To develop memory foams for the insole of shoes. In order to examine the effect that the types of foam plays on compression set, shape memory characteristics commercial EVA foams and shape memory foams were produced. Cross-linking agents are used in the production of the shape memory foam. The effects that the types of crosslinking agents have on the shape memory characteristics. Shape memory foams appeared to have excellent shape recovery property. They experienced less plastic deformation to compression than the regular foams. Therefore, shape memory foam proved to be more suited for the insole of shoes than the commercial EVA foam. As the percentage of sulfur increased in the cross-linking agent that is used in the production of the shape memory foam, the shape memory characteristic also improved significantly.

Purpose: NCS(National Competency Standards) is a systematic organization of knowledge, skills, and literacy required for performing tasks in industrial settings. This research aims to search for keywords that are important to us and to present key directions of education for the fourth industrial age in the future. Methods: The systematic classification system of NCS was investigated and the classification code structure was analyzed. Among them, the frame and structure analysis of the classification code of quality was analyzed using R-program. Results: This study grasped the quality classification situation of NCS and suggested improvement plan from the operational aspect of the fourth industrial revolution era. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study suggested the idea of education direction of SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in the era of the 4th industrial revolution by understanding NCS which reflects Korean characteristics.

현대에는 모든 조직의 발전을 위해서는 품질혁신이 필요하다고 강조하고 있다. 대학도 역시 발전을 위해서는 품질의 개선이 필요하다. 품질이라는 것은 사용자의 요구에 맞추어 만족을 이끌어 내야한다. 따라서 대학교의 경우 고객은 학생이 중요한 고객 중의 하나가 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학생을 대상으로 대학의 품질 특성을 측정할 수 있는 방법으로 SERVQUAL을 이용하여 측정하였고, 이를 바탕으로 대학의 발전 방향에 대하여 제시하였다.

Joint optimization of preventive age replacement and inventory policy is considered in this paper. There are three decision variables in the problem: (i) preventive replacement age of the operating unit, (ii) order quantity per order and (iii) reorder point for spare replenishment. Preventive replacement age and order quantity are jointly determined so as to minimize the expected cost rate, and then the reorder point for meeting a desired service level is found. A numerical example is included to explain the joint optimization model.

Using stratified cluster random sampling, a total of 1,000 players were sampled that competed in the high school or college category at the 38th National Taekwondo Group Tournament to win the medal of the head of the association or in the college category at the 35th National Taekwondo Tournament for College Students. As for methodology, the investigator personally distributed the questionnaires in tandem with three researchers that received training in advance. The subjects were asked to fill them out in a self-administrative method. After excluding the questionnaires whose answers were not sincere or were missing, a total of 923 (92.3%) were used in the study as valid samples. The general characteristics of the collected data were examined with frequency analysis. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted to test the questionnaire`s validity. Cronbach`s α was obtained for reliability analysis. And multiple regression analysis was carried out to investigate the influences of taekwondo instructors` leadership on the organizational commitment of players. The level of statistical significance was set at p<.05. The findings led to the following conclusions: First, while motivation, charisma, and intellectual stimulation of the elements of taekwondo instructors` transformational leadership had positive impacts on the players` emotional and normative commitment, motivation and charisma had positive impacts on their ongoing commitment. Secondly, while conditional reward of the elements of taekwondo instructors` transactional leadership had positive impacts on the players` emotional and normative commitment, exceptional management had positive impacts on their ongoing commitment. In short, the results imply that there should be the right leadership styles established in order to inspire taekwondo players` organizational commitment. In addition, the most desirable approach will be to build a mutually supplementary system of cooperation among the instructors, players, and schools in order to maximize the efficiency of taekwondo teams.
