한국 TV 요리 프로그램 식품안전 행동관찰 : <냉장고를 부탁해>를 중심으로

본 연구는 일반 시청자의 개인위생 수준 향상을 위해 TV 요리 프로그램 <냉장고를 부탁해>의 식품안전 위생행동을 개인위생 및 준비, 교차오염, 온도 및 시간 관리, 정보안내의 4가지 범주로 나누어 관찰·평가하였다. 20회의 요리 대결에서 14명의 셰프는 적절한 위생행동을 331회, 부적절한 행동을 659회 한 것으로 관찰되었다. 몇몇 셰프는 부적절한 특정 행동을 반복하였고 대부분의 셰프가 교차오염 항목에서 높은 빈도수로 부적절한 행동을 한 것이 관찰되었다. 비 대결부분인 진행자 및 기타 출연자의 부적절한 행동은 초기 45회에서 후기 5회로 크게 감소하였다. 훈련된 전문가인 셰프의 위생행동보다 다른 출연자의 변화가 크다는 점은 일반 시청자의 위생행동도 변화될 가능성이 크다는 것을 시사한다. 이에 올바른 위생 지식이 뒷받침된다면 가정 내에서 반복되는 부적절한 위생행동도 개선될 수 있을 것으로 기대되었다. 본 연구는 일반 시청자의 개인위생 수준을 향상시켜 식인성 질환을 예방하고, 개인위생에 대한 가정 중심 접근법 필요성에 대한 근거가 되며, 관련 프로그램 제작자에게는 위생행동 기준설정에 필요한 연구자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In order to improve personal hygiene level of viewers, this study observed food safety behavior in Korea TV cooking show <Please take care of my refrigerator>. From 20 times of cooking competitions, 14 chefs took 331 times of proper hygiene behavior and 659 times of improper hygiene behavior. Some of the chefs repeated certain improper behaviors, and most of the chefs frequently committed improper behaviors in cross-contamination. Hosts and invited guests committed improper behaviors 45 times reduced to 5 times after. The fact that changes of hosts and guests are greater than professional chefs suggests possibility which is the hygiene behavior of general viewers can be improved with accurate hygiene knowledge supported. Contents of this study can be used as a material to improve personal hygiene level to prevent food-borne diseases, evidence to necessity for home-centered personal hygiene approach, and data to set hygiene behavior standards for cooking show producers.
공공임대주택단지내 건강관리서비스 도입을 위한 서비스 운영 모델 연구

As the concern on healthcare, nowadays, policies on healthcare service are drawn up for sustaining service growth. This study reviews Korean policies and previous government lead projects of u-Health, and derives the improvement for policy on healthcare voucher system and the project management model in the social rental housing through interviewing project managers and monitoring how the project operates. The results are as follows; first, the physical environment is required for successful establishment of healthcare system in the social rental housing. To achieve this, these 5 factors are needed: provision of the space, building of the IT infrastructure, placement of the manager, establishment ties with social community programs, and awareness-raising of residents. Second, the healthcare service has no sustainability because of faults in the voucher system. Therefore, policy needs to improve to be simplified procedures, be eased income standards, and be able to continue on service without having blood tests or registrations again. Third, project management model giving not only effective service but also motivation to participate in is suggested and it should take the lead by the service provider and the housing manager. For doing this, -setting the physical environment, the improvement for policy, and the project management- providing sustainable healthcare service in residential space will be successfully achieved.
공간 영역별 헬스케어 시스템 및 고령친화적 디자인 기법에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to draw the healthcare system and age-friendly design methods classified by Spatial domains. For this, first, systematize the spatial domains personal living space and common space. Second, suggest the method of application of the healthcare system in personal living space and common space. The third, draw the design methods classified spatial domains, using the form of the elderly’s healthcare activity. The result of this study is expected to suggest the direction of spatial design in living space and common space, considering of healthcare system and design technique for the elderly.
주거공간의 헬스케어 서비스 도입을 위한 공간계획방향 연구

The purpose of this study is to derive the concept of “senior-friendly healthcare space”. For doing this, this study establishes the conceptual range of “senior-friendly healthcare space” through analysis of previous studies and cases. Also, those design concepts and methods of healthcare space derived previously were verified by the expert survey. The results are as follows; first, the model of residential space concentrated on healthcare system is needed. Second, it is essential to focus on the sustainability and low-cost of healthcare services to improve the residential environment of the public rental housing. Third, the public space that can support healthcare of elderly people is important and the basic direction of public space is required to design different scale depending on the local environment. In addition, the basic direction of dwelling unit space is needed to organize with regard to personal characteristics such as the independence degree of elderly people and cohabitant.
도시재생을 위한 수변지역 실내외 공간계획 요소에 관한 연구

Urban regeneration of waterfront area attracts tourists and provides the citizens with pleasant surroundings, improving the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to deduce the principal factors of space plan for the waterfront areas through the analyzing of the overseas cases that are making efforts to regenerate the waterfront areas before us and the conducting the importance survey of detracted space planning factors on the experts. The research methods are as follows: Firstly, space planning factors of the overseas waterfront areas was analyzed through precedent studies. Secondly, the space planning factors were categorized according to the goal of urban regeneration and the importance survey on the space planning factors which were shown at the overseas cases more than twice was planned. Thirdly, the importance analysis executed through the export survey and the important space planning factors for urban regeneration were detracted. The research methods are as follows: Firstly, ‘environment, access and amenity’ is the most important in the space plan for regenerating waterfront areas. Secondly, the providing of facilities with specific uses properly are important in the factors of concrete space plan for regenerating waterfront areas. Thirdly, The preserving and utilizing of elements of history and culture and the strengthening of locality are important for waterfront areas to regenerate a city. Fourthly, waterfront areas should be a human-friendly space for easy access and public use.
라이프스타일 유형에 따른 도심형 공공급식 이용의도에 관한 연구 : 역할의 조절효과 검증

본 연구에서는 최근 급증하고 있는 도심 속 식사불균형 해소를 목표로, 도심형 공공급식의 가능성 확인을 위해 진행하였다. 이를 위해 개인의 라이프스타일을 확인하고 그 유형에 따라 도심형 공공급식 이용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 또한 라이프스타일이 도심형 공공급식 이용의도에 미치는 영향에서 역할의 조절작용에 대해 확인하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 총 8개의 가설을 설정하였으며, 결과 검증을 위해 천안지역 20대 이상 거주자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 라이프스타일의 실행요인 중 미식지향, 편의지향은 도심형 공공급식 이용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 역할은 라이프스타일 실행요인이 이용의도에 미치는 영향에서 미식지향 요인에 대해 통계적으로 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 도심형 공공급식 이용의도를 향상 시킬 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 도출하여 제시하였다. In this paper, we report the possibility of urban public catering as a method to urban nutrition imbalance, badly increasing problem. Classified each lifestyle, we verified how it impacts on willingness to use urban public catering and the role of regulation. Eight different theories based on prior research and survey, on those living in Cheonan-si South Korea and over twenties, for result validation. As a result, delicacies oriented and convenience oriented, as one of execution factors of lifestyle classification, have positive(+) effect on the willingness to use urban public catering. Simultaneously, the role of regulation has positive(+) effect on the delicacies oriented. Based on these results, we present practical implication for improving the willingness to use urban public catering.
