Current concept of euthanasia is confusing enough to interpret the same word in a different way. So, it is necessary to organize the term, 'Euthanasia'. When it comes to enter the area of Criminal law, the principle of "nulla poena sine lege, a need to define of euthanasia more clearly is self-evident. Upon conceptualize euthanasia neoterically, the starting point is just "life". It can be seen that human lives toward death from the birth, can also be viewed as dying. In other words, because humans ought to exist under the flow of a common time, the "life and death", it is needed that premise of the right of self-determination, the pursuit of happiness and the dignity of human includes not only the 'life' but also 'death'. Accordingly, "the right to die with dignity", select the life to the death, must be guaranteed by the right of self-determination. In Korea, it is seen as not consistent with the standards concept of euthanasia. Furthermore, the discussion on permission of euthanasia is intertwined complicatedly due to this reason. By paying attention to such points, this study is conducted as the overall discussion of the existing associated with euthanasia and the trial to define of the standardized concept of euthanasia on the basis of the right of die with dignity guaranteed by Constitution. In light of the concept which is newly defined, it is performed to demonstrate to classify euthanasia into small groups and justify euthanasia. After these demonstrations, it can be said that the purpose of this paper is examining the legal system of the country, which is already the legislation, and considering appropriate legislation example to us about euthanasia.

본 연구에서는 HTPB를 적용한 고체추진제의 공정간 검사를 위해 경화제를 넣기 전과 넣은 후의 미경화 추진제의 연소속도를 검토하였다. 그리고 경화제를 넣기 전 미 경화 추진제의 연소속도는 압력 1000psi에서 약 9.7mm/s 정도이며, 경화시간에 따른 연소속도 변화는 없었다. 경화제가 들어간 미 경화 추진제의 연소속도는 약 8.1mm/s로 시간에 따라 느려지는 경향을 보였다. 경화반응 속도가 느린 미 경화 추진제는 시간에 따라 연소속도가 서서히 느려졌으며, 경화반응 속도가 빠른 미 경화 추진제는 연소속도가 빠르게 느려지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 완전히 경화된 추진제의 연소속도는 약 6.8mm/s 정도로 가장 느린 것으로 나타났다. In this study, we examined the burning rate of the uncured propellant (with and without a curing agent application) in order to inspect the process of the HTPB solid propellant. The burning rate of the uncured propellant, that did not contain the curing agent, was approximately 9.7mm/s at 1000psi. In relation to the curing time, the burning rate was constant. The propellant, with the curing agent application, was approximately 8.1mm/s showed a tendency of slowing as it burned. When the cure reaction rate was low, in accordance to the time, there were small changes in burn rate. However, when the cure reaction rate was high, the difference in burning rate was increased. The burning rate of a fully-cured propellant was approximately 6.8mm/s, which appeared to be the lowest in order.

본 연구에서는 Anionic Surfactant 중 하나인 AOT를 적용한 추진제를 제조하여 점도 및 경도 특성을 고찰하였다. AOT는 추진제 원료 중 입도 사이즈가 작은 원료들의 뭉침을 방지하기 위한 목적으로 적용한 계면활성제로써 이러한 AOT 계면활성제는 추진제 내 AOT의 농도가 증가할수록 미경화 추진제의 점도가 증가하고 경도가 급격히 떨어짐을 확인할 수 있다. In this study, the propellants were prepared with AOT, among the anionic surfactant, and evaluated about viscosity build up and hardness. Surfactant materials are conventionally utilized to prevent the agglomeration of fine particles. These propellant with AOT were indicated that as the concentration of AOT in the propellant increases, the viscosity of the uncured propellant increases and the hardness decreases.
