한,일 양국 도시경관제도 비교 연구

현재 도시경관에는 역사적으로도 가치가 있고 양호한 경관요소로도 손색이 없는 요소와, 난개발로 인해 경관을 저해하는 요소 등이 산재되어 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국과 일본 양국의 경관법 개요 및 내용을 비교분석을 통해 도시경관제도 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 본 연구에서는 경관관련 문헌과, 한국과 일본 양국의 경관법을 기초로 하여 개요 및 내용을 주요항목별로 비교분석하였다. 이는 법의 유사성과 상이성을 검토함으로써 도시경관제도 개선에 적용할 수 있는 내용적 범위를 살펴보기 위함이다. 또한 한·일 양국의 도시경관제도의 비교를 통한 결과를 도시경관요소의 보존과 정비·개선의 필요성이 있는 요소를 도출하였다. 그 결과 주민 및 행정에 의한 자발적 참여가 이루어 질 수 있는 도시경관제도 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 이는 지역환경적 특징을 가짐과 동시에 주민의 역사가 담긴 양호한 경관형성을 이루는데 밑바탕이 될 것이다. The City are teeming with elements with historical values and great landscape qualities and, at the same time, elements that have negative impacts on landscape due to reckless development. The purpose of this study was to improve the Urban Landscape system by investigating the Survey of Residents` Awareness. For that purpose, provide in the data base for improvement of A Comparative Study on Urban Landscape of Korea and Japan Based on the landscape literature and the landscape laws of Korea and Japan, the investigator compared and analyzed the overviews and content according to the major items in order in order to identify the content scope applicable to the improvement of the Urban landscape system by reviewing similarities and differences between different laws. In addition, the comparative on urban landscape of the Korea and Japan were examined to use the results as the criteria to select urban landscape elements and identify the elements requiring preservation, arrangement, or improvement. The stubby thus proposed a way to improve the Urban Landscape system to induce voluntary participation on the parts of residents and administration. The results of the study will build a foundation for creating favorable landscapes containing both the features of the local environment and the history of the residents.

This paper is base on the Thought that digital Architecture and Digital design tools cannot be seperted as like Architevtural Design and Architectural Drafting tools. So the purpose of this paper is to show that the interactive 'Architectural Basic design' practice with Digital tools and there tranning method. This example of the pratical assignments in class("Architectural digital drafting" and "Architectural Basic Design") are focus on tranning spatial perception in real space and digital -cyber space. And these practical samples are using the primary step in The Digital Architectre.

도시경관과 주거환경 적용기법에 관한연구

Now architecture has been become a significant element which is able to determine the competitiveness as a cultural product by going beyond the concept that architecture offer a space for just residence and office. From old times, planning and managing the urban space create living space to be more comfortable and efficient. Nevertheless, all of a public and private have resolved urban problems only to create economy growth by shortsighted approach. Therefore, a more macroscopic for composing an urban environment emerged the need for access in terms of the plan, to these aspects of the landscape and urban residential environment that can be applied to the United States's PUD techniques and focus on the development of urban space cases by applied PUD to improve a more rational and efficient urban space and to creation lively dwelling environment and the favorable landscapes forming want to try.

기숙형중학교 설립에 따른 교육적 성과와 지역사회 영향관계 분석 연구 - 충청북도 속리산중학교 사례를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to propose a framework to analyse the educational effects and outcome of the boarding middle school established following the merger and abolition of small schools in rural area. According to the decrease in birth rate and reduction of population in rural area, primary schools have brought about many problems for decrease of number of student, and environment of education have became deteriorated. Accordingly, primary schools be required improvement, and it should be altered placement of schools because it change number of student, distance and time of attending school, and formation of school zone are changed by alternating of human and physical environment. Merger and abolition of primary school is inevitable for change of placement standard to primary school and qualitative improvement of environment of education in rural area. This study suggests 1)educational effects and outcome, 2)changes and benefits of student's living conditions, 3)social effects to local community, and 4)economical efficiency analysis as a new framework to evaluate the validity of establishing a school. It sets up a hypothesis that the students, parents and community satisfy the boarding school in rural area, a school record be improved and the abolition of schools have little effect on community. Finally, it emphasizes that in order to success the policy of the merger of small schools and the boarding middle school, it be attributed to the social-cultural environment based on local residents and community and required provision of a variety of utilization plans reflecting local specifics and guarantee of local residents' participation and selection.

Purpose of this paper is to find the Baroquely characteristics in Korean Temple Architecture.(MA KOK-SA) We could find out the characteristics as follows; First, visual freedom and floating in the arrangement of the temple buildings through segmenting the axis. Second, tension of variations in size, distance, and frame. Third, diverse sceneries provided by Sequential(dynamic) view points. Fourth, visual process and sharp contrast between horizontality and verticality, and unexpected scenery, etc.

GIS기반 학생배치·학교설립시스템 개선방안 연구

The recent decline in the school-age population has led to a more conservative and conservative approach to the establishment of schools. In the judgment of school establishment, it is required to make a decision method that can make objective and comprehensive judgment of various situations rather than local analysis of a single school. In this changing situation, EduFine system and placement establishment system were introduced to comprehensively analyze the feasibility of student placement and school establishment. However, the EduFine system of the Ministry of Education has few users because it is difficult to use education and it is difficult for users to use. Based on the GIS, the placement establishment system was able to analyze the number of students and the status of apartment buildings in a comprehensive manner. But placement establishment system has been used mainly in support of investment assessment rather than research. Therefore, there is a need to increase the utilization of users by linking two systems or integrating them into one system. In this study, we want to derive the functions to improve the GIS - based layout establishment system through user analysis such as comparative analysis and survey of existing systems. In particular, the purpose of the study is to improve the function of system, to improve the students' placement ability and the school establishment work ability and to improve the user satisfaction.

국·공립 유치원 설립 활성화를 위한 관련 법령 개정방안 연구 - 학교용지법 등 건축 및 도시계획 법령을 중심으로 -

There is a growing demand for public kindergartens due to the problem of private kindergartens. However, when the kindergarten is built in the residential land development area, the cost of purchasing the land increases, and the overall project cost is increasing. This situation puts a lot of burden on educational finances. Therefore, to reduce the cost of establishing a kindergarten, it is required to revise related laws including act on the special cases concerning the procurement, etc. of school sites. The purpose of this study is to propose the revised laws to expand public kindergartens. In this study, the present situation of infants and kindergartens was analyzed through policy data and statistics. And the analysis of the investment evaluation data also analyzed the problems in establishing kindergarten. In addition, we conducted surveys and FGI analyzes on school sites and kindergarten related laws and regulations. Finally, this study aims to find a way to amend related acts of urban and architectural Planning for Invigoration of Public kindergarten establishment by analysis data.

In this paper, I tried to apply the viewpoint and the method of "Cultural Study" to the analysis of a Architecture. "SE HAN DO(歲寒圖/ Jeonghee Kim 金正喜/ 1844)", the masterpiece of the "literary artist's paintings"(文人畵) is used as a 'TEXT‘(: parole) and analysed to show how artist's value and social-cultural ideology (as a 'CONTEXT':langue) are projected to the space and architectural vocabulary.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the possibility which can use as instrument of design by CAD system. And it proposes how makes 3D object model through 2D Drawings in Design process. This study has review the 'Study Drawing' in design process, and application method of CAD as the Architectural Design Integration System. The Architecture can work in ani of the traditional 2D representations as well as in 3D and immediate visual feedback of his work in isometric and perspective projrctions.
