다공성 탄성체는 기름유출과 같은 상황에서 적용 가능한 선택적 흡수재로 각광을 받고 있다. 다공성 탄성체의 선택적 흡수효율은 표면 거칠기, 물리화학적 처리기법, 수압안정성 등의 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane), 미소 소금입자 및 계면활성제(silwet L-77)를 이용하여 다공성 PDMS를 제작하는 방법에 대해 설명한 후, 제작과정 중 물리화학적 처리를 통해 상기 다공성 PDMS의 소수성을 강화하거나 혹은 그 특성을 친수성으로 만드는 방법에 대해 기술한다. 물리적 처리방법으로는 소금입자의 크기조절을 통해 공극 크기(혹은 표면 거칠기)를 조절하고 화학적 처리방법으로는 계면활성제의 혼합비를 조절하여 표면 에너지를 변화시킨다. 제작된 다공성 PDMS를 이용하여 접촉각 및 흡수율을 측정함으로써 소금입자의 직경과 계면활성제의 혼합비가 다공성 PDMS의 접촉각과 흡수율에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 측정한다. An elastomer (especially PDMS) sponge is considered to be a promising selective absorber in cleaning up oil spills. The performance of a PDMS sponge in capturing and separating oil from (sea) water depends on several parameters such as surface roughness, physicochemical treatments, and hydrostatic stability. Here, we first present a method of fabricating the PDMS sponges having numerous micro-sized pores that act as absorption and storage spaces for the target material, and then we report an experimental effort undertaken to control the surface physicochemistry (i.e., hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity) of the PDMS sponges by adjusting the size of the pores and the concentration of the surfactant (i.e., silwet L-77). From the experimental results, we develop an in-depth understanding of the mechanism for controlling the surface physicochemistry of PDMS using water-soluble micro-sized particles and a surfactant. The surface energy and absorbing behavior of the PDMS sponges are also extensively discussed.

The damages on buildings and urban facilities caused by disaster from climatic change is unpredictable. Moreover, the scale and power of disaster are totally different from what we have undergone. so it's almost hard to cope with. According to climate changing, the grade of natural disaster getting worth. It is really dangerous fact in point that natural disaster like flood causes to cut off the urban energy supply, municipal lifeline, and bring the emergency to city. As the sudden urbanization and centralization, damage is serious. It's an important theme to secure its function in the urban environmental engineering field about buildings which are thought it's important just like business, a hospital and a government office in case of emergency. It's possible to utilize a concept of a safe household and apply it by a casting plan of emergency energy demand and supply in an urban area for high urban function town‘s preparation in the time of disaster. In this paper, when natural disaster in an urban area with climatic change, for proposing to introduce a concept of safe house and safe housing as a building including a concept of special dwelling of the restored dimension. we search not also maintenance of function in a building but the order of priority-like plot of emergency energy demand and supply between the building in the city and we'll prepare basic material in a safe area and a safe house as management system of the city unit about emergency energy securement and system of supply and demand.
