본 연구에서는 CFRP쉬트로 보강된 원형 CFT기둥의 압축거동을 관찰하고 설계식을 제안하였다. 원형 CFT기둥의 CFRP쉬트의 보강효과를 관찰하기 위해 10개의 실험체를 제작하여 중심축하중 실험을 수행하였다. 실험변수로는 CFRP쉬트 보강겹수와 직경-두께비(D/t)이다. 실험결과 원형CFT기둥에 CFRP쉬트 보강을 통해 압축내력을 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 ACI 440code를 응용하여 CFRP 보강된 원형 CFT기둥의 압축내력을 예측하기 위한 설계식을 제안한다. 제안식을 분석한 결과 실험결과와 비교적 일치한 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates the axial behavior of CFRP strengthened circular CFT columns and proposes the design formula of CFRP strengthened circular CFT columns. 10 specimens were prepared and axial loading test were conducted to investigate the retrofitting effects of CFRP composites on CFT columns. The main parameters are the number of FRP sheets and D/t ratio. Test results showed that the CFRP retrofitting enhanced the load bearing capacity of the circular CFT columns. Finally, A ACI 440 code applied ultimate axial strength formula is proposed to predict the ultimate strength of CFRP strengthened circular CFT columns. The proposed formula are good agreement with the test results.

지상의 인프라 못지않게 중요시 되고 있는 GNSS (global navigation satellite system) 를 위한 한국형 위성기반 보강시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 가장 경제적인 위성기반 보강시스템 구축을 위하여 시스템 요소로서 현재 존재하는 시스템의 사용을 적극 고려하였다. 기준시스템은 현재 운용되고 있는 DGPS (differential global positioning system) 네트워크를 최대한 활용하는 것으로 하였고, 위성은 통신해양기상위성 1호(COMS-1)을 근간으로 조사하였다. 버스 시스템은 최소한의 변경이 예상되는 반면 통신탑재체는 주요한 변화를 겪게 될 것으로 분석되었다. 지상의 주제어 센터는 새롭게 건설되어야 하지만 소프트웨어, 인력 등 센터의 필수적인 요소는 DGPS네트워크의 운용 경험을 통하여 쉽게 확보될 수 있으리라 판단된다 . A K-SBAS (Korean Satellite Based Augmentation System) is proposed as one of the space infrastructure. The proposed system considers the existed elements to the utmost for the most economical SBAS construction. As reference system the current DGPS (differential global positioning system) network is investigated. Space segment is investigated based on the COMS-1 (Communications, Oceanographic, and Meteorological Satellite-1). While bus system of COMS-1 can be kept to minimum change, the communication payload of needed, crucial parts such as software, man power can be easily secured through the DGPS network operation heritage.
건칠(乾漆) 추출물(Nexia)의 독성 실험과 급성 림프 구성 백혈병환자의 임상증례군 보고

This study was undertaken to evaluate safety and antitumor activity of Nexia, a processed extract of Rhus verniciflua STOKES by heating according to Korean patent 0504160 through toxicology, cancer research and clinical application. Nexia did not exhibit any toxicological symptoms through 13 week continuous treatment, dosage accumulation study and anaphylaxis response. The lifespan of four patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia under complete remission were 110, 83, 97, and 86 months after treatment of Nexia, respectively. These data suggest that Nexia, a processed extract by removing allergen from Rhus verniciflua STOKES, may have safety and antitumor activity and also still need continuous study on its mechanism and clinical trial.

The hydrogen embrittlement of high strength steel for automobiles was evaluated by small punch (SP) test. The test specimens were fabricated to be 5 series, having various chemical compositions according to the processes of heat treatment and working. Hydrogen charging was electrochemically conducted for each specimen with varying of current density and charging time. It was shown that the SP energy and the maximum load decreased with increasing hydrogen charging time in every specimen. SEM investigation results for the hydrogen containing samples showed that the fracture behavior was a mixed fracture mode having 50% dimples and 50% cleavages. However, the fracture mode of specimens with charging hydrogen changed gradually to the brittle fracture mode, compared to the mode of other materials. All sizes and numbers of dimples decreased with increasing hydrogen charging time. These results indicate that hydrogen embrittlement is the major cause of fracture for high strength steels for automobiles; also, it is shown that the small punch test is a valuable test method for hydrogen embrittlement of high strength sheet steels for automobiles.
가정 폐기물이 SRF 바이오매스에 미치는 영향 - B시를 중심으로

This study investigated the biomass content of fluff type SRF(Solid refuse fuel) operated in B city according to the physical composition. As a result of analyzing the physical composition of SRF, it was investigated that papers 25.2%, fiber 15.1%, vinyl·plastics 42.6%, woods 9.4%, rubbers 1.5%, diapers 3.2% and incombustibles 3.0%. The average of ash and combustible content of SRF was 10.5% and 89.5%, and the higher the proportion of paper and wood, the lower proportion of ash. In addition, the biomass of SRF is 24.9%~58.0%, with an average of 42.6%.
FRP로 보강된 원형 CFT기둥의 구속효과를 고려한 압축내력설계식 제안

The purpose of this study is to propose the axial load capacity design formula for circular CFT column reinforced by FRP. To propose the equation, 11 specimens' results obtained from Xiao and Park's tests were used in this study. Steel tube and FRP confined concrete strengths were obtained from the Mander equation used in ACI committee 440. The confinement effectiveness coefficient for FRP confined circular CFT column are proposed and confined concrete strengths are also obtained by using the coefficient. Finally, from the obtained concrete strengths, the axial load capacity design formula for FRP reinforced circular CFT columns is proposed and the design equation results are in good agreement with the test results.
