소아에서 외상 급성 췌장염은 드물기는 하지만 주로 자전거 손잡이에 의한 복부 둔상으로 발생할 수 있다. 치료는 손상의 정도에 따라 개별화되며, 저자들에 따라 치료 방법에 차이를 보이지만 대부분 췌장 도관의 손상과 위치에 따라 결정된다. 외상 급성 췌장염의 합병증으로 췌장 거짓낭이 주로 발생하지만 저자들은 췌장염의 보존적 치료 경과 중 원위부 총담관의 협착과 담즙찌꺼기에 의한 담도 폐쇄를 경험하였고 경피경간담도 배액술로 성공적으로 치료하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Isolated pancreatic trauma and secondary obstructive jaundice in the pediatric population is unusual. Biliary tract obstruction can be a major cause of acute pancreatitis. We report a case of obstructive jaundice secondary to isolated traumatic acute pancreatitis in a previously healthy 32-month-old girl. In our case, secondary obstructive jaundice aggravated the pancreatic inflammation and was successfully treated with percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD).

Semi-Tensor Product 연산을 이용한 불리언 네트워크의 정적 제어

In this paper, we investigate static control of Boolean networks described in the framework of semi-tensor product (STP) operation. The control objective is to determine control input nodes and their logical values so as to stabilize the considered Boolean network to a desired fixed point or cycle. Using topology of Boolean networks such as incidence matrix and hub nodes, a set of appropriate control input nodes is selected, and based on STP operations, we assign constant control inputs so that the controlled network can converge to a prescribed fixed point or cycle. To validate applicability of the proposed scheme, we conduct a numerical study on the problem of determining control input nodes for a Boolean network representing hierarchical differentiation of myeloid progenitors.

王夫之是明末淸初的三大思想家之一,他不僅在經學方面、在詩學方面,也展現了自己獨特而又系統的思想體系。本文以哲學思想與詩學觀的聯繫爲基礎,論析了王夫之詩學觀中的“性情”之涵義。王夫之詩學觀重視道德情感,王夫之在人性論中認爲,人的性涵蓋了“仁義禮智之理”與“聲色臭味之欲”,情可分成爲有節制的“貞情”與極於一往的“淫情”。他的這種人性論中的性情觀在詩學觀上也有所體現。他在詩學方面,將性情視爲詩的本質,這種性情是以道德理性之性加以節制的道德情感。王夫之還敍述了寫詩要通過感物而發的鎭情達到情景交融,這기是他辯證思維的體現,又是他對詩具有的藝術性的認識。他不僅意識到了詩和作者的關係,而且也意識到了詩與讀者之間的互相聯繫。尤其是他認爲通過感物和情景交融可以陶冶讀者性情,這種詩學觀以其人性論中的“日生日成”、“已成可革”之性爲根據,蘊含著具有主體性的人通過自己後天的努力可以改變進以完善自己的性之思想。本文認爲王夫之詩學觀的意義如下:第一,王夫之在自己獨特而又系統的哲學思想和人性論爲基礎的詩學觀念上,繼承了“發乎情,止乎禮義”的儒家傳統詩學觀念。第二,與以往的人性論不同,他認爲人通過後天的努力可以改變進以完善自己的性,重視人的主體性。而且這種思想反映到了詩學觀上。

고위공직자범죄수사처 (高位公職者犯罪搜査處) 신설에 영향을 미친 정치제도 분석

본 연구는 김대중정부 이후 문재인정부까지의 공수처 신설과정에 대해 역사적 제도주의 접근에서 정치제도적 맥락, 검찰 파워엘리트의 이해, 공수처 설치라는 이념의 요인이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 역대정부의 청와대 민정수석ㆍ법무부장관ㆍ국회 법사위원의 검찰출신 비율, 분점/단점정부 여부, 대통령 국정지지도 및 설치의지, 공수처 찬성여론을 주요한 요인으로, 공수처 신설법안 통과를 결과로서 설정하여 사례분석하였다. 분석결과, 문재인정부에서 공수처 설치법안이 23년 만에 통과된 데에는 강력한 찬성여론, 탄탄한 대통령 국정지지도, 검찰파워엘리트연결망의 약화가 영향을 미친 것으로 확인하였다. 특히 23년 동안 공수처 신설의 국회논의가 거듭 무산된 데에는 ‘청와대 민정수석실-법무부-국회 법사위원회’의 검찰파워엘리트연결망이 강하게 작동한 영향임을 시사한다. This study looks at political process of the establishment of Corruption Investigation Office for Higher-ranking Officials since Kim Dae-jung government from the perspective of historical institutionalism. The context of political institution (divided-unified government, political support of the president), interests of power elite (position of the Senior Secretary to the President for Civil Affairs, the Minister of Justice, the Legislation and Judiciary Committee by public prosecutors), and citizen support for the idea of creation of Corruption Investigation Office for Higher-ranking Officials are analyzed in the each government. The research findings indicate that strong support of the idea of the agency, unified government and strong political support for the president, and weakness of the power structure network of public prosecutor are main factors to create the Corruption Investigation Office for Higher-ranking Officials in Moon Jae-in government.

독재자 게임으로 살펴 본 아동의 이타적 행동의 발달, 성차와 조망수용의 역할

본 연구에서는 이타적 행동이 연령과 성별에 따라서 어떠한 차이를 나타내는지 알아보고, 조망수용과 이타적 행동의 관련성을 알아보았다. 연구1에서는 D광역시에 거주하는 만4세, 6세와 8세 아동 157명들에게 경제게임 가운데 하나인 독재자 게임을 실시하여 아동들에게 10개의 자원을 자신과 가상의 친구에게 원하는 대로 나누어주게 하였다. 아동은 나이가 들수록 더 이타적으로 행동하였는데, 이타적 행동은 특히 만 8세에 많이 증가하였고, 모든 연령에서 여아가 남아보다 더 이타적으로 행동하였다. 연구2에서는 연구1에 참여하였던 만 4세 아동 47명들에게 인지적 조망수용 과제와 정서적 조망수용 과제를 실시하고 이타적 행동과의 관련성을 살펴보았다. 인지적 조망수용 가운데 의도조망 수용과 정서적 조망수용이 각각 이타적 행동과 정적 상관을 보여서 아동이 타인의 의도와 정서를 잘 파악할수록 더 이타적으로 행동하는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 위계적 회귀분석으로 조망수용이 이타적 행동을 예측하는지를 검증한 결과, 정서조망수용만이 이타적 행동을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. Developmental and gender differences in young children"s altruistic behavior and the role of perspective-taking were examined with the dictator game. Four-, 6-, and 8-year-old children from kindergarten and elementary school were asked to divide 10 candies between him/herself and an anonymous friend. In study 1, older children and girls behaved more altruistically, although the majority of children displayed altruistic behavior even at the youngest age level. Specifically, 8-year-old children offered significantly more candies to other person than did 4-year-old children. In study 2, both intentional and affective perspective-taking displayed significant positive correlations with altruistic offer. However, only affective perspective-taking predicted altruistic offer significantly.

세포 신호전달 경로 데이타베이스를 위한 데이타 모델링

최근 유전체학과 단백질체학 분야에서 생성되는 방대한 분량의 데이타로부터 생물학적 의미를 추출해내기 위한 생물정보학적인 도구들에 대한 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 세포 신호전달 경로에 관한 정보를 효율적으로 표현, 저장함은 물론 저장된 데이타로부터 생물학적 의미를 추출할 수 있도록 하기 위한 다양한 요구 조건들을 생물학자의 관점에서 분석하고, 이들 요구조건을 체계적으로 반영하여 설계한 ROSPath 데이타베이스 시스템을 제안한다. ROSPath 데이타 모델에서는 향후의 확장성을 고려하여 불완전한 지식의 표현이 가능하도록 하며 인터넷상에서 기존의 다른 생화학 데이타베이스를 공유할 수 있는 연결성을 제공한다. 또한, 객체지향 모델을 이용하여 계층적인 구성을 제공함으로써 효율적인 검색을 지원한다. ROSPath 데이타 모델은 두 가지 주요 데이타 요소인 ‘바이오 개체’와 ‘상호작용’으로 정의된다. 바이오 개체는 세포 신호전달 경로에 관여하는 단백질과 단백질 상태 등과 같은 개개의 생화학적인 개체를 의미하고, 상호작용은 단백질 상태 전이나 화학 반응, 단백질-단백질 상호작용 등과 같은 바이오 개체들 간의 다양한 관계 및 신호전달과정을 설명한다. 제안된 ROSPath 데이타 모델을 이용하여 구성되는 복잡한 정보 네트워크는 다양한 생화학 프로세스들을 기술하고 분석하는 데에 활용할 수 있다. Recent massive data generation by genomics and proteomics requires bioinformatic tools to extract the biological meaning from the massive results. Here we introduce ROSPath, a database system to deal with information on reactive oxygen species (ROS)-mediated cell signaling pathways. It provides a structured repository for handling pathway related data and tools for querying, displaying, and analyzing pathways. ROSPath data model provides the extensibility for representing incomplete knowledge and the accessibility for linking the existing biochemical databases via the Internet. For flexibility and efficient retrieval, hierarchically structured data model is defined by using the object-oriented model. There are two major data types in ROSPath data model: ‘bio entity’ and ‘interaction’. Bio entity represents a single biochemical entity: a protein or protein state involved in ROS cell-signaling pathways. Interaction, characterized by a list of inputs and outputs, describes various types of relationship among bio entities. Typical interactions are protein state transitions, chemical reactions, and protein-protein interactions. A complex network can be constructed from ROSPath data model and thus provides a foundation for describing and analyzing various biochemical processes.

洪亮吉 『北江詩話』의 淸代 詩人 批評 硏究

『BeijiangShihua』 of Hong Liang-Ji contains the criticism on 『Shijing』, 『Chuci』 and the poems from the Six Dynasty, Tang Dynasty, Song Dynasty, Ming Dynasty, and Qing Dynasty. In addition, it holds a variety of information such as academic records including history, geography, culture, archeology, documental archaeology, and philology, anecdotes from the figures of the Qing Dynasty, and the records about passing the state examinations. Hong Liang-Ji read the poems written by many writers widely at the time with an interest in the Qing Dynasty. He criticised their poems with his own clear poetics and left such recordings in 『BeijiangShihua』. Hong Liang-Ji had a high regard for the originality of poem. He claimed not to imitate the old poems, but to learn their creative spirit expressing feeling. He asserted to write new and unique poems, which must be rational in contents. In addition, he praised any poets who wrote an original poem coming from true nature regardless of their fame.
