한국 환경산업 수출 경쟁력 확보를 위한 녹색금융의 역할 연구

연구목적 : 지금 전 세계적으로 환경오염과 자원고갈의 문제 그리고 지구 보존을 위한 환경의 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 환경에 대한 심각성이 제기되면서 세계 각국은 환경보호관련 기술개발에 많은 투자를 하고 있으며 환경산업에 대한 중요성도 증대되고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 환경산업의 발전과 더불어 환경산업을 통한 해외 수출 경쟁력은 미흡한 상태에 있다. 금융기관의 투자불확실성, 금융정책 지속성의 문제 등 환경산업의 활성화를 위한 녹색금융의 역할도 미흡한 실정이다. 우리나라의 환경산업이 수출 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 녹색금융의 역할과 정부의 지원정책이 중요하다. 이에 본 논문은 환경산업의 중요성을 인식하고 환경산업이 수출 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 녹색금융의 역할을 제시한다. 논문구성/논리 : 본 논문은 선행연구를 바탕으로 우리나라 환경산업에 대한 수출경쟁력 확보를 위한 녹색금융의 역할과 활성화 방안을 연구하였다. 제2장에서는 한국 환경산업의 현황과 수출 경쟁력을 분석하고 조사하였으며 제3장에서는 금융기관과 국가정책에 따른 우리나라 녹색금융의 현황을 연구하였으며 제4장에서는 우리나라 환경산업의 수출경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 녹색금율의 역할과 활성화 방안을 제시하여 제5장에서는 결론을 도출하였다. 결과 : 환경산업은 환경오염 상태를 측정하고 오염물질을 정화하거나 방지하기 위한 시설이나 서비스를 포함하는 산업으로 기술집약적인 고부가가치산업이다. 녹색금융은 녹색성장에 필요한 자금을 공급하는 금융으로서 녹색기술을 개발해 사업을 추진하거나 에너지 효율화 또는 대체 에너지의 활성화를 위한 녹색기업 및 녹색 프로젝트를 대상으로 자금을 공급하는 것이다. 우리나라 환경산업의 수출경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 지속가능한 정부의 정책과 시중 금융기관의 역할이 요구된다. 독창성/가치 : 최근 세계는 부존자원의 사용과 그에 대한 고갈의 문제, 그리고 환경오염에 의한 기후변화에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 선진 각국은 환경산업을 위한 장기적 투자를 통해 경쟁력을 확보하고 있지만 우리나라의 경우는 아직 미약한 수준에 있다. 수출경쟁력 확보를 위한 우리나라 환경산업은 구조적으로 녹색금융과 함께 동반성장할 수 있는 여건으로 충분하다. 환경산업이 활성화되기 위해서는 녹색금융의 역할이 무엇보다 중요하므로 녹색금융의 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것도 무엇보다 우선되어야 할 과제이다. Purpose : Now, green finance doesn't work well in our country for the existing uncertainty of the organizations who offer environmental service and oversea investment, and missing of sustainable financial policy. Green finance and the government support are very important to ensure the competitiveness of the industry of Korea. This paper will talk about the importance of environmental industry, and how green finance will work on environmental industry export competitiveness. Composition/Logic : This study started with existing research, introducing the function and suggestions of green finance, In Chapter 2, the paper investigates and analyzes the current status and competitiveness of Korean environmental industry. By looking at financial organizations and global policy, the Chapter 3 studies current status of green finance in Korea. The Chapter 4 gives some idea on how to ensure environmental industry export competitiveness with green finance in Korea, and it leads to the conclusion in Chapter 5. Findings : The environmental industry includes measurement for pollutions, facilities and services for preventing and filtering pollutants, which makes it an intensive and high value industry. Green finance provides support for those enterprises and projects aiming for developing green technology, high efficiency energy and alternative energy. Green finance is a part of general finance. To ensure the competitiveness of the industry, it requires government policy support and financial organization support. Originality/Value : Advanced countries have invested on the environmental industry, through which ensure their competitiveness but Korea is lagging behind. To guarantee the export competitiveness, from structural point of view, environment industry in Korea fully meets the requirement of increasing along with green finance. To facilitate the environment industry, green finance is of great significance. Finding the way to improve the green finance should be prioritized.

중국 수출ㆍ입 제조 기업의 물류서비스 요인과 파트너십 및 아웃소싱 효과의 영향관계 연구

Recently, China s logistics market is becoming very competitive. This paper examines the relations of logistics outsourcing level factor, information quality, partnerships and outsourcing effect. Based on the analysis of two hundred twenty two cases in China s Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, through structural equation model, the following results were found. First, the logistics outsourcing level and information quality factor of logistics service positively affects outsourcing effect factor. Secondly, the partnership not significant outsourcing effect. Thirdly, logistics outsourcing level and information quality factor of logistics service positively affect supply chain performance. This paper recognized the importance of the logistics outsourcing level and information quality building logistics service in China manufacturing and trade firms. Henceforth paper examines to influencing relationships between logistics service improvement and customer satisfaction, including the consideration of third party logistics perspective etc.

중국 사물인터넷 발전 현황과 활성화 방안

연구목적: 정보기술의 지속적인 발전은 오늘날 우리들의 생활방식, 경제 등 여러 가지 면에서 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 최근 사물인터넷(Internet of Things)은 국가 발전 전략으로 떠오르기 시작하면서 지속적인 경제성장의 추구를 위해 주목받고 있으며, 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 사물인터넷의 발전은 전통적인 산업방식을 개선하는 동시에 정보산업화의 핵심 경쟁력를 강화시키고 사회 정보화 수준도 제고하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국의 사물인터넷 현황분석을 통해 활성화방안을 제시함으로써 중국 사물인터넷의 발전에 기여하는 것이다. 논문구성/논리: 사물인터넷의 활용범위는 광범위하며 안전, 환경보호, 스마트 가전제품, 공업자동화 통제, 스마트 의류, 정밀 농업, 스마트 교통 및 스마트 물류 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 사물인터넷 분석하고, 현재 중국 사물인터넷 현황을 분석하였다. 또한 사물인터넷과 관련된 사례를 분석하고 관련 기술을 살펴보고, 중국 사물인터넷과 관련된 정책에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 더 나아가 중국 사물인터넷 활성화 방안을 모색하고 글로벌 기술 경쟁력 제고와 시장 선도를 위한 핵심 기술개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 결과: 본 연구는 중국 정부의 사물인터넷 발전 현황에 대한 분석과 주요 성(省) 및 시(市)에 대한 사물인터넷 발전 목표 및 그 정책적 환경 분석을 위한 근거를 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 이론에만 치중하여 실제 연구와 개발한 제품 응용으로 승화되지 않으면 시간 및 자원의 낭비로 이어질 것이며, 사물인터넷 과학기술영역 발전 기회를 상실하게 될 것이다. 따라서 이러한 중국 사물인터넷 활성화 방안을 모색하고 글로벌 기술 경쟁력 제고와 시장 선도를 위한 핵심 기술의 개발과 사물인터넷의 발전방안에 대해 모색하였다. 독창성/가치: 중국 사물인터넷 연구와 개발이용 면에서는 아직 미비한 실정이고 사물인터넷의 활성화를 위해 이론 및 기술개발 문제점을 해결함과 동시에 사물인터넷의 개발효과를 실질적으로 응용할 경우 사물인터넷 연구와 개발 면에서는 크게 도움이 될 것이라 판단된다. 실제 연구와 개발한 제품 응용으로 승화되지 않으면 시간과 자원의 낭비로 이어질 것이며, 사물인터넷 과학기술영역 발전 기회를 상실하게 될 것이다. 따라서 중국 사물인터넷 활성화 방안을 모색하고 글로벌 기술 경쟁력 제고와 시장 선도를 위한 핵심 기술의 개발과 사물인터넷의 발전방안에 대해 모색하고자 한다. Purpose: The development of information technology has changed various aspects of human lifestyle, economics, etc. Recently, Internet of Things(IOT) has become a very important strategy for economic development. The development of IOT has reinforced the competitive power of information industry and the social information level, and it has renewed traditional ways of the industry. The aim of this study is to contribute to the development of IOT for China by analyzing its basic information and strategy. Composition/Logic : The scope of IOT is very large such as security, environmental protection, and smart product. This paper analyzes the current situation of IOT, the case study, and related policy in China. Finally, this study discusses the strategic options for China's IOT developer. Findings: This study analyzes the policy situation and target at the provincial-level and city-level, respectively, in China. We conclude that the IOT should not be just based on the theory but based on the real applicant and case that is the market-based strategy, without this, the IOT could not achieve success in China. Based on this, we suggest some strategy for obtaining the global technology competitiveness and market-achievement for IOT in China. Originality/Value: Little attention has been paid to the development of IOT in China. Therefore, this study aims to fill this gap by using the real case study and applications. If there exists the missing link between the research and real application, there will be a waste of time and money. Finally, this study also suggests some strategy for obtaining the global technology competitiveness and market-achievement of IOT for China.
