        연속형 미디어 데이터는 대용량이고 실시간으로 전송되어야 하므로 데이터 전송 시에 네트워크에 많은 부하를 주게 된다. 이러한 네트워크는 부하 문제를 해결하기 위하여 프락시 서버가 사용되며 프락시 서버에는 자주 접근되는 데이터가 저장되어 원래의 데이터가 존재하는 서버로의 네트워크 교통량을 줄이게 된다. 그러나 현재의 프락시 서버는 텍스트나 이미지 데이터등의 비 연속형 데이터만을 고려하여 설계되었으므로 연속형 미디어 데이터의 캐슁에는 적합하지 않다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 연속형 미디어 데이터의 특징을 고려하여 프락시 서버를 두 계층으로 나누어 배치하여 데이터를 캐슁하고 데이터의 접근 패턴과 크기를 동시에 고려한 재할당 정책을 사용하여 캐쉬공간을 관리하는 프락시 서버 관리 정책을 제안한다. 제안된 정책에서는 각각의 LAN 마다 하나의 프락시 서버가 존재하며 각 LAN은 여러 개의 서브LAN으로 나뉘어 져서 이러한 각각의 서브 LAN에는 또한 하나의 서브 LAN 프락시가 존재한다. 이에 병행하여 각각의 데이터들도 각각 전방 분할(front-end partition)과 후방 분할(rear-end partition)로 나뉘어져서 해당 데이터의 참조 유형에 따라 하나의 프락시에 동시에 저장되기도 하고 LAN 캐쉬 서버와 서브 LAN 캐쉬 서버에 각각 따로 저장되기도 한다. 이러한 정책을 사용함으로써 전체 데이터를 단위로 캐슁할 경우보다 데이터공간의 할당과 재할당에 따른 오버헤드가 감소함으로써 궁극적으로는 원래의 저장 서버로의 네트워크 교통량을 보다 더 감소시킬 수 있다. So, in this paper, we propose a two-layered network cache management policy for continuous media object delivery on the wide area networks. With the proposed cache management scheme,in cach LAN, there exists one LAN cache and each LAN is further devided into a group of sub-LANs, each of which also has its own sub-LAN eache. Further, each object is also partitioned into two parts the front-end and rear-end partition. they can be loaded in the same cache or separately in different network caches according to their access frequencics. By doing so, cache replacement overhead could be educed as compared to the case of the full size daa allocation and replacement , this eventually reduces the backbone network traffic to the origin server.

        과정이수형 자격제도 운영 학과의 NCS 기반 교육과정 설계모형 연구

        국가직무능력표준(NCS)은 산업현장에서 직무 수행에 필요한 능력들을 체계화 및 표준화한 것으로서 전문직업인 양성이 교육목적인 전문대학에 NCS를 적절히 적용할 수만 있다면 현장 중심의 인력 양성에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 보인다. 그러나 인문사회계열 학문인 사회복지 분야에서는 실기보다는 이론 숙지가 주를 이루며 또한 사회복지사 2급 자격을 위한 과정이수형 교육과정을 편성하고 있기 때문에 기존의 자격제도 변화없이 NCS를 교육과정에 도입하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과정이수형 교육과정을 운영하고 있는 전문대학 사회복지과 교육과정에 NCS를 적용하기 위한 교육과정 설계모형을 다음과 같이 제시한다. 첫째, NCS 능력단위 중심의 교육과정 설계가 아닌 기존 교과목에 NCS 능력단위를 매핑하는 역공학적 접근을 시도한다. 둘째, 주 취업시장의 직무능력 함양을 위하여 노인, 아동, 장애인 등 대상에 따른 사회복지 서비스 제공에 관한 능력단위를 개발·추가한다. 셋째, NCS 능력단위를 주 취업시장의 직무와의 연관정도에 따라 유형 1,2,3 등 3 유형으로 분류하여 적용한다. 넷째, NCS 직업기초능력 중 사회복지 분야에 적합하다고 판단되는 4개 요소를 추출, 독자적인 과목으로 개설한다. 다섯째, 주 취업시장에서의 직무능력 함양을 위한 능력단위들의 조합을 하나의 가상 능력단위로 간주하고 유형 1, 유형 2, 유형 3 등의 순으로 3단계에 걸쳐 유기적으로 배치한 다음 학습 범위를 주 취업시장에서의 직무 수준으로 조정하여 3단계에 공통적으로 적용한다. National Competency Standards or NCS is an educational system that emphasizes developing job-related abilities. Therefore it will be an effective solution in training field-oriented work forces if properly applied. However, in the department of social welfare, it is not easy to apply NCS to the curriculum since most academic subjects concerning social welfare focus not on practice but on theory and in addition, most of social welfare departments in junior colleges have an accredited curriculum for the 2nd degree of the social worker qualification. This means it is preposterous if NCS is applied to the curriculum without prior changes in the existing qualification system. So, this paper proposes a draft model to apply NCS to the already-accredited curriculum for the 2nd degree social workers in the junior colleges and details are as follows. Firstly, the competency units will be customized for the existing academic subjects in the curriculum rather than developing new subjects in accordance with NCS competency units. Secondly, some client-related competency units including children, seniors, the disabled are newly developed and then applied to the curriculum, which are crucial for the career development at the junior college level. Thirdly, the competency units are categorized into three types in accordance with the degree of job relevancy - type 1, type 2, type 3. Fourthly, four out of 11 basic job abilities are selected and then developed into academic subjects. Fifthly, all competency units concerning the main job market are regarded as one virtual competency unit and then arranged in the order of type 1s, type 2s and type 3s and then the scope of their study is adjusted to the job abilities required at the main job market.

        고려시기 兵馬使와 都兵馬使 機構에 대한 몇 가지 문제

        The military system of Kory? featured two separate military bodies. One was the py?ngmasa established in the two border districts (yanggye, composed of the Northern border region (pukkye) and the eastern border region(tonggye)) and the other the Toby?ngmasa established at the central governmentlevel. These two organizations consisted of positions such as p'nsa, sa, pusa, p'n'wan and noksa which were responsible for defense and military related affairs. The general perception has heretofore been that the relations between hese two organizations were set up in such a way that the Toby?ngmasa in principle controlled the Py?ngmasa in both border districts. Some had also maintained that the Toby?ngmasa was in effect the supervisor of commander(py?ngma p'nsaje). However, some have recently argued that the Toby?ngmasa did not refer to an organization but only to a government position. Moreover, they have also claimed that the name of the entire organization was in fact Toby?ngma. Based on this debate, this study undertook the task of reanalyzing the veracity of these conflicting claims. In this regard, this study was able to ascertain that the existing assertion was correct. More to the point, this study found that the term Toby?ngma was an abbreviation of the official name, Toby?ngmasa. In turn, as it possessed the representative characteristics of an organization, ‘Toby?ngmasa’ was the name given to a title and simultaneously meant an organization. Furthermore, the Py?ngmasa and Toby?ngmasa, although independent organizations, were in effect established during the same period. These organizations existed in a relationship in which neither side was controlled by the other. In terms of the functions of the P'nby?ngmasa or Py?ngmap'nsa, and the Toby?ngmasa, which revolved around the Chaech'(宰樞, Privy Council), this study revealed that the P' nby?ngmasa or Py?ngmap'nsa was dispatched to the two border districts to implement the command authority meanwhile, the Toby?ngmasa was responsible for military politics and related public affairs within the central government. Thus, these two positions were also responsible for conducting separate job duties.

        고려시기 科擧에서의 行卷과 家狀

        The candidates for the state civil service examination in the Goryeo period must have submitted two kinds of particular documents to the state department in charge, Gongwon(貢院) of the Ministry of Rites(禮部) before the examination. The documents were called Haenggwon(行卷) and Gajang(家狀). Haenggwon was, in fact, a bunch of papers bound together that demonstrates the candidate's composing poems and prose skills. The other document, Gajang, contained the necessary information of the candidate's main family members. The basic regulations for these two documents and their submission were believed to be established sometime during 1091 ~ 1116, and were in action till the end of the dynasty. According this regulation the candidates for the civil service examination usually presented the two documents at least two months before the examination date, so the examiners could have enough time to appraise the individual candidate's overall capability as well as his social rank, on which the information of the candidate's family members could tell, during the sixty days. However, the actual deadline for submission showed slight changes according to period. And for the unfortunate candidates who happened to lose their family members, the ministry in charge of the examination often exceptionally extended submission date. Reading the two documents before the examination was in fact an appraisal of the applicants' qualifications. This process also revealed not only the applicant himself but his own family members who might already have been officials of the government. It is highly possible that the information on the newly recruited officials, which was pre-acquired via Haenggwon and Gajang documents, affected the crucial post recruitment process such as identification and immediate appointment. The state civil service examination was a recruiting system fundamentally based upon the applicant's ability. However, looking inside the actual operating aspect of the examination system, submission of the Heanggwon and Gajang documents for instance, it is clear to see that the recruiting system was run in favor of the renowned aristocratic families. It also, once again. confirms the aristocratic feature of the Goryeo dynasty.
