        Background and Objectives : The management of Reinke's edema includes usually medical treatment and voice therapy. Laryngomicrosurgery (LMS) is also necessary, especially to improve airway obstruction. However, voice outcome after LMS has not been determined well. The aim of this study was to evaluate effectiveness of LMS for Reinke's edema and analyze the voice outcomes after LMS. Materials and Methods : Twenty-five patients with Reinke's edema who underwent LMS from September 2007 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. We analyzed reflux finding score (RFS), reflux symptom index (RSI), and acoustic parameters before and after surgery. Results : Male was 15 (60%) and female was 10 (40%), and mean age was 49.6 years. Preoperative mean value of RFS decreased significantly up to 3 months after LMS ($18.3{\pm}2.2$ and $10.0{\pm}2.2$ at preoperative and 3 months postoperatively, respectively). The mean value of Jitter decreased significantly before and after surgery ($2.71{\pm}2.81%$ and $1.06{\pm}1.21%$ before and after LMS, p=0.041). The mean value of Shimmer also decreased significantly before and after surgery ($7.97{\pm}3.63%$ and $4.83{\pm}1.85%$, respectively, p=0.006). Conclusion : LMS is effective in the treatment of Reinke's edema. It results in favorable acoustic outcomes and laryngoscopic findings in properly selected patients.

        20-50대 여성의 침적 마스크 구매 행동 및 사용 실태에 관한 연구

        In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among women in their 20-50s to examine their use, purchase behavior and use pattern of soaked masks(SM). When asked if they use a SM, 74.8%(20s), 74.4%(30s), 83.9%(40s) and 58.4%(50s) responded `Yes.` When asked how and where they usually get the SM, `buy it in person` and `offline` had the most responses. When asked what they consider most before buying the SM, 69.2%(20s), 65.5% (30s), 65.4%(40s) and 54.5%(50s) said, `efficacies and effects.` More specifically, 58.7% (20s), 65.5%(30s), 62.5%(40s) and 45.5%(50s) responded, `moisturizing effects.` When asked how many sheets they usually buy, those in their 20s said `less than 5 sheets` while those in their 30s, 40s and 50s responded `5 to less than 10 sheets.` In terms of sustainable price per sheet, `KRW 1,000-less than KRW 2,000` had the most responses. In addition, `discount` had an effect on the purchase of the SM. When asked how often they use the SM, those in their 20s and 30s said `twice a week` while those in their 40s and 50s responded `once every two days.` All respondents mostly used it before going to sleep. They all used the SM for moisturizing and believed that it is effective. When asked how long they put it on for absorption, 46.2%(20s) said `20 minutes` while 41%(30s), 46.2%(40s) and 45.5%(50s) responded `20 minutes.` These results will provide diverse information to manufacturers and distributors of the SM.

        연구논문 : Inversion table을 이용한 목운동 및 콜라겐 식이가 중년 여성의 목주름 개선에 미치는 영향 분석

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the effects of shaking neck exercises using inversion table and collagen diet on neck skin of middle-age women in their 40-60. For the total mean variations of center of front neck, left neck, right neck and center of back neck, the wrinkles in the control group(Cont) increased by 3%(p>.05), while the wrinkles in the collagen diet group(C), shaking neck exercises using inversion table group(ITN) and ITN+C decreased by 11%(p<.01), 19%(p<.05) and 28%(p<.01), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a difference, which the wrinkles in C, ITN and ITN+C decreased by 14%, 22% and 31% after experiment, respectively. For the total mean variations of center of front neck, left neck, right neck and center of back neck, the viscoelasticity in Cont decreased by 2%(p>.05), while the viscoelasticity in C, ITN and ITN+C increased by 11%(p<.05), 23%(p<.05) and 24%(p<.001), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a difference, which the wrinkles in C, ITN and ITN+C increased by 13%, 25% and 26% after experiment, respectively. The melanin index Cont decreased by 3%(p>.05), while the melanin index in C, ITN and ITN+C decreased by 4%(p>.05), 7%(p<.05) and 10%(p<.01), respectively. The erythema index Cont increased by 13%(p>.05), while the erythema index in C, ITN and ITN+C decreased by 8%(p>.05), 7%(p<.05) and 9%(p<.05), respectively. In conclusion, the shaking neck exercises using inversion table and collagen diet were very effective for the viscoelasticity of neck skin and anti-wrinkle of middle-age women in their 40-60.

For the total mean variations of glabella, around eyes and nasolabial folds, the wrinkles in the control group(Cont) decreased by 9%(p>.05), while the wrinkles in the collagen diet group(C), shaking neck exercises using inversion table group(ITN) and ITN+C decreased by 18%(p<.01), 24%(p<.01) and 27%(p<.01), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a difference, which the wrinkles in C, ITN and ITN+C decreased by 27%, 33% and 27% after experiment, respectively. For the total mean variations of forehead, cheeks and chin, the viscoelasticity in Cont decreased by 6%(p>.05), while the viscoelasticity in C, ITN and ITN+C increased by 11%(p<.05), 13%(p<.05) and 20%(p<.05), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a difference, which the wrinkles in C, ITN and ITN+C increased by 17%, 19% and 23% after experiment, respectively. The erythema index only in ITN significantly decreased by 9%(p<.05). In comparison with Cont, there was a difference, which the erythema index in ITN decreased by 10%. ITN has left melanin index down 10%(p<.001) and ITN+C has left melanin index down 10%(p<.01), showing a difference in decrease to 19% and 22%, respectively, in comparison with Cont. In conclusion, the shaking neck exercises using inversion table and collagen diet were very effective for the viscoelasticity of facial skin and anti-wrinkle of middle-age women in their 40~60.

The erythema in Cont has increased by 13%(p<.05), while the erythema in C, N and N+C have decreased by 8%(p<.05), 15%(p<.05) and 24%(p>.05), respectively. In conclusion, the shaking neck exercises and collagen diet were very effective for increasing viscoelasticity and reducing wrinkles in neck skin of middle-aged women of 40-60.

        모바일 게임 어플리케이션 아이콘의 컬러 트렌드 연구 -2013-2020년 구글 플레이 스토어 선정 100대 무료게임을 중심으로-

        모바일 게임 어플리케이션은 스토어와 스마트폰 속에서 정사각형에 가까운 작은 아이콘의 모습으로 보여진다. 기능적인 아이콘을 디자인하기 위해서는 과학적인 설계와 연구과정이 필요하다. 정해진 규격이 있기 때문에 어플리케이션 아이콘은 형태의 한계를 갖게 된다. 따라서 아이콘 디자인에서는 아이덴티티를 나타내는 디자인 요소 중 컬러의 역할이 더욱 중요하다. 모바일 게임 산업은 빠른 변화를 갖는 특징을 갖고 있어 게임 어플리케이션 아이콘의 컬러 트렌드 분석을 통해 추후 적용할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제안함으로 유의미한 연구 결과를 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구를 위해 구글 플레이 스토어에서 2013년부터 2020년까지 무료 인기게임 순위를 확인했고, 총 782개의 게임 어플리케이션 아이콘 이미지를 수집했다. 그 후 색상환과 분류를 기준으로 게임 어플리케이션 아이콘의 컬러를 분석했다. 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 유사색 컬러 조합이 가장 많았으며, 상관 보색 컬러 조합이 가장 적었다. 또한 유사색 컬러 조합이 가장 높은 비중을 차지해왔으나, 2020년에는 분리보색 컬러조합으로 트렌드가 바뀐 것을 확인했다. 이를 기반으로 어플리케이션 아이콘을 디자인 할 때는 시각적 유사성을 피하고 차별화를 위해 다양한 컬러 조합을 활용한다면 더 효과적이라고 볼 수 있다. 연구 결과를 통해 모바일 게임 기업이나 디자이너가 게임 아이덴티티로서 어플리케이션 아이콘을 디자인 할 때, 기초자료로 활용되길 바란다. Mobile game applications are displayed as icons that resemble small squares in stores and smartphones. Scientific design and research process are required to design functional icons. Because the application icon has a limitation in shape as a set standard, in icon design, the role of color is more important among design elements representing icon’s identity. The mobile game industry is characterized by rapid change, and I can derive meaningful research results by proposing guidelines that can be applied later through analysis of color trend of game application icons. For this study, I checked the ranking of free popular games from 2013 to 2020 in the Google Play Store, and collected 782 game application icon images as a total. Then, I analyzed the color of the game application icon based on the hue circle and classification. My conclusion from this study is that the combinations of similar colors were the most, and the combinations of correlated complementary colors were the least. Though the combinations of similar colors occupied the highest proportion, but the trend has changed to the combination of separate complementary colors in 2020. Based on this conclusion, when designing application icons, it can be considered more effective if visual similarity is avoided and various color combinations are used for differentiation. I hope that mobile game companies or designers will use this conclusion as basic data when designing application icons as game identity.

In comparison with Cont, there was a great difference, which the viscoelasticity in C, N and N+C increased by 17%, 23% and 25% after experiment, respectively. The wrinkles in Cont has increased by 9%(p>.05), while the wrinkles in C, N and N+C have decreased by 18%(p<.01), 25%(p<.001) and 28%(p<.01), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a very big difference, which the wrinkles in C, N and N+C decreased by 27%, 34% and 37% after experiment, respectively. For the change of melanin, there was no significant difference in all four groups before and after experiment. The erythema only in N+C significantly decreased by 10%(p<.01). In comparison with Cont, there was a difference, which the erythema in N+C decreased by 11%. Consequently, the shaking neck exercises and collagen diet were very effective for the viscoelasticity of facial skin and anti-wrinkle of middle-aged women in their 40~60.

        패션 온라인 쇼핑몰의 AI 추천 서비스 만족도 연구 -MZ세대를 중심으로-

        패션 온라인 쇼핑몰은 비대면 서비스로 소비자들에게 편리함을 제공함으로써 인기를 끌었다. 오프라인 쇼핑몰과는 달리 실제 착용이 불가능한 점과 방대한 제품의 종류 등으로 인해 소비자들의 합리적인 선택이 어렵다는 단점이 존재했다. 최근 인기 있는 패션온라인 쇼핑몰들은 이런 단점을 보완하기 위해 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 AI 추천 서비스를 도입하고 있다. 인공지능의 알고리즘 추천 방식은 기술적인 방향으로는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있으나, 실제로 AI추천 서비스를 가장 많이 이용하는 소비자들의 관점에서의 만족도 연구를 통해서 추후 서비스를 적용할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제안함으로 유의미한 연구 결과를 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구를 위해 패션 온라인 쇼핑몰과 AI 추천 서비스 현황을 조사했으며 패션 온라인 쇼핑몰을 가장 많이 이용하는 MZ세대를 중심으로 인기 패션 온라인 쇼핑몰의 AI 추천 서비스 만족도를 설문조사했다. 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 첫째, MZ세대는 편리함과 다양한 제품을 구매 요인으로 중요시하며 평균 주 1회 이상 온라인 쇼핑을 즐긴다. 둘째, AI추천 서비스는 종류별로 만족도가 다르며 같은 MZ세대 중에서도 연령대별로 만족도가 다르다. 셋째, AI추천 서비스 종류 중 1:1 추천 서비스와 연령대 추천서비스가 가장 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 마지막으로, MZ세대는 AI 추천 서비스에 대해 편리함과 개인화등을 장점으로 생각하지만 자유로운 쇼핑의 방해와 추천 범위가 좁다는 점을 단점으로도 꼽고 있었다. 이를 기반으로 패션 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 소비자를 위해 AI 추천 서비스를 제공할 때 서비스의 수정 및 보완이 이루어진다면 더 효과적일 것이다. 연구 결과를 통해 패션 온라인 쇼핑몰뿐만 아니라 AI 추천 서비스를 제공하는 여러 기업들이 AI 추천 서비스 기획이나 도입 등을 할 때, 기초자료로 활용되길 바란다. Online fashion malls have garnered popularity by providing consumers with convenience based on non-contact service. Unlike offline shopping malls, they, however, offer no option of putting on clothes at the site. Another disadvantage of online fashion malls is the enormous numbers of products to choose from, which makes it difficult for consumers to make a rational decision. Trying to overcome this disadvantage, popular online fashion malls these days are introducing an AI-based recommendation service on the basis of Big Data. There have been abundant researches on the technological directions of AI-based algorithm recommendations. Satisfaction researches from the perspective of consumers that use AI-based recommendation service most may generate significant results by proposing a set of guidelines applicable to future service. This study set out to examine the current states of online fashion malls and their AI-based recommendation service and conduct a survey on satisfaction with AI-based recommendation service from popular online fashion malls with members of Generation MZ that used online fashion malls most actively. The findings led to the following conclusions: first, Generation MZ placed importance on convenience and product diversity as their purchase factors and enjoyed shopping online once a week or more on average; second, there were differences in the level of satisfaction according to the types of AI-based recommendation service and the different age groups of Generation MZ; third, the closest correlations were found between one-on-one recommendation service and age group-based recommendation service of different AI-based recommendation service types; and finally, Generation MZ cited convenience and personalization as advantages of AI-based recommendation service and hindrance to their free shopping and narrow scope of recommendations as its disadvantages. If revision and supplementation are made to AI-based recommendation service by online shopping malls for consumers based on these findings, it will generate greater effects. The findings of the study will hopefully serve as basic data in the planning and introduction of AI-based recommendation service at online fashion shopping malls and AI-based recommendation service providers.

        협력 학습적 미술과 디자인을 활용한 유아 STEAM 프로그램 개발

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 협력 학습적 미술과 디자인을 활용한 유아 STEAM 프로그램을 개발하는 것에 있다. 방법 프로그램 개발 절차는 계획단계→실행단계→정리단계를 거쳐 진행되었다. 이를 위해 문헌 및 선행연구 고찰을 통해 유아 STEAM 프로그램의 목적과 목표를 설정하기 위한 근거를 마련하였고 2019 개정 누리과정, 유아 발달 수준, 연령 특성 등을 통해 프로그램을 구성하였다. 결과 STEAM 준거틀을 이용한 활동을 제시하였고 창의⋅융합적 문제해결능력 증진, 통합적 표현능력 향상, 배려⋅소통의 친사회적 행동 증진의 목표에 따라 개발하였다. 개발된 협력 학습적 미술과 디자인을 활용한 유아 STEAM 프로그램은 3-5세 연령별로 6종 4차시가 구성되었으며 내용, 교수-학습 방법, 평가로 이루어진다. 결론 본 연구의 유아를 대상으로 하는 협력 학습적 미술과 디자인을 활용한 STEAM 프로그램 개발 연구는 우리사회의 창의융합형 인재 요구에 부응하며 유아의 전인적 발달을 촉진하는 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop children STEAM program that utilizes collaborative learning art and design. Methods The procedure of the program development is conducted by the stages of initiative→execution→finalization. For this, literature and precedent research are reviewed, which is provided to foundations for setting objectives and aims of the children STEAM program. In addition, the program is arranged by examining the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum, children’s developmental level, and age developmental characteristics. Results Program activities are suggested by applying STEAM standard model and developed by the objectives of promoting creative problem-solving abilities, integrated expressive abilities, and prosocial behaviors such as solicitude and communication. The children STEAM program developed by utilizing collaborative learning art and design is constructed of six sorts with four times each that differentiate by ages from three to five. Conclusions The program is consisted of content, teaching-learning method, and assessment. This study can significantly contribute to promoting creative-integrated capable person, who is demanded in the society today. Moreover, this study would conduce to stimulating holistic growth for children.
