        체감형 게임 운동 프로그램과 스트레칭 운동 프로그램이 여성노인의 균형능력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of motion-based game exercise program and stretching exercise program on static and dynamic standing balance in elderly women. Methods:Subjects participated in the exercise program was 40 eldery women took part in this study. The average age of the elderly was 70.60 years. All subjects could walk without an assistive device. All subjects were participated in this study during 4 weeks (3 days per week, 30min/day). All participants were assessed on berg balance scale(BBS), functional reach test(FRT), timed up&go test(TUG). Results:The data were analyzed using paired t-test. After 4 weeks exercise training, the result of this study were as follows: The BBS of the elderly was significant difference between test-retest (p<0.05). The TUG of the elderly were significant difference between test-retest (p<0.05). The Motion-Based game from FRT of the was more significant difference than stretching exercise program (p<0.05), we also found significant differences for both groups FRT scores, and changes in mean BBS, TUG scores, but BBS, TUG were not significant. Conclusion:We findings suggest that elderly women person could improve their standing balance through Motion-Based game exercise program, and stretching exercise program.

        편마비 환자의 견갑골 대칭적 정렬상태가 선 자세에서 체중부하지지율에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of the symmetrical scapular alignment on the weight bearing of hemiplegic patients in the standing position. Methods: PALM (PALpation Meter) test and Gaitview AFA-50 were used to measure the skeletal alignment of the scapula and the weight bearing loaded on the affected and unaffected sides before and after training. The data was analyzed using a paired t-test on the SPSS 12.0 program for descriptive statistics. A p value <0.05 was considered significant. Results: The mean difference in the scapular alignments on sup. & mid. & inf. area in the hemiplegic side before and after training was $0.93\pm0.50cm$ and $0.58\pm0.43cm$, respectively. There was a significant decrease after training rather than that before (p<0.05). The mean weight bearing on the foot area in the hemiplegic patients before and after training was $9.12\pm5.51N/cm^2$ and $4.36\pm4.11N/cm^2$, respectively,. There was a significant decrease after training rather than that before (p<0.05). The scapuar alignments and weight bearing data on the standing position were grouped around the average (to central point) in the distribution graph. Conclusion: These findings suggest that the symmetrical scapular alignment can serve as an effective means of improving the weight bearing ability of hemiplegic patients.

        여성 노인에서 집단과 개별 요부 운동이 요부 안정화 및 체중 부하에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects, in elderly women, of (a) physical therapy with (b) individual and group lumbar muscle exercise Methods: Forty-two elderly women took part in this study. Their average age was 52.59 years. All subjects participated in the study for 8 weeks, doing exercises 3 days per week. All participants were assessed on the Oswestry disability index (ODI), Gaitview. The data were analyzed using paired t-tests. Results: Foot pressure and ODI scores showed statistically significant pre- to post-exercise differences for both groups. We also found significant differences between group therapy and individual therapy. There were changes in mean ODI scores, but these were not significant. Conclusion: Eight weeks participation in an was found to be effective in improving the health of older women. Individual therapy with a physical therapist is more effective than group therapy in creating harmonious movement of the lower extremity and lumbar stability. The results of our study suggests the benefit of an exercise program with a physical therapist.

        편마비 환자의 재활치료 효과를 위한 파크골프 도입에 대한 고찰

        The purpose of this study suggest that Park Golf for rehabilitation training of the patients with hemiplegia. The increase of the aged caused various problems. Among the problems, chronic illnesses the old people suffer from charge their family with mental, physical, social and economic burden as well as the person. Especially, the more old people are the more risks and attacks of cerebral vascular accident(CVA) exist. Therefore, the increase of the aged means the increase of cerebral vascular accident(CVA) patients. The cerebral vascular accident(CVA) patient get into difficulties to secure their livelihood due to troubles and disoders, so medical care facilities and rehabilitation training are really necessary to help them return to their normal life with mental, physical and social capability. The rehabilitation of patient with hemiplegia is ongoing process. It may possibly accomplish throughout the whole life because it takes a lot of time and effort. In addition, an ultimate aim of the rehabilitation is returning and adaptation to society. In this way, it is hardly to expect a satisfied results of the rehabilitation without motive. Therefore, patient with hemiplegia rehabilitation motive will is the most important. If interesting of park golf the patient with hemiplegia can be absorbed in easily are applied to the rehabilitation training, the patient are will to participate in the training without troubling.

        만성 뇌졸중 환자의 Sit to stand 훈련 시 발의 위치에 따른 균형과 보행의 변화

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of balance and gait parameters while sit to stand training with different foot position in chronic stroke patient. Method: 26 patients with chronic stroke were enrolled in rehabilitation hospital in Hwaseong. Subjects were divided into two groups. Control group were maintain symmetrical foot position while sit to stand training. Experimental group were maintain asymmetrical foot position while sit to stand training induce more activity increase in paretic lower limb. We checked COP length, COP average velocity through balance parameters. And steplength, stridelength, stance phase, cadence, gait velocity were checked by gait parameters. Zebris walking analysis system used as an experimental tool. Results: COP length and COP average velocity were significant difference in both groups which pre and post evaluation(p<.01). Also steplength, stridelength, stancephase were significant difference in both groups which pre and post evaluation(p<.01). But both groups were no significant difference in cadence and gait velocity. COP length and COP average velocity, steplength, stance phase change were significant difference between two groups(p<.01). Stridelength also show significant difference(p<.05). However, there was no significant difference in cadence and gait velocity between two groups. Conclusion: Sit to stand training with induce more activity toward paratic limb may improve balance and gait parameters in patients with chronic stroke.

        편마비 환자의 시각적 몸통 대칭 조절 강조가 보행 능력에 미치는 효과

        In this study, through the visual body symmetrically emphasize the training of hemiplegia due to stroke by analyzing the effect of posture control and walking ability of hemiplegic patients during walking and propose a treatment for improving walking function. Method: Intervention in each group(N=40) was carried out for 5 days a week, 30 minutes per 8 weeks. The experimental group emphasized the symmetrical adjustment of the body to ensure unbiased verbal instructions are attached to the red point on the trunk and torso adjustable shoulder for visual emphasis. The control group underwent gait training using virtual reality program. Results: The change of the temporal factor was a significant change in the period of the Velocity, Cadence. The change of the spatial factor was a significant changes in the period of the DSP. Conclusion: The trunk symmetric visual emphasis of the training hemiplegia due to stroke showed better effect in the posture control and walking ability of hemiplegic patients than virtual reality training.

        뇌졸중 환자의 정적기립 시 가속도계를 이용한 균형평가의 유용성

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to suggest the usefulness of accelerometer on postural sway in stroke patients Method: We conducted experiments in which 27 stroke patients stand on on firm surface with opening eyes, and on balance pad with closing eyes by tri-axial accelerometers. We used t-test to compare the differences of two posture during static standing and also the differences between falling and non-falling. Results: There were significant differences according to static standing on firm surface with opening eyes, and on balance pad with closing eyes(p<.05). Also, there were significant differences in static standing on balance pad with closing eyes between falling and nonfalling (p<.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed Accelerometers have been proposed as a quantitative measure of balance during static standing

        중고령 종합병원 식당종사자의 근골격계 부담 작업에 대한 위험성 평가

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors of the musculoskeletal workload of mid-old-age food preparation workers by identifying the differences in the complaints of subjective symptoms between mid-old-age housewives and mid-old-age food preparation workers. This study was carried out on a total of 83 subjects from April 2009 through July 2009: 43 food preparation workers at the catering department of general hospital A, with a high rate of mid-old-age food preparation staff, and 40 full-time housewives (40~59 years old). The analysis of the relationship between the rates of the subjective symptoms of the two groups showed that the mid-old-age food preparation workers had a 7.8-fold higher risk of developing musculoskeletal diseases than the full-time housewives. The musculoskeletal workload of the mid-old-age food preparation workers included repetitive motions, uncomfortable postures, and heavy lifting. It is hoped that this study will help provide mid-old-age people with opportunities for appropriate economic activity and labor and will help improve their work postures and methods as well as their environmental-risk factors.

        다양한 지면 보행 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 보행 및 균형 능력에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The research identifies the effects of various stimulation gait training on gait capacity for stroke patients. Method: 40 stroke patients, 20 various stimulation gait training group(VSGT) and 20 Ground gait training(GGT) were randomly assigned. Both group had gait training for 8 weeks, 5 times a week for 30 minutes. VSGT had gait training with mixed various obstacles over a surface and instability ground for 30 minutes, GGT trained with general thera py environment for 30 minutes. To exclude exercise effect, each patient allowed to walk as gait habbit, and induced to get enough rest. Spatiotemporal elements of Gait measured through Zebris FDM-T Treadmill, function and capacity mesured by FMA-L, K-BBS, TUG, 10mWT. General characteristics of the patients were subjected to normality test, i n order to compare the change before and after the tests in two groups, one was used for repeated measures analysis of variance(repeated ANOVA) and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test. To compare the change before and after between two groups were analyzed by independent t-test and Mann-Whitney test. The level for statistical significance was set at p<.05 for all data. Results: There were significant difference on before and after experiment between VSGT and GGT on spatiotemporal element(p<.05). VSGT and GGT score were significantly incresed(p<.05) on before and after experiment. There were significantly decrese on TUG, 10mWT time for both VSGT and GGT(p<.05). Conclusion: Gait training in a variety of stimulating and balancing abilities of stroke patients is more effective than regular ground gait training, To improve the walking ability and the balance of stroke support instability through gait training stimulates a number of different obstacles over a surface, which provides an effective treatment

        근육 수축 유형에 따른 발목관절 근력 강화가 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        Objective: This study aimed to the effects of eccentric contraction training and concentric contraction training among ankle joint exercises on the balance of stroke patients and to compare their effects. Method: Forty patients with hemiplegia resulting from stroke were randomly and equally assigned to either an eccentric contraction training group or a concentric contraction training group. Using the Korean version of the Berg Balance Scale (K-BBS), the Timed Up and Go test with the addition of a cognitive task (TUGcongnitive), the Functional Forward Reach Test (FRT), and BioRescue as measurement tools, changes in the weight-bearing ratios of the paretic and non-paretic sides (Footsprints) were measured, as well as the total movement area of the central point of the body with the eyes open and closed. Changes according to the time in each measurement item and differences between the groups were analyzed with repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA). The statistical significance level was set at p<.05. Results: In comparison between the times for each group, K-BBS, TUGcognitive, FRT, and BioRescue, Footsprints, SEO and SEC improved in both groups with the passage of time. All variables improved to a greater cxtent in the eccentric contraction training group than in the concentric contraction training group. Conclusion: Eccentric contraction training, which is ordinarily accessible, involves low risk and is economical. Thus, it may be provided as an effective treatment method aimed at enhancing the balance ability of stroke patients whose onset period is shorter than two years.
