (CI), homogeneity index (HI), clinical results, and patient compliance. Results: VMAT SBRT had favorable conformity (CI: 0.7±0.2), homogeneity (HI: 1.1±0.0), and shortest treatment time (100.2±26.1 seconds). HT SBRT yielded good dosimetric outcomes, especially in conformity (CI: 1.0±0.2). Although the Cyberknife SBRT synchrony system allowed real-time tumor targeting, the treatment time was longest (3,015.0±447.3 seconds), invasive pre-treatment procedures were required, and the HI (1.3±0.0) was lowest. Conclusions: All 3 modalities yielded competent dosimetric planning parameters. VMAT SBRT was most appropriate for tumors with residual lipiodol or patients with poor conditions. HT SBRT is available for multiple or irregular targets. Cyberknife SBRT is recommended for carefully selected patients and tumors indicated for sono-guided fiducial insertion.         AFLP 마커를 이용한 국내수집 염생식물 번행초 유전다양성 평가

        본 연구는 국내 동, 서 및 남해안 바닷가 근처 사구지역에서 자생하는 번행초 55개체를 수집하여 AFLP 마커시스템을 적용하고 이들 유전자원들간의 유전다양성 차이를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 우선 전체 게놈의 특이적 부위를 절단하기 위하여 제한효소로 EcoRI과 MseI 12개 조합을 활용하였고, 그 결과 총 1,279 절편을 확보할 수 있었다. 이 결과는 제한효소 조합당 평균 107개의 절편이 생산된 것으로 이 중 평균 62개(약 58%)가 유전자원간에 다형성을 나타냈다. 이와 같이 유전자원간에 다형성을 보인 게놈 절편을 대상으로 유전다양성을 분석한 결과 조사된 55개체 번행초 유전자원 집단은 29%의 유전적 차이를 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 군집분석을 통해 유전적 차이를 보이는 그룹을 분류한 결과 국내 자생 번행초 유전자원은 총 7개의 집단으로 나누어짐을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 국내외 최초의 번행초 유전 다양성 평가 정보는 향 후 품종 육성을 위한 교배친의 선발에 적용하여 다양한 유전적 차이를 보이는 분리집단을 확보하는 데 활용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted to investigate the potential use of New Zealand spinach (Tetragonia tetragonioides) as a new vegetable crop which will be cultivated in salt-affected soils such as reclaimed areas. New Zealand spinach ecotypes native to Korea were collected across the Southern, Western and Eastern seashore regions of the Korean peninsula, among which fifty-five accessions were later further propagated and evaluated genetically by using an AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) marker. Based on the AFLP analysis performed to uncover the genetic diversity of the collected ecotypes, enzymatic cleavage of the extracted DNA was implemented based on 12 EcoRI and MseI combinations. A total of 1,279 alleles (107 alleles per EcoRI and MseI enzyme combination) were successfully amplified, among which 62 alleles per enzyme combination were polymorphic (58%). The AFLP analysis indicated that the rate of genetic dissimilarity was 29% among the New Zealand spinach collections, which were clustered into the 7 genetic diversity group. This is the first report on the genetic variation in the genus Tetragonia, and the basic information can be applied to select parental lines for enhancing the segregation spectrum of the new halophytic vegetable plant grown in salt-affected areas.

        경장 영양 제공 중환자의 영양 상태와 영양 지표

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the nutritional status and to compare nutritional indicators by caloric intake for intensive care unit patients. Methods: The participants for this descriptive investigation were 62 patients who were admitted to medical and surgical ICUs and started on enteral feeding. Data were collected in a tertiary hospital and the patients were followed for 7 days after enteral feeding was initiated. For analysis, patients who received 80% less calories than their required level were categorized as the underfed group and patients who received more than 80% to their required level, as the adequately fed group. Results: Compared to daily requirements, the prescribed calories and protein for patients overall were 77.39% and 64.75% respectively. The level of calories and protein given was less than their prescription. However, a comparison of the underfed group and the adequately fed group, showed that there was no significantly difference in albumin, prealbumin and transferrin. Only body weight was significantly different between the groups. C-reactive protein had a significant correlation with prealbumin and transferrin. Conclusion: Underfeeding is a common phenomenon among ICU patients. Nutritional indicators such as prealbumin, albumin and transferrin may not sensitive indicators to assess nutritional status of ICU patients.
