        의약분업후 건강기능성식품이 약국경영에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the best way that health functional food contributes the diversification of pharmacy management at the new point after the separation of prescribing and dispensing practice. In the question of the number of prescription paper, it was more than 200 papers (18.9%), next 100 papers (11.3%). In case of daily total sales volume except prescription fee, it was more than 1,000,000won (28.3%). About the motivation using health functional food, the reason for activation of pharmacy management was 66%. The selling method was mainly by pharmacist recommendation and consumer's need. In comparison with after and before the separation of prescribing and dispensing, more than 60% of subjects answered that sales volume was decreased and no changed. Concerning the ratio of total sales volume to health functional food within 5 years, 66% of subjects expected that it will be increased positively. The type of best pharmacy to handle health functional food was community pharmacy. These results suggest that the handling of health functional food by pharmacist will greatly increase in near futures and will be very important portion for pharmacy management.

        의약분업에 따른 약국 한약 활성화에 대한 조사 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the best way that Oriental medicine contributes for activation of pharmacy management after the separation of prescribing and dispensing practice since July 2000. In order to investigate current pharmacy conditions for handling of Oriental medicine and many problems for administering the Oriental medicine to patients, a questionnaire was written with a list of questions related to pharmacy management with Oriental medicine, and given to 58 subjects via fax or personal visit during the period of April 21 to 30, 2003. The research results was as follows; In th 58 subjects, 45 subjects (77.6%) were pharmacists with a licence for dispensing Oriental medicine. 70.7% of subjects most likely preferred to extract granule as administering type of oriental medicine. About the motivation using Oriental medicine, the reason for activation of pharmacy management was 39.7%, second, the reason for resolving the limitation of treatment over western medicine was 25.9%. Oriental medicine for patients was mainly administered by recommendation with pharmacist (65.5%). In comparison with after and before the separation of prescribing and dispensing, 51.7% of subjects answered that sale volume was decreased after the separation. Concerning the ratio of total sales volume to Oriental medicine within 5 years, 50% of subjects expected that sales volume will increase positively. About treating Oriental medcine, 34.5% of subjects thought the problem is the regulation by limiting 100 kinds of formulary. The most important factor for increasing Oriental medicine selling amount was continueous education for various information of oriental medicine in case of 44.8% of sujects. The best pharmacy to handle oriental medicine was community pharmacy (36.2%). It was expressed the reason why many pharmacists have not been treated oriental medicine because lots of time needs for dispensing prescription from clinics in these 4 years after the separation of prescribing and dispensing. These results lead to the conclusion that the Oriental medicine at pharmacy will greatly increase within 5 years and will be very important portion for pharmacy management.

        Raw 264.7 세포에서 유해산소 생성에 미치는 Caffeic Acid의 영향

        To investigate effect of caffeic acid on the intracellular reactive oxygen species production, we used DHE for intracellular superoxide anion production, DCF for intracellular ${H_2}{O_2}$ production and DHR for intracellular hydroperoxide production in Raw 264.7 cells. DPPH assay showed that antioxidant activity of caffeic acid with 39.5 ${\mu}M$ of ${IC}_{50}$ values was similar to that of ascorbic acid with 41.3 ${\mu}M$ of ${IC}_{50}$ values. Caffeic acid dose-dependently inhibited silica-induced ${H_2}{O_2}$ and hydroperoxide production but did not affect superoxide anion production in Raw 264.7 cells, which suggest that antioxidant effect of caffeic acid acts on the post-step of superoxide anion. On the other hand, caffeic acid showed a potent antioxidant effect in $lCuSO_4$-induced lipid peroxidation. Furthermore, plasma superoxide dismutase activity (3.43${\pm}$0.23 U/ml) in 10 mg/kg caffeic acid-fed mice was significantly higher than that (2.32${\pm}$0.24 U/ml) of control. From the above results, it is referred that caffeic acid appears to have potent anti-oxidant activity in both cell system and in vivo system.

        스퍼터링 타겟용 저온 분사 Cu-15 at.%Ga 코팅 소재의 특성에 미치는 열처리 분위기의 영향

        This study attempted to manufacture a Cu-15 at.%Ga coating layer via the cold spray process and investigated the effect of heat treatment environment on the properties of cold sprayed coating material. Three kinds of heat treatment environments, $5%H_2$+argon, pure argon, and vacuum were used in this study. Annealing treatments were conducted at $200{\sim}800^{\circ}C$/1 hr. With the cold sprayed coating layer, pure ${\alpha}$-Cu and small amounts of $Ga_2O_3$ were detected in the XRD, EDS, EPMA analyses. Porosity significantly decreased and hardness also decreased with increasing annealing temperature. The inhomogeneous dendritic microstructure of cold sprayed coating material changed to the homogeneous and dense one (microstructural evolution) with annealing heat treatment. Oxides near the interface of particles could be reduced by heat treatment especially in vacuum and argon environments. Vacuum environment during heat treatment was suggested to be most effective one to improve the densification and purification properties of cold sprayed Cu-15 at.%Ga coating material.

        Ni, Ru-ZSM-5를 첨가한 NSR 촉매의 NOx 정화 특성

        In this study, we investigated the conversion performance of de-NOx catalyst for lean-burn natural gas engine. As a de-NOx catalyst, NOx storage reduction catalyst was composed of Pt, Pd and Rh with washcoat including Ba and Ni, Ru-ZSM-5. Ni, Ru-ZSM-5, which was regarded as a NOx direct decomposition catalyst, was made up of ion exchanged ZSM-5 by 5wt.% Ni or Ru. The performance of de-NOx catalyst was evaluated by NOx storage capacity and catalytic reduction in air/fuel, $\lambda=1.6$. The catalytic reaction was also observed when the added fuel was supplied to fuel rich atmosphere by fuel spike period of 5 seconds. The NOx conversion of the catalysts with Ni-ZSM-5 or Ru-ZSM-5 was mainly caused by the effect of NOx adsorption of Ba rather than the catalytic reduction of Ni, Ru-ZSM-5. Ni, Ru-ZSM-5 catalysts can not use for the NSR catalyst because they have quick process in thermal deactivation.

        일산화탄소/수소 혼합기의 가열된 동축류 제트에서 자발화된 층류 부상화염의 특성

        가열된 동축류 공기에서 일산화탄소/수소의 층류 제트에 대한 자발화된 부상화염의 특성을 조사하였다. 그 결과로 자발화가 발생하지 않는 영역에서는 제트속도의 증가에 따라 노즐부착화염에서 안정화된 층류 부상화염을 거치지 않고 바로 화염날림이 발생하였다. 자발화 영역에서, 질소 희석된 일산화탄소의 자발화된 부상화염은 산화제 내의 함유된 수분에 따른 점화지연시간의 변동으로 그 부상높이가 크게 영향을 받았다. 그리고 수소에 의한 저온 자발화 영역에서 자발화된 부상화염은 제트속도의 증가에 따라 부상높이가 감소하다가 증가하는 독특한 현상이 발생하였다. 점화지연시간에 의한 자발화된 층류 부상화염의 안정화 메커니즘을 기반으로, 그 부상높이의 거동은 점화 과정에서 발생하는 열손실의 영향뿐만 아니라 연료제트의 운동량과 질량의 선호 확산에 의하여 영향을 받을 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. The characteristics of autoignited lifted flames in laminar jets of carbon monoxide/hydrogen fuels have been investigated experimentally in heated coflow air. In result, as the jet velocity increased, the blowoff was directly occurred from the nozzle-attached flame without experiencing a stabilized lifted flame, in the non-autoignited regime. In the autoignited regime, the autoignited lifted flame of carbon monoxide diluted by nitrogen was affected by the water vapor content in the compressed air oxidizer, as evidenced by the variation of the ignition delay time estimated by numerical calculation. In particular, in the autoignition regime at low temperatures with added hydrogen, the liftoff height of the autoignited lifted flames decreased and then increased as the jet velocity increased. Based on the mechanism in which the autoignited laminar lifted flame is stabilized by ignition delay time, the liftoff height can be influenced not only by the heat loss, but also by the preferential diffusion between momentum and mass diffusion in fuel jets during the autoignition process.

        선박용 디젤엔진의 배기가스 열회수 시스템 (Ⅱ)

        대형 선박의 추진용 디젤엔진에서 버려지는 배기가스의 열을 회수하기 위한 랭킨사이클이 적용된 발전시스템에 대하여 R245fa 및 water 의 작동유체에 따른 그 엑서지 특성을 분석하였다. 그 이론적인 계산 결과로, R245fa 에 대하여 터빈입구의 압력이 증가할수록 엑서지 효율 및 시스템의 엑서지 효율이 증가하였고, 엑서지 파괴율은 주로 응축기 및 증발기에서 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 그리고 질량유량의 증가에 따라 시스템의 엑서지 효율이 증가하는 특성을 보였다. Water 의 경우에, 증발기에서의 엑서지 파괴율은 R245fa 의 경우와 유사하게 나타났지만, 터빈입구의 압력 및 질량유량 비율의 변동에 대하여 열원에 대한 엑서지 손실률이 가장 큰 폭으로 변동하였다. The exergy characteristics for R245fa and water working fluids have been analyzed for an electric generation system utilizing the Rankine cycle to recover heat from the wasted exhaust gas from a diesel engine used for the propulsion of a large ship. The theoretical calculation results showed that the efficiencies of exergy and system exergy improved as the turbine inlet pressure increased for R245fa at a fixed mass flow rate. Furthermore, the exergy destruction rates of the condenser and evaporator were relatively larger than those in other components. The exergy efficiency of the system increased with increasing mass flow rate. For a water working fluid, although the exergy destruction rate of the evaporator was similar to that for R245fa, the exergy loss rate varied significantly in response to variations in the pressure and mass flow rates at the turbine inlet.

        복합 사이클의 배기가스 열회수 시스템에 의한 선박용 디젤엔진의 연료 절약에 관한 이론적 연구

        선박의 주 추진용 디젤엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기가스의 열을 회수하는 폐열회수 발전시스템에 대하여, 상대적으로 고온에 상부의 3 변 사이클과 상대적으로 저온부에 하부의 유기 랭킨 사이클이 적용되는 복합 사이클에 대한 열역학적 특성을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 상부와 하부 사이클 사이에 경계온도의 증가에 따라, 총 파괴된 엑서지율(ΣEd) 및 엑서지 손실율(Eout2)이 각각 감소되었기 때문에, 시스템의 에너지 및 엑서지 효율이 모두 최대화되었다. 그리고 상부의 체적 팽창비가 크게 감소되었다. 그 경우에 대하여, 부가적인 추진동력으로써 활용되는 폐열회수 발전시스템이 적용된 선박용 디젤엔진의 경우에, 추진 효율은 엔진부하 변동에 따라 기본 엔진에 대비하여 평균적으로 9.17 %가 향상되었다. 이에 대하여, 디젤엔진의 연료 소비율과 이산화탄소 배출률은 각각 평균 8.4 및 8.37 %가 저감되었다. The thermodynamic characteristics of a combined cycle applied with a topping cycle such as a trilateral cycle at relatively high temperatures and a bottoming cycle such as an organic Rankine cycle at relatively low temperatures have been theoretically investigated. This is an electric generation system used to recover the waste heat of the exhaust gas from a diesel engine used for the propulsion of a large ship. As a result, when the boundary temperature between the topping and the bottoming cycles increased, the system efficiencies of energy and exergy were simultaneously maximized because the total exergy destruction rate (ΣEd) and exergy loss (Eout2) decreased, respectively. In the case of a marine diesel engine, the waste heat recovery electric generation system can be utilized for additional propulsion power, and the propulsion efficiency was found to be improved by an average of 9.17 % according to the engine load variation, as compared to the case with only the base engine. In this case, the specific fuel consumption and specific CO2 emission of the diesel engine were reduced by an average of 8.4% and 8.37%, respectively.

        자발화된 층류 부상화염에 대한 점화지연시간의 영향

        자발화 특성은 디젤 및 PCCI 엔진의 설계에서 중요한 인자이다. 특히, 디젤분무화염은 자발화 현상에 의해서 형성되어 노즐에서 부상된다. 노즐과 부상화염 사이의 영역에서 분무된 디젤의 중앙으로 주위 공기의 유입이 발생하기 때문에, 그 부상된 화염은 매연 생성에 영향을 준다. 본 연구에서 간단한 모델로써 동축류 제트를 적용하였고, 점화지연시간에 대한 자발화 과정에서 발생하는 열손실의 영향을 확인하였다. 메탄(CH4), 에틸렌(C2H4), 에탄(C2H6), 프로핀(C3H6), 프로판(C3H8), 및 노말 부탄(n-C4H10)의 연료들을 고온의 공기로 분사하였으며 자발화된 부상화염의 높이를 측정하였다. 그 결과로 자발화된 부상화염의 높이와 열손실을 고려한 점화지연시간과의 상관관계를 결정하였다. Autoignition characteristic is an important parameter for designing diesel or PCCI engines. In particular, diesel spray flames are lifted from the nozzle and the initial flame is formed by an autoignition phenomenon. The lifted nature of diesel spray flames influences soot formation, since air will be entrained into the spray core by the entrainment of air between the nozzle region and the lifted flame base. The objective of the present study was to identify the effect of heat loss on the ignition delay time by adopting a coflow jet as a model problem. Methane (CH4), ethylene (C2H4), ethane (C2H6), propene (C3H6), propane (C3H8), and normal butane (n-C4H10) fuels were injected into high temperature air, and the liftoff height was measured experimentally. As the result, a correlation was determined between the liftoff height of the autoignited lifted flame and the ignition delay time considering the heat loss to the atmosphere.
