Apartment houses are now a popular form of general housing, and the construction techniques and materials quality used to construct apartments are also continuously evolving as if they were representative. However, issues concerning flaws are constantly being reported in the press. This study attempts to analyze the trend of conflicts related to defects and to analyze the types of defects received in the apartment building, to suggest the development of the integrated defect management system, and to develop the construction based on the development of the system.

Air purifiers generally have used air filter, but the long time operation of the air purifier causes deterioration of the dust collecting efficiency of the air filter. Application of electrostatic force can be one of the effective method for this case. In this study, two conductive carbon filters have a function as dust collecting electrode. The two carbon filters charged with HVDC are installed across the air duct in fairs. And the dust collection and power consumption characteristics of the proposed electric precipitator are investigated experimentally. As the applied voltage was increased, the dust collection efficiency was improved. The dust collection efficiency of about 98.9% was obtained at the case 28kV applied, in this experiment. It is possible to improve the dust collection efficiency by simply applying DC voltage without power consumption.

This paper shows the discharge characteristics of liquid nitrogen under plane to plane electrode, needle to plane electrode, inserting teflon insulator in plane to plane electrode at atmospheric pressure. The main experimental device of this paper is cryostat. The important results obtained from this study are as follows. ① Breakdown voltage of LN₂ under N-P electrode is higher than that of under P-P electrode at atmospheric pressure. ② Breakdown duration time is longer with increase of electrode gap under the P-P, N-P electrodes. ③ The formation of bubbles by evaporation is observed in spite of non-applying source at atmospheric pressure and the creation of corona confirmed. ④ Breakdown voltage and breakdown duration time are in proportion to increase of diameter in case of inserting teflon insulator. ⑤ Partial discharge characteristics of thickness 0.5[mm] is that corona voltage of teflon insulator rose with increase of diameter in each [pps].

There are certain types of construction that produces many defects during the construction of apartment buildings. It may be due to construction errors in the type itself, but more often, it is due to defects derived from other types of construction. Thus, to reduce such secondary defects and prevent fundamental defects in particular types of construction, academic research on the types of construction causing secondary defects should be actively conducted. In addition, as claimed in this study, the industries should work harder to improve the quality of the type of construction that causes secondary defects, rather than just trying to improve the ostensible problems. If the efforts of each sector are backed up, the disputes over defect repair in apartment building construction will reduce in general, which in turn will lead to a reduction in national loss within the construction industry.
액상 매질의 전기전도도 변화에 의한 전해이온수 발생 특성

The following thesis researched into the characteristics of electrolytic ion water with different levels of electrical conductivity by adding NaCl into tap water which is for experimental use in multi-layered electrolytic ion water generator. Electrolytic ion water is generated by underwater electrolysis and the electrolysis generator has a simple structure, is easy to control and is highly utilized in industries. Electrolytic ion water is useful in many areas since it has a superior sterilizing power, has no possibility of secondary pollution itself as water and removes active oxygen. In the experiment, we used tap water with NaCl excluded and water with three different levels of electrical conductivity by changing NaCl concentration levels into three levels. The features of current and voltage in electrolytic ion water represented a form of quadric instead of the linear characteristic following ohm’s law. As well, as the electric conductivity of water and applied voltage increased, we were able to generate much stronger acid water and alkali water.
