        한글 연행록의 종결어미 연구

        This article closely examines the prose text of Yŏnhaengnok (A journey to Beijing) in various vernacular versions. The text is assumed to be written in the eighteenth century, along with such texts as Choch’ŏnlok, Sangpongnok, Kich’uk yŏnhaengnok, Sŭngsarok, and Yŏnhaeng ilki. The vernacular versions of Yŏnhaengnok serve as a useful site for research particularly on sentence-final endings. In analysis of the text, this study reveals various sentence types and speech styles contained in the diverse versions. Besides, it is interesting to see that the authors do not use honorific expressions due to the lack of honorific-level speech in the written text. Conclusively, the study explores how the vernacular versions of Yŏnhaengnok contain similar or different grammatical features depending on the period it was written. Specifically, it shows that Sangpongnok was written much later than Yŏnhaeng ilki, despite the two works share the similar grammatical characteristics.

        농업인 교육훈련이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 심리적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로

        Recently, farmers` training has been expanding to ensure the competitiveness of agriculture and enhance their expertise in the agricultural workforce. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of farmers` training on job satisfaction. In addition, this study aimed to verify the moderating effect of psychological capital being to be a major variable factor in the educational effect. Therefore, a survey was distributed to 250 farmers in Ulsan area. From April 1, 2015 the survey was conducted up to 14 days. Excluding defective data, 155 copies were used for final analysis. The training were divided into six groups, such as crops (animal feeding) technology, agricultural products processing, technical experts, agricultural management, information, and culture training. The study results are as follows: First, Cultural training has significant positive effects on job satisfaction. In Previous studies, either educational participation or training expenses of employees have a significant relationship between positive effects on job satisfaction. But in this case, crops (animal feeding) technology, agricultural products processing, technical experts, agricultural management, and information training do not affect on job satisfaction. However cultural training is satisfied cultural needs and assists founding of female farmers. And an intensive cultural training program increases intimacy among students. These things can be considered for such a reason. Second, psychological capital such as self-efficacy, hope, resilience ,and optimism has a positive effect on job satisfaction. It means that running a course or program to improve the psychological capital of the farmers improve the job satisfaction of farmers. Third, psychological capital plays the moderating role on the agricultural technical training between job satisfaction. The technical training is similar to that on the type of hands-on training of enterprise. Farmers believed in themselves and looked to the future with a view to positive are the more educational participation, the higher job satisfaction. In conclusion, farmers` training with the process of improving psychological capital are able to increase job satisfaction of farmers.

      • 온도 감응성 MPEG-PCL 하이드로젤에 함유된 신경성장인자 BDNF의 서방화

        Methoxy poly(ethyleneglycol) (MPEG)-b-poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) diblock copolymer was synthesized by ring-opening of ε-caprolactone (ε-CL) in the presence of HCl · Et2O as a monomer activator with the terminal alcohol of methoxy poly(ethyleneglycol) (MPEG) as an initiator. The temperature sensitive behavior of the prepared MPEG-PCL diblock copolymer was examined in aqueous. The MPEG-PCL diblock copolymer was dissolved in water at 80 oC. The polymer solutions formed translucent sol around at the room temperature. The formed sol became gel at 31 oC as the temperature increased. On further increase of the temperature, the gel changed to sol at 52 oC. This indicates the diblock copolymer solutions at room temperature can form gel at body temperature. Albumin or brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) loaded MPEG-PCL diblock copolymer solution was prepared to observe the release behavior of protein or growth factor. The release profile of albumin or BDNF in MPEG-PCL gel showed the sustained zero-order release for 20 days. In conclusion, we confirmed that MPEG-PCL diblock copolymer solutions is useful as protein or BDNF carriers.

        This is critical reading ability what students who are in this age of information need , but school education fails out how to approach Critical Reading. This study was attempted to determine the effect of the reading instruction of television text on improving of critical reading ability of elementary students. To do this I have developed the television text reading program of the method for critical reading that is applying the real class The research questions were posed as below: 1. Does a reading instruction of television text have any effects on improving critical reading ability? 2. Does a reading instruction of television text have any effects on critical reading sub-elements? 3. Does a reading instruction of television text have any effects on critical thinking disposition To address the research questions at the Chapter II. I have arranged the concepts of critical reading and the component through discussions of several scholars. At the same time. I have examined the sub-elements of it which have been presented in the seventh national curriculum of elementary school ‘ Next. I have examined educative special quality television medium experience and the directions of the television text education At the Chapter III and N. I have developed the teaching - learning strategy and the program for improving critical reading ability. The text are news text. advertisement text. comedy program text. and discussion program text what are assortmented among the television midium text ext , I have applied by using the television text reading program prepared. The object of this study includes 58 students. (i n this study were 58 students. in two sixth-year classes of an elementary school in Haeundae -gu. Busan. The two classes were respectively selected as an experimental group and a control group. After previous inspection and after inspection. I have analyzed the result using SPSS statistics program. The experiment was conducted only in the experimental group in 10 sessions At the Chapter V I have analyzed the collected data by 'T-test. gave an explanation about the results , and made same suggestions The findings of this study were as follows First. the experimental group that was taken reading instruction of television text made a meaningful progress in critical reading ability than control group that wasn't. Besides the effects of the reading instruction of television text according to the student’ s ability has nat shown a apparent difference on students group of differential abilities In other words. reading instruction of television text is effective to improve all group' s critical reading ability regardless of students' level Second, the reading instruction of television text was effective for critical reading sub-elements. though there were some differences. Finally‘ the reading instruction of television text was effective cultivating of critical thinking disposition. It could be concluded that the reading instruction of television text had a positive impact on improving of critical reading ability. and will be very useful to instruction of critical reading in elementary school. Future research efforts need to prepare more appropriate tasks , arrange what to teach, and carefully consider in which way critical reading education should be provided in light of elementary schooler critical thinking disposition and reading ability.

        국어의 주관화 과정과 문법화의 범위에 대하여

        언어의 체계적인 변화 경향을 설명하기 위한 문법화 이론의 여러 개념 중 주관화 과정은 의미 변화의 경향성을 설명하기 위하여 도입된 이래 의미 변화의 방향과 이를 동기화하는 인지적 기제를 설명하는 데 유용하다. 본고는 지금까지 세 가지 경향성으로 기술되어 왔던 주관화 이론을 다섯 단계로 세분하며, 이를 위해 영역내 변화와 영역간 변화의 구분을 도입한다. 그리고 문법화 이론의 보완을 위하여, 주관화 이론이 문법화 이론과가지는 관계를 다시 고찰한다. ‘주관화’와, 그 영향으로 일어나는 체계적 언어 변화인 ‘화용화’는, ‘문법형태화’라는 좁은 의미로 사용되는 ‘문법화’ 이론에 체계적인 반례를 제공한다. 본고는 기존의 문법화 이론이 정립한 절 결합의 연속변이가 가진 방향성을 한국어에 일괄적으로 적용하기 어렵다는 점, 이 사례가 산발적인 예외가 아니라 ‘연결어미의 종결어미화’라는 형태로 체계적으로 발생하는 예외라는 점을 들어 문법화 이론의 수정이 필요함을 역설한다. 주관화 과정에 의해 동기화된 언어 변화, 특히 담화 장면에서의 화용화는 좁은 의미의 문법화 이론으로는 포착하기 어려운 일정한 경향성을 가진다. 주관화와 화용화가 던지는 문제 제기를 통해 문법화 이론을 점검함으로써 문법화의 외연을 확장할 필요성을 확인할 수 있다 In order to explain language change, concept of "subjectivization" is introduced and used to theorizing semantic changes. This paper intends to use subjectivization theory to give explanation of what happens in Korean, like the change from Connective endings to Final endings. This paper tried to devide the areas in subjectivization to five stages. Each of them is a semantic change which is occurred in the domain or between the domains. Pragmaticalization is motivated by Subjectivization, and shows not typical grammatical element as a result, but still Pragmaticalization shares common principles and motivations. Thus systemic changes from Subjectivization and Pragmaticalization are helpful to revisiting Grammaticalization.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate translation units with Korean-English parallel corpus. The main assumption of this study is that translation unit is a monosemous unit and has a translation equivalent which acquires more than 50 percent in a corpora, at least. We identified the translation units of frequent nouns(market and company) in the Korean-English parallel corpus that made of newspaper in order to inform an investigation of translation unit size. Findings of this study reveal that translation units and its translation equivalents are varied with its collocational structures. The single word market was regarded as a translation unit and the single word company also was regarded as translation units. Some attributes of translation units were revealed. The translation units did not affect singular and plural forms in translation equivalence. a/the forms are not affected as well. And we pay attention to the way that how the machine translator to be worked.

        The modification of biomaterial surface using various surface treatment methods has recently become an interesting topic. In this study, a low density polyethylene (LDPE) film was treated by corona discharge method. Three kinds of different wettability on LDPE surface such as 70o, 55o and 45o of water contact angle were prepared by the control of sample bed speed of corona treatment apparatus. The adhered cell morphology of NIH/3T3 fibroblasts was observed by scanning electron microscope and the cell viability was evaluation by MTT assay. The evaluation of mRNA expression of cells contacting with LDPE film was measured by a reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). At 55o wettability, the number of the cell adhered and proliferated on the surface was the highest and specific gene of c-myc, c-fos and p53 showed the maximum expression. In conclusion, this investigation demonstrated that the surface wettability plays an important role for gene regulation as well as cell adhesion and proliferation behavior for biomedical application.

        A biodegradable and porous poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) scaffold has been proposed for the application of cytokine carrier and tissue engineered spinal cord. The brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) loaded PLGA scaffolds was prepared by ice-particle leaching method to control release from porous polymer scaffolds. The release amount of BDNF from BDNF loaded PLGA scaffold was observed about 4 weeks period in vitro at phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) at 37oC and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Prepared PLGA scaffold had uniform porosity and good interconnection between pores. Release amount of BDNF increased with increasing BDNF content. These results suggest that the released BDNF from BDNF loaded PLGA scaffold such as conduit type can be very useful for the nerve regeneration in the neural tissue engineering area.
