        20-50대 여성의 얼굴과 목 주름에 관한 인식 조사

        In this study, a survey of the level, the increase period, the increase cause and the method for improvement of face and neck wrinkles was carried out on women in their 20s-50s. The result is summarized as follows. Women in their 20s of 28.4%, 30s of 53.8%, 40s of 33.3%, 50s of 28.2%, and 20s of 2.0% had no wrinkles, wrinkles a bit, normal wrinkles, a lot of wrinkles, and a whole lot of wrinkles on their face, respectively. By age, there were significant differences in wrinkles on their face (p<.001). Women in their 20s of 36.3%, 40s of 53.6%, 30s of 31.9%, 50s of 30.8%, and 50s of 3.4% had no wrinkles, wrinkles a bit, normal wrinkles, a lot of wrinkles, and a whole lot of wrinkles on their neck, respectively. By age, there were significant differences in wrinkles on their neck (p<.001). Women in their 20s of 50.7% and 26.0%, 30s of 24.8% and 37.6%, 40s of 23.9%, 17.9% and 26.9%, and 50s of 24.8%, 27.4% and 12.8% have showed the highest rate of increase in wrinkles on their face since their early 20s and mid-20s, late 20s and early 30s, mid-30s, late 30s and early 40s, and mid-40s, late 40s and early 50s, respectively (p<.001). Women in their 20s of 52.3% and 23.1%, 30s of 27.6% and 34.3%, 40s of 20.6%, 21.3% and 34.6%, and 50s of 25.9%, 20.7% and 20.7% have showed the highest rate of increase in wrinkles on their neck since their early 20s and mid-20s, late 20s and early 30s, mid-30s, late 30s and early 40s, and mid-40s, late 40s and early 50s, respectively (p<.001). Based on this study in the future, follow-up research on the meaning of face and neck wrinkles and the value of wrinkles in women’s life after the age of 50 is needed.

        Background and Objectives : The management of Reinke's edema includes usually medical treatment and voice therapy. Laryngomicrosurgery (LMS) is also necessary, especially to improve airway obstruction. However, voice outcome after LMS has not been determined well. The aim of this study was to evaluate effectiveness of LMS for Reinke's edema and analyze the voice outcomes after LMS. Materials and Methods : Twenty-five patients with Reinke's edema who underwent LMS from September 2007 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. We analyzed reflux finding score (RFS), reflux symptom index (RSI), and acoustic parameters before and after surgery. Results : Male was 15 (60%) and female was 10 (40%), and mean age was 49.6 years. Preoperative mean value of RFS decreased significantly up to 3 months after LMS ($18.3{\pm}2.2$ and $10.0{\pm}2.2$ at preoperative and 3 months postoperatively, respectively). The mean value of Jitter decreased significantly before and after surgery ($2.71{\pm}2.81%$ and $1.06{\pm}1.21%$ before and after LMS, p=0.041). The mean value of Shimmer also decreased significantly before and after surgery ($7.97{\pm}3.63%$ and $4.83{\pm}1.85%$, respectively, p=0.006). Conclusion : LMS is effective in the treatment of Reinke's edema. It results in favorable acoustic outcomes and laryngoscopic findings in properly selected patients.

        웹툰 원작 드라마 포스터에 나타난 만화적 특성 연구

        With the recent growth of webtoon-based dramas in South Korea, their posters have also been improved. Put to use in a variety of applications, they represent the characteristics and symbolism of dramas. In this regard, this study explored eight types of cartoon characteristics shown in 50 posters of webtoon-based Korean dramas centering on those broadcasted via terrestrial and cable networks. As a result, no differences were found in the cartoon expression of each poster; the original webtoon was not properly described. First, it was found that up to six cartoon characteristics were used when creating posters, two to three on average. Second, using one to three visual components was preferred when creating posters, and linguistic components were used for about a half of the cases. Third, the majority of the visual components used was screen composition and visual symbols. It was revealed that the two cartoon characteristic elements affected empathy, while images, panels, and movements had an effect on attracting interest. It is expected that various methods will be further studied for the sustainable advancement of webtoon-based dramas and poster designs in the future. 최근 국내 웹툰 원작 드라마의 성장과 더불어 웹툰 원작 드라마 포스터 또한 많은 발전을 가져왔다. 웹툰원작 드라마 포스터를 활용하는 방법이 다양해졌으며, 드라마의 성격과 상징성을 뚜렷하게 표현하려고노력하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지상파와 케이블에서 방영되었던 국내 웹툰 원작 드라마의 포스터 총 50종을중심으로 포스터에 표현된 만화적 특성(8가지)을 연구했다. 연구 결과, 웹툰 원작 드라마 포스터의 만화적 표현방법이 드라마별로 차별점을 찾을 수 없었고, 웹툰 원작에 대한 표현이 제대로 되고 있지 않았다. 첫째, 포스터제작 시, 만화적 특성을 최소 1개에서 최대 6개까지 사용하는 것을 확인했고, 평균적으로 2개에서 3개 요소를사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 포스터 제작 시, 시각적 구성요소를 활용한 것을 선호하며, 시각적 구성요소는1개에서 3개까지 사용하는 것으로 나타났고, 언어적 구성요소를 사용하는 경우가 50%로 나타났다. 셋째, 시각적 구성요소의 비중은 화면구도와 시각기호가 높게 나타났다. 만화적 특성 중 화면구도와 시각기호는 공감에 영향을 주며 이미지, 칸, 동작은 흥미에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 향후, 웹툰 원작 드라마와 포스터 디자인의지속적인 성장을 위해서는 다양한 방법으로 연구가 지속되길 기대한다.

        좌우 목운동 및 콜라겐 식이가 중년 여성의 얼굴 주름 개선에 미치는 영향 분석

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the effects of shaking neck exercises and collagen diet on facial skin of middle-aged women in their 40~60. The results of this study are as follows. For the total mean variations of forehead, cheeks and chin, the viscoelasticity in the control group(Cont) decreased by 6%(p>.05), while the viscoelasticity in the collagen diet group(C), shaking neck exercises group(N) and N+C increased by 11%(p<.05), 17%(p<.01) and 19%(p<.001), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a great difference, which the viscoelasticity in C, N and N+C increased by 17%, 23% and 25% after experiment, respectively. The wrinkles in Cont has increased by 9%(p>.05), while the wrinkles in C, N and N+C have decreased by 18%(p<.01), 25%(p<.001) and 28%(p<.01), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a very big difference, which the wrinkles in C, N and N+C decreased by 27%, 34% and 37% after experiment, respectively. For the change of melanin, there was no significant difference in all four groups before and after experiment. The erythema only in N+C significantly decreased by 10%(p<.01). In comparison with Cont, there was a difference, which the erythema in N+C decreased by 11%. Consequently, the shaking neck exercises and collagen diet were very effective for the viscoelasticity of facial skin and anti-wrinkle of middle-aged women in their 40~60.

        경기지역 농산물 브랜드 네임에 나타난 브랜드 개성 연구 - 지역 공동 브랜드와 개별 브랜드를 중심으로 -

        지역별 농산물 브랜드들은 지역이나 특산물의 이미지를 차별화 및 고급화로 변화시키고, 보다 효과적인 지역 농산물의 판매를 위해 이용되고 있다. 서울과 인접한 도시인 경기지역의 시와 군들은 다양한 농산물들을 생산하고, 지역의 대표 농산물 브랜드를 활용하여 소비자에게 접근하고 있다. 현재, 경기지역 내에서는 총 357개의 농산물 브랜드가 운영되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 아커(Aaker)의 브랜드 개성 척도의 선행연구 고찰을 진행했고, 브랜드 개성 상위요인 5가지와 하위요인 15가지, 세부 하위요인 64가지를 기준으로, 경기지역 브랜드 네임 339개를 공동 브랜드 네임과 개별 브랜드 네임으로 개별 분석했다. 분석방법으로는 브랜드 네임을 단어별로 나누어 키워드를 파악 후, 해당하는 요인과 브랜드 개성에 대입하여 분류했다. 연구를 통해 얻어진 결론으로는 첫째, 공동 브랜드 네임과 개별 브랜드 네임 모두 브랜드 개성 요인 사용의 빈도가 2개 요인 > 1개 요인 > 3개 요인 > 4개 요인 순인 것을 확인했다. 둘째, 5가지 브랜드 개성 요인 중 공동 브랜드 네임에서는 흥미유발 요인을 가장 많이 사용하였고, 개별 브랜드 네임에서는 진실성 요인을 가장 많이 사용한 것을 확인했다. 셋째, 브랜드 개성이 사용된 조합으로는 공동 브랜드에서는 흥미유발 요인 1가지의 조합이 가장 많았으며 개별 브랜드에서는 진실성과 자신감 요인의 2가지 조합이 가장 많다는 것을 확인했다. Regional agricultural brands are being used to differentiate and enhance the image of local or specialty products and to sell more effective local agricultural products. Cities and counties in Gyeonggi Province, a city adjacent to Seoul, are producing a variety of agricultural products and using Gyeonggi Province's leading agricultural brands to approach consumers. Currently, a total of 357 agricultural brands are operating in Gyeonggi Province. In this study, researchers reorganized Aaker's brand appeal measure, and analyzed 339 brand names in Gyeonggi Province individually as co-brand names and individual brand names based on five top-level factors, 15 bottom-level factors, and 64 detailed sub-factors. As an analysis method, brand names were divided into words to identify keywords, and the corresponding factors and brand personality were replaced and classified. As a result of the study, first, both co-brand names and individual brand names found that the frequency of using brand personality factors was two factors > one factor > three factors > four factors. Second, among the five brand personality factors, co-brand names used the most interesting factors, and individual brand names used the most truthfulness factors. Third, among the combinations where brand personality was used, the joint brand had the most combinations of one interesting factor, and the individual brand had the most two combinations of truthfulness and confidence factors.

        사용자 참여형 디자인에 대한 디자인 선호도 연구 - 대학 마스코트 디자인 사례를 중심으로 -

        국내 대학에서 보유하고 있는 마스코트는 대학 아 이덴티티 디자인과 함께 대학의 정체성을 전달하기 위한 목적으로 만들어졌다. 대학 마스코트의 경우, 다 양한 캐릭터 굿즈로 만들어지고 있으며, 대학생을 넘 어서 일반인에게도 많은 인기를 얻고 있다. 이와 같 이 대학 마스코트는 캐릭터 굿즈뿐만 아니라, 이모티 콘, 홍보용 영상, 대학 홈페이지까지 등장하여 다양한 곳에서 적극적으로 활용되고 있다. 이러한 대학 마스 코트들은 최근 사용자가 참여하여 디자인한 사례들이 늘어나고 있다. 사용자가 참여함으로써 다양한 아이 디어가 도출되고, 다양한 곳에 활용된 것을 알 수 있 었다. 본 연구는 사용자 참여형 디자인 중 대학 마스코트 에 대해 알아보고, 사용자 참여형 디자인의 선호도에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해서 서울권 대 학 57곳을 중심으로 마스코트 유무를 파악했고, 사용 자 참여 유무를 파악하여 사용자 참여형 마스코트와 사용자 비참여형 마스코트를 모두 사용하는 대학 3곳 을 선정하여 연구대상으로 삼았다. 마스코트 선호도를 확인하기 위하여 두 가지 방법 으로 분석했다. 첫째, 브랜드 아이덴티티 프리즘의 구 성 요소를 기준으로 대학 마스코트 디자인을 분석했 다. 둘째, 설문조사를 통하여 대학 마스코트에 대한 일반인들의 선호도 조사를 진행했다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 브랜드 아이덴티티 프리즘 의 평가 결과가 비참여형 마스코트와 참여형 마스코 트의 평가가 정반대로 나온 것을 확인했다. 둘째, 참 여형 마스코트가 비참여형 마스코트보다 선호도가 높 은 것으로 확인했다. 위와 같은 결과, 대학 마스코트 를 개발 시 사용자들의 참여를 유도가 필요하다고 생 각하며, 사용자 중심의 디자인 개발이 필요하다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과가 대학 마스코트의 개발 및 유사 연구에 참고자료로 활용되길 기대한다. The mascots of domestic universities were made to deliver the identity of each university along with its identity design. In case of university mascot, they were made to various character goods and gain popularity not only from college students but also from the general people. Likewise, college mascots are actively utilized as emoticons, PR clips, college websites beyond simple character goods. Recently, the number of cases which users participated in designing these college mascots increased. By so doing devised in the various ideas and diverse utilization of the designs. This research mainly focused on college mascots created by user participatory design process and investigated the preference of user participatory design. For this research, 57 colleges’ mascots in Seoul, South Korea were analyzed, and categorized between the participatory and non-participatory design. Among, three colleges, which use both participatory and non-participatory designed mascots, were chosen for research subjects. To investigate the mascot preference, two methods were used. First, the college mascots design was analyzed by the standard of the brand identity prism components. Second, by college mascots questionnaire, the preference of the general public was examined. The result of this research identified two outcomes. First, the brand identity prism evaluation result for non-participatory mascot is opposite of participatory. Second, the preference of participatory design mascot is higher than the non-participatory design mascot. Based on this research outcome, it is necessary to apply user participatory design when a college designs its mascot. Also, it is expected that this research is used as reference for college mascot development and other similar research.

        Surgical Outcomes of Subtotal Parathyroidectomy for Renal Hyperparathyroidism

        Objectives. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of subtotal parathyroidectomy for patients with renal hyperparathyroidism. Methods. We studied 25 patients with renal hyperparathyroidism who underwent subtotal parathyroidectomy from October 2002 to October 2017. We analyzed serum intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH), calcium, and inorganic phosphorus levels before and at multiple time points following surgery, and evaluated the surgical outcomes and complications. Results. Of the 25 patients, 13 (52%) were male and 12 (48%) were female, and the mean age was 53.4±9.3 years. The mean duration of dialysis before parathyroidectomy was 156.8±79.5 months. Mean preoperative serum iPTH and calcium levels were 1,199.0±571.3 pg/mL and 10.5±1.0 mg/dL, respectively. At 6 months postoperatively, the mean iPTH and calcium levels decreased to 49.2±47.6 pg/mL (P<0.01) and 8.0±1.0 mg/dL (P<0.01), respectively. Recurrent hyperparathyroidism occurred in two patients: one subsequently underwent kidney transplantation and the other continued hemodialysis and maintained normal calcium levels. One patient developed postoperative permanent hypoparathyroidism. Conclusion. Subtotal parathyroidectomy is a safe and effective surgical treatment for renal hyperparathyroidism.

      • 쿼드로터형 드론의 로터-암 진동특성 분석

        본 논문에서는 쿼드로터형 드론에 적용한 카본 복합재 튜브 로터-암의 진동특성을 분석하였다. Rayleigh’s Method를 이용하여 상용 복합재 튜브의 탄성계수를 획득하고, 고유진동수에 대한 이론 및 유한요소해석, 실험 결과를 비교하였다. Circular Type 카본 튜브의 직경, 길이 및 끝단 질량의 변화에 따른 고유진동수를 측정하여 해석의 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 이를 통해, 실제 드론 플랫폼에 적용한 Octagonal Type의 카본 튜브 로터-암의 탄성계수와 진동특성을 확인하였다. This paper presents the vibration characteristics of a carbon fiber tube rotor-arm which was applied to quad rotor type drone. A young’s modulus of the tube was evaluated using the Rayleigh’s method then a natural frequency of the carbon fiber tube obtained from analytical formulation was compared with the experimental and numerical values. This natural frequency was measured to verify the reliability of a numerical analysis that varies with the diameter and length of the tube as well as a mass on the tip of the tube. Finally, vibration characteristics and material property of rotor-arm of octagonal type carbon fiber tube was confirmed on a drone platform.

        50대 여성의 얼굴 주름 개선에 관한 욕구 조사

        This study surveys to find out the psychological meaning of facial wrinkles in the life of women in their 50s and analyze their desires for the facial anti-wrinkle improvement. The results are as follows. 48% of them thought that they’ve aged now while looking at their facial wrinkles. 41 of them responded that their life expectancy was 80 to 85 yr of age. 77% of them responded that they hope their facial wrinkles disappear as many as they want, and 33% of them responded that they hope their face wrinkles decrease by about 50% on the basis of the current state. 31% of them responded that they can give up their life expectancy or some of their property if their face wrinkles disappear all or as many as they want. For an abandonable target at this time, 62% and 33% of them responded that they can give up their property and life, respectively. 64% of them responded that they can give up their life expectancy under 3. Many of them responded that they can give up their property of 7% on average. 84% of them responded that they will receive skin care if their face wrinkles disappear all or as many as they want through regular skin care every month. 26% of them responded that they will have confidence which seems to do if they do something when their face wrinkles disappear all or as many as they want. Consequently, for 31.2% of those surveyed, their facial wrinkles are a factor affecting diverse fields such as their looks, human relations, works, and psychological view.
