Herein we report the incorporation of graphene into polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon nanofibers (CNFs) in order to improve the electrical conductivities of the CNFs. Graphene oxide (GO) was wrapped with PAN molecules to increase its dispersibility, which was verified by zeta potential measurements. The PAN-wrapped GOs were subsequently reduced in a nitrogen and acetylene atmosphere by simple heat treatment. Chemical reduction was confirmed by FT-IR and XRD analysis. These PAN-wrapped reduced GOs were mixed with PAN/DMF solutions and electrospun to produce nanofibers, which were then stabilized and carbonized at $1000^{\circ}C$. Finally, the electrical conductivity of the PAN-wrapped reduced GO-incorporated CNFs was characterized; a significant increase in electrical conductivity was observed due to graphene incorporation.

뇌하수체 전엽에서 성장호르몬의 생산과 분비는 세포의 분열과 분화 그리고 이동을 조절하는 몇 가지 천연물질에 의해 유도된다. 따라서 발효과정을 통해 제조된 청국장이 성장호르몬의 대사에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 성장호르몬 분비능과 반응성을 뇌하수체 세포와 성장호르몬 표적세포에서 관찰하였다. 6가지 종류의 콩 품종으로 제조된 청국장 추출물 중에서, 대원, 대풍, 태광의 3종류 청국장 추출물은 5 mg/ml 농도에서 GH3 세포로부터 성장호르몬의 분비를 촉진하였다. 비록 세포 생존능은 이러한 추출물에 의해 유의적인 변화가 유도되지 않았으나, 성장호르몬의 분비량은 청국장 추출물의 농도에 의존적으로 증가하였다. 또한 성장호르몬의 표적 기관으로부터 유래된 MG63과 HepG2 세포는 GH3로부터 수집된 조건적 배양액에 의해 유의적으로 활성화되었다. 또한 이러한 세포에서 STAT5 발현은 대원 청국장 추출물을 처리 후, 15분 혹은 30분부터 세포질에서 유의적으로 증가하였으며, p-STAT5는 핵에서 30분 혹은 60분부터 증가하였다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 3가지 종류의 청국장 추출물은 성장호르몬의 분비를 촉진시키며, 청국장의 조건적 배양액은 성장호르몬 표적세포에서 신호전달을 유도함을 제시하고 있다. The production and secretion of growth hormone (GH) in the anterior pituitary gland can be induced by several natural products to control cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. To investigate whether Chungkookjang (CKJ) produced by the fermentation process affects GH-related metabolism, the secretion and the response of GH were observed in pituitary cells and GH target cells. Among six CKJs manufactured by different strains of glycine max, only three CKJs, including Daewon (DW), Daepung (DP), and Taegwang (TG), induced GH secretion from GH3 cells at 5.0 mg/ml concentration. There were no significant changes detected in the viability of any of the cells treated with these CKJs. In addition, the increase in GH secretion from the GH3 cells was dependent on the concentration of the three types of CKJs. The proliferation of cell lines, including MG63 and HepG2 cells, that originated from those derived from the GH target organs was significantly activated by treatment with the GH-containing conditional medium (GCM) harvested from the three CKJ-treated GH3 cells, although their induction rate was different from each other. In these cells, p-STAT5 was maximally translocated into the nucleus of MG63 cells 30 min after DW treatment, while it was translocated in HepG2 cells at 60 min. These results suggest that these three types of CKJ could enhance the secretion of GH, as well as the GCM-derived response, in the two target organs.
전압 스트레스 저감을 위한 새로운 고효율 조명용 LED 구동 장치

본 논문은 조명용 LED 구동 장치를 위한 새로운 방식의 Two-stage LED 구동 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 PFC Flyback 회로의 다중 출력을 이용하여 LED 구동 회로에 사용된 소자의 내압 저하가 가능하고, 기존의 Two-stage LED 구동 회로에 비해 높은 효율을 갖는다. 제안된 회로는 Universal Input에서 25W 이상 조명 장치에 적용되는 IEC61000-3-2 Class C 규제를 만족하고, Digital Dimming을 사용하여 넓은 범위의 휘도 조절이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 제안 회로의 동작 원리를 설명하고, 시뮬레이션 및 LED에 실제 적용 실험하여 제안 회로의 유용성을 입증하였다.

본 논문은 LCD Backlight 구동을 위한 새로운 방식의 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 Charge Pump 캐패시터를 이용한 Half-Bridge 타입의 인버터로 Full Bridge 회로와 동등한 성능을 갖는다. 제안 회로는 넓은 입력 범위와 넓은 부하 범위에서 영전압 스위칭(ZVS) 확보가 가능해서 인버터의 고효율 동작이 확보되고, MOSFET의 surge 및 noise를 저감시킨다. 제안된 회로의 동작 원리를 설명하고, 시뮬레이션 및 40” LCD 패널에 실제 적용 실험하여, 회로의 동작을 입증하였다.
인조잔디와 천연잔디에서 축구경기 시 혈중 근 손상지표 및 피로물질의 비교

This study wanted to look into the difference of muscle damage indices (CPK, LDH) and fatigue substances (ammonia, lactate) before playing the game, after playing the game, and 30 min after the recovery at soccer fields of having two different surfaces (natural grass and artificial turf). After selecting 20 participants who are registered in K-3 league, carry out the match at natural grass and artificial turf and then take their blood before and after the game and 30 min after the recovery. The result of analysing CPK (creatine phosphate), LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), ammonia, lactate through the blood was the same as below. LDH was increased after finishing the match and artificial turf regained stable condition 30 min after the recovery however natural grass showed higher activity at 30 min after the recovery. Ammonia show higher at natural grass than artificial turf. Playing the game has caused some physiological component however when soccer players who did chronic training played the game at natural grass and artificial turf, LDH showed higher activity muscle damage at natural grass, ammonia showed higher level fatigue at artificial turf.
방과 후 운동프로그램 참여가 과체중 및 비만여고생의 성장관련인자, 인슐린 저항성, 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the influence of a 12-week after-school training program on the body composition, growth-related factors, insulin resistance, and blood lipids in overweight and obese high school girls. A total of 28 subjects were selected among students at C girl’s high school. The subjects were randomly assigned to the training group (n=14) and the control group (n=14). The training group received combined training three times a week for 12 weeks. The training included aerobic exercise (THR: 40-80%) and resistance exercise (%RM: 40-70%). The data averages (M) and standard deviations (SD) were calculated using SPSS version 18.0. Two-way ANOVA was used to compare differences of change ant pre and post after combined exercise training program within and between groups. All statistical significance levels were set α=.05. The results identified after the combined training treatment were as follows: Body weight BMI, and body fat were significantly reduced (p<.05) while lean body mass was significantly increased (p<.05); GH and IGF-1 were significantly increased (p<.05); and glucose was significantly reduced (p<.05). There were no significant differences found in TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C after the combined training. In conclusion, the combined training program appears to positively influence overweight and obese high school girls’ body compositions, growth-related factors, and insulin resistances.

본 논문은 조명용 RGB LED 구동 장치를 위한 새로운 방식의 Two-stage RGB LED 구동 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 PFC Flyback Converter의 다중 출력을 이용하여 LED 구동 회로의 전압 스트레스를 줄이면서 효율을 높일 수 있는 새로운 방식의 LED 구동 회로이다. 제안된 회로는 Universal Input에서 25W 이상 조명 장치에 적용되는 IEC61000-3-2 Class C 규제를 만족하며, RGB LED의 개별적인 Digital Dimming을 사용하여 다양한 색을 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 회로의 동작 원리를 설명하고, 시뮬레이션 및 RGB LED에 실제 적용 실험하여 제안 회로의 유용성을 입증하였다.
