        통합놀이터 계획 및 설계 - 서울어린이대공원 내 꿈틀꿈틀놀이터를 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 놀이터의 양적, 질적 발전은 이루고 있으나, 장애어린이들에 대한 관심은 부족하다는 문제 인식에서 시작했고, 대안으로써 장애인과 비장애인의 사회적 통합을 추구하는 통합놀이터를 제시했다. 이론연구와 장애어린이들의 놀이와 직접적 관련을 갖는 여러 주체들과의 면담을 종합해 통합놀이터에 대한 개념을 정립했고, 사례로써 2015년 12월에 완공된 서울어린이대공원 내 꿈틀꿈틀놀이터의 조성과정을 다루었다. 본 연구에서 정립한 통합놀이터의 개념은 '1. 장애인용 놀이터가 아닌 장애어린이와 비장애어린이가 함께 놀 수 있는 놀이터, 2. 장애어린이뿐만 아니라, 장애어린이와 동행한 가족, 비장애어린이와 동행한 장애인가족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 놀이터, 3. 놀이시설을 포함해 전체 공간에 대한 장애인의 접근을 보장하는 놀이터, 4. 놀이터의 가장 중요한 기능인 재미, 호기심, 모험심을 놀이 활동의 중심에 두는 놀이터'이다. 결론에서는 설계에 있어서의 한계와 개선 방안, 사회적 확산을 위한 정책적 제안을 제시했다. 설계에 있어서의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 개선방안은 세 가지이다. 첫 번째는 장애 형태별 놀이 특성에 대한 깊이 있는 연구가 필요하다는 것이다. 두 번째는 다양한 사회적 실험을 통해 우리나라 실정에 맞는 시설물 개발이 필요하다는 것이다. 세 번째는 본 연구에서 시설물 중심의 통합놀이터가 제시되었다고 한다면 이후에는 다양한 형태로 통합놀이터가 구현되어야 한다는 것이다. 정책적 제안은 세 가지로 '1. 여러 관련법 간의 상충 해결, 2. 장애어린이들의 이용이라는 측면에서 "어린이 놀이시설 안전관리법"의 안전 기준 재검토, 3. 통합놀이터 설치의 의무화'이다. In Korea, playgrounds have been developed quantitatively and qualitatively. However, there is a lack of interest in the play needs of children with disabilities. With this in mind, this study is concerned about the planning and design process of the inclusive playground constructed in 2016 at Seoul Children's Grand Park. The case study covered the Kkumtle Kkumtle playground in Seoul Children's Grand Park and was completed in December 2015. This playground is the first case of an inclusive playground ever built in Korea. The concept of the inclusive playground established in this study is: (1) a playground where not only children with disabilities but both children with disabilities and children without disabilities can play together; (2) a playground for both children with disabilities accompanied by their families and children without disabilities accompanied by family members with disabilities; (3) a playground that ensures universal accessibility to the entire space including play facilities; and (4) a playground where the most essential functions of a playground-fun, curiosity, and adventure-are centered on various activities. In conclusion, we presented limitations and opinions for improvements to design and policy proposals for social expansion of inclusive playgrounds. There are three ways to overcome limitations in design. First, there is a need for an in-depth study of play characteristics by type of disabilities of children. Second, it is necessary to develop facilities suitable for the actual situation of Korea through various social experiments. Third, if the inclusive playground centered on facilities is presented in this study, then several types of integrated playgrounds should be implemented in the future.

        문래동 철공_예술 창작촌 사례를 통한 지역재생에서의 문화예술 프로그램의 역할에 관한 연구

        The goal of this study is to investigate the possibility of sustainable urban regeneration of Moonrae Steel Factory Art Village through the concept of co-existence of acting groups and share of diverse values. For this purpose, this paper first analysed the history of formation of the village and the role of artists in the process of negotiation with the existing steel factories and land owners. Especially, the analysis of the paper has focused on the artist"s activities in the year of 2007 when Moonrae Art Village was illuminated by the active interaction of public art programs with inhabitants of Moonrae steel factory clusters. Different types of art & culture programs in this period were introduced in details. Analytic approach to each program has been done to figure out the role of co-operation of each participants in the prosecution of the programs. The role of artists and their programs has been prioritized to provide the fact that intensive participation of art programs for the improvement of place was required to tie diverse values existing within the area with the sense of history of the community for the sustainable urban regeneration.         사용자참여 디자인을 통한 열린 놀이터 만들기

        This paper is to propose a design possibility that incorporates participatory process and also to emphasize the participatory process applied to the planning of outdoor playground space open to the neighboring community. Community design based on the participation method can be understood as an attitude about a force for change in the creation and management of environments for people who are the major users of them. Planning for outdoor space is an integral part of school education and a vital component of child development. For the design of outdoor space of Samyang Elementary School it first needs to examine the current and emerging needs of students, teachers and parents as community residents through the participatory design method. A series of workshops and interviews are taken to identify dreams and ideal spaces of each group. An assessment of existing school spaces and design possibility of reprogrammed outdoor spaces are proposed to match the major demands of participants. Selected outdoor places are chosen and designed to accommodate options for various play settings and to make the school pleasant places where members of the neighborhood can gather for relaxation in restful surroundings.

        정보화시대(情報化時代) 업무환경변화(業務環境變化)에 따른 기업연수원(企業硏修院) 계획(計劃)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        This paper is to analyse the major impact of the new era of information technology on the changes being made in physical environment of existing corporate training centers through the case of on- and off-line LG academies. By the analysis, some interesting features are to be found which can be a hint for the future planning and design of corporate training centers. Unlike the expectation in the early stage of changes, the rapid growth of on-line education forms a very strong partnership with the existing in-house training programs at all levels. Understanding of such key issues surrounding the use of facilities is specific to the formation of an effective environment for training programmes. After all aspects of the facility uses-not just the class rooms, but also the residential, dining, recreational, and support areas, as well as on-line type of educational services-are carefully examined, a design guideline is identified as considerations for guestrooms, classrooms, public facilities, the recreational areas, and the audio-visual provisions.
