        포도 과피에서 분리한 효모 Pichia manshurica와 Pichia terricola의 생리활성 증진효과

        본 연구는 포도의 과피에서 분리한 효모 Pichia의 생리활성 증진효과를 연구하기 위한 것이다. 두 균주는 18S rRNA 염기서열분석에 근거하여 Pichia manshurica GU-3와 Pichia terricola GU-4로 각각 동정되었다. 주사전자현미경 분석을 통해 YPD 배지에서 배양한 두 분리세균은 세포표면에 출아와 출아흔적을 가지고 있었으며 전형적인 타원형을 보여주었다. 단일 및 혼합 Pichia 배양의 생리활성을 비교 관찰한 결과, 72시간 배양한 후, 혼합배양에서 tyrosinase억제, ACE 억제, 항산화 최대활성은 각각 81.7%, 45.9%, 42.7%로 나타났다. Superoxide dismutase-유사활성은 혼합배양에서 약 30%로 측정되었다. 이 연구를 통해서 혼합배양된 Pichia 종들은 생리활성을 증진시켰으며, 생리활성을 가지는 산물 개발의 가능성을 가지는 것으로 입증되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the enhanced physiological activities of two Pichia strains, yeasts isolated from grapes pericarp. Based on phylogenetic analysis using 18S rRNA sequencing, two isolates were identified as Pichia manshurica GU-3 and Pichia terricola GU-4, respectively. The scanning electron microscopic analysis showed that the two isolates grown on YPD medium were of typical elliptical shape with buds and bud scars on cell surface. Physiological activities of the single and mixed Pichia cultures were monitored and compared. In mixed cultures after 72 h of incubation, the maximum activities of tyrosinase inhibition, ACE inhibition, and antioxidant were 81.7%, 45.9%, and 42.7%, respectively. Superoxide dismutase-like activity was approximately 30% in the mixed cultures. These studies demonstrate that Pichia species cultured in the form of mixture can enhance the physiological activities and has potential for the development of new bioactive products.

        그라듀에이션 법칙에 관한 헤어조형연구

        There are focus on graduation between layer and graduation to make a form which is hair design. It is a gradnation to express the volume and three-dimensional sense about the form. It must know Graduation’s methord which bring up hair design. Like this, it is Graduation’s methord recoghniged as a mean of oart media that delinver semces and idea. In addition, it does not place a limit on only a mean of form, but it self as a formativitive cut is acknowledged as a work. A varielty of Graduation’s methord by providing the source of unlimited inspiration to Graduation’s onethord. Consequentyuly, if more many studies on this Graduation’s methord are in continuous swing, the Graduation’s methord will seem to contribute to the present hairdresssing industry to same extent.

        A study hair design focus on Layer, Graduation's Form Control. Hair needs more scientific and systematic cut technique approach from simple work. So, through hair design focus on Layer, Graduation’s Form Control, the basis of the basic cut, students at the training site have to have cut's scientific approach and the concept of hair design. Following is the result. This study describes scientific approach and systematic design which explain where the hair locates away from head-shaped sphere and what silhouette is made. In conclusion, hair dressing is dealt as a technical field, but it has to be recognized as a study through the scientific approach by understanding various cut technique and the molding of design.

        섹션의 변화를 활용한 헤어디자인 연구

        In this study the change of the section for using a balanced visual art of hair design, perceptual ability and form created by the principles of analysis and offer hair cuts and hair design of the representation of regions and even hair design as the basis of a student of Hair Beauty and all the people working in the field can create a variety of hair design puts the purpose to establish a basis. The result of this study can be outline as follows: First, by studying th changes in the section head in the form controls for a specific representation of the design area, so you could see this expanded o lose. Second, to express a variety of hair design, the section of the form should be aware of the changes that will have to be absolute. Third, the horizontal section, vertical section of the heavy form of the diagonal section of alight form of the heaviness and lightness can be expressed at the same time, could see that. Therefore, the design of the start of the section is understood to th changes in section should be leading. Changes in the section on using a form of hair designs are created about the principles of the study is not the leading part, or missing as a result of this study the expression of Hair Design Beauty Salon in the area had a curiosity for education in the field of Hair Design and Beauty Note that you can perform to help feed material will be.

        항만에서 시뮬레이션 기반 적정하역능력 산정 모델에 관한 연구 - 항만 화물 전용부두 중심으로 -

        지금까지 일반화물의 항만하역능력은 수리적 모델을 기반으로 단순 계산하는 방법으로 산정되었다. 본 논문은 수리적 모델 기반의 계산 방법이 갖는 현실을 반영하지 못하는 한계점을 극복하고자 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하였다. 항만에서 전용부두의 하역작업 사례로 적정 하역능력을 산정하기 위해 안벽 프로세스 규칙들을 반영한 선박 입항부터 출항까지 발생되는 프로세스를 모델링하였고, 프로토타입을 개발하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 묵호항의 실제 처리능력과 시뮬레이션 결과를 비교하였고, 시뮬레이션 프로토타입의 입력변수 조건을 반복적으로 실험함으로서 적정 능력을 산정할 수 있었다. So far, the port cargo handling capacity of general cargo was computed using simple formulae based on mathematical models. However, this simple calculation could not be able to reflect the reality. Thus, the simulation method was applied in this paper to overcome the limitation that the calculation method used in the past studies has. The process occurring from arrival to departure of a ship, which is reflecting the process rules of berth, was modeled to estimate the optimum level of handling capacity by using an example of the loading and unloading of an appropriated wharf at the harbor, and simulation was performed by developing the prototype. The actual processing capability of Mukho port was compared to the estimated capability calculated using the simulation method and the optimum level of capability could be computed by repeatedly simulating the input variable condition of the simulation prototype.

        최적 항만 게이트 시스템 구성을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델 개발

        컨테이너 터미널에서 육상 운송을 담당하는 트럭 운송사 입장에서의 트럭 대기 시간을 줄이기 위한 게이트 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하였다. 개발 모델의 검증을 위하여 부산신항 P항만을 대상으로 2014년 12월의 4주간 트럭 진출입 자료를 적용한 결과, 99% 이상의 정확성을 보였다. 또한, 개발한 시뮬레이션 모델을 통해 기존 게이트 시스템과 최근 게이트 시스템을 비교해 보았다. 결과적으로 동쪽 진입 게이트 기준으로 기존 게이트 시스템에서는 최대 50대의 트럭 대기와 120분의 대기 시간이 발생하였으나, 신규 게이트 시스템에서는 최대 10대의 트럭 대기와 5.3분의 대기 시간이 소요되었다. 서쪽 진입 게이트 기준으로 기존 게이트 시스템에서는 최대 17대의 트럭 대기와 34분의 대기 시간이 발생하였으나, 신규 게이트 시스템에서는 최대 10대의 트럭 대기와 5.3분의 대기 시간이 소요되었다. 서쪽 진출 게이트 기준으로 기존게이트 시스템에서는 최대 11대의 트럭 대기와 5.5분의 대기 시간이 발생하였으나, 신규 게이트 시스템에서는 최대 9대의 트럭 대기와 4.4분의 대기 시간이 소요되었다. 본 개발 모델을 통하여 각 게이트의 트럭당 진출입 처리 시간에 따라 어느 정도의 트럭 대기가 발생하는지를 파 악할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 각 게이트에서 트럭 진출입에 따른 트럭당 처리 시간을 여러 시나리오별로 시뮬레이션하여 트럭의 대기가 발생되지 않는 최적 게이트 시스템의 운영 기준을 찾는데 활용될 수 있다. In this study, a gate simulation model was developed to reduce the truck waiting time for trucking companies servicing container terminals. To verify the developed model, 4 weeks of truck gate-in/gate-out data was collected in December 2014 at the Port of Busan New Port. Also, the existing gate system was compared to the proposed gate system using the developed simulation model. The result showed that based on East gate-in, a maximum number of 50 waiting trucks with a maximum waiting time of 120 minutes. With the proposed system the maximum number of waiting trucks was 10 with a maximum waiting time of 5.3 minutes. Based on West gate-in, the maximum number of waiting trucks was 17 and the maximum waiting time was 34 minutes in the existing gate system. With the proposed system the maximum number of waiting trucks was 10 with a maximum waiting time of 5.3 minutes. Based on West gate-out, the maximum number of waiting trucks was 11 with a maximum waiting time of 5.5 minutes. With the proposed system the maximum number of waiting trucks was 9 with a maximum waiting time of 4.4 minutes. This developed model shows how many waiting trucks there are, depending on the gate-in/gate-out time of each truck. This system can be used to find optimal gate system operating standards by assuming and adjusting the gate-in/gate-out time of each truck in different situations.

        The ground anchoring has been utilized over 40 years. It is growing the application of the removal ground anchor with tension force for holding earth retaining constructions in the city. It transmits tension stress of prestressed steel wire through grouting to fixed the ground that is of great advantage adjacent ground stability. Nowadays, we can find the compression dispersion anchor on many site. But, it has some problems in behavior of anchors because of impossible to tense p.c strand uniformly under the existing equipment due to different length of p c strand. Hence, motive of this research was to study the application of the newly developed tension system, that analyze and compare with the current anchoring method build on the data of in-site test and laboratory test. As a result, in case of auto back tension system, it became clear that tension pressure was equally distributed among the steal wires but the existing tension system showed sign of instability by indicating stress deflection of about 30% compare with design load. This can cause an ultimate failure of the concentrated p.c strand and a shear failure of ground.

        금융산업에서 IT투자와 경영성과의 상관관계에 관한 실증적 연구

        The study investigated if IT investment in Korean financial markets for the past 18 years has grown following the s-curve pattern based on Nolan’s growth model in order to find the correlation between IT investment and management performance in the financial industry. According to the research finding it can be said that the overall financial markets maintain s-curve pattern, and IT investment is related to management performance, particularly increase in total assets and net profit. However, each sector has defining features of growth patterns. The banking industry has grown similarly to the s-curve, and the insurance industry also shows the s-curve but it looks more like linear pattern. In terms of securities industry, its growth patterns can hardly be considered s-curve due to the irregular changes. his research outcome illustrates the analysis of IT growth patterns in the financial industry and thus, it is expected to be a useful reference when deciding the appropriate time for IT investment in the financial industry.
