        의학 고전의 개별 경험 진술과 일반 원칙 서술

        Objectives : In studying East Asia’s medical classics, what must first be done before evaluating the validities of clinical grounds is the discernment of the techniques that are based on universal principles from the statements that arise from individual experience. The purpose of this paper is to discover a method of discerning the statements of individual experiences and the descriptions of universal principles. Ingredients and Methods : The paper investigates how each individual clinical experience was introduced in ancient medical classics such as Huangdineijing, Nanjing, Shanghanlun, Jinkuiyaolue, and Maijing, in the books that belong to Yian such as Canggongliechuan, Linzhengzhinanyian, Gujinyianan, and Xumingyileian, and in Korean ancient medical texts such as Eonhae-gugeubbang and Gugeubganibang-eonhae. Results : Books of precriptions and scriptures of medicine were found to include individual experiences. Furthermore, this paper’s effort has revealed that the evaluation of the quality of a testimony in an ancient book must be preceded by discerning whether the said testimony is a mere personal testimony or a testimony based on the universal law of causality. Conclusions : Before conducting a clinical research of a precription contained in an East Asian medical classic, the text should first be evaluated to determine whether the prescription in question derives from clinical tests or not.

        Mn/TiO2 촉매를 이용한 일산화질소의 산화반응 특성 연구

        In this study, NO oxidation reaction using Mn/TiO2 catalysts was investigated. NO oxidation results revealed that the different trend was observed upon physicochemical properties of TiO2 and interactions between Mn and TiO2 support. Mn/TiO2(A)catalyst has a superior NO oxidation activity, which increased with decreased space velocity and increased Mn amounts from10 to 30 wt%. The results indicated that the SCR activity could increase by the fast SCR reaction process using theMn/TiO2(A) catalyst located in front of the SCR unit.

The results indicated that the SCR activity could increase by the fast SCR reaction process using the $Mn/TiO_2(A)$ catalyst located in front of the SCR unit. 본 연구에서는, $Mn/TiO_2$ 촉매를 이용하여 일산화질소의 산화반응 특성에 따른 연구가 수행되었다. $TiO_2$의 물리 화학적 특징 및 활성금속인 Mn과 담체인 $TiO_2$의 interaction에 따라 일산화질소의 산화반응이 서로 다르게 나타남을 관찰하였다. 우수한 NO oxidation 반응을 나타낸 $Mn/TiO_2(A)$의 경우, Mn의 함량이 10 wt%에서 30 wt%로 증가할수록, 공간속도가 낮아질수록, 반응활성이 증가함을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 SCR 전단에 $Mn/TiO_2$ 촉매를 사용함으로써, fast-SCR을 유도하여 SCR반응활성이 증진될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        공간 필터를 이용한 심자도 신호에서의 자기잡음 제거

        다채널 고감도 자기 센서에 의해 획득되는 심자도 신호는 심전도 신호에 비하여 심장 질환의 진단에 여러 장점을 가지고 있지만 외부 자기 잡음에 의해 쉽게 영향을 받는다는 단점이 있다 외부 자기 잡음은 획득된 신호의 시간적 추이를 분석하여 제거할 수도 있지만, 다채널 시스템에서는 다채널 신호 사이의 공간적 상관 관계에 근거하여 제거하는 방법이 보다 효과 적이다. 된 연구에서는 이러한 방법의 하나로 PCA(Prinicipal component analysis)를 이용하여 구성한 공간 필터로 심자도 신호에서 외부 자기 잡음 성분을 효과적으로 분리해 내는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법을 61채널 심자도 시스템을 이용해 얻은 정상인 심자도 신호에 적용했을 때 자기 잡음 제거가 효율적으로 이루어짐을 실험적으로 보였다. Even though MCG has many advantages over ECG, MCG signa)s are easily corrupted by external magnetic noises Since multi-channel MCG signals are recorded simultaneously at many spatial positions, it is effective to apply spatial fitters as well as the conventional temporal filters to remove external magnetic noises. The spatial filters can be designed by utilizing the fact that the noise signals caused by external noise sources are more spatially correlated than the original MCG signals. In this paper, we introduce a spatial filtering method for the noise reduction in MCG based on the principal component analysis. Healthy volunteer study results obtained with a 61-channel MCG system are presented.

        Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on Five Phase theory that link Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lung, Kidney to Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water respectively. Recently, some argue that this correspondence scheme had been established by political or socio-humane issues in early Eastern Han dynasty. But according to our analysis on Changgongyeoljeon(in Sagi), it has been revealed that this scheme had their own history from early Western Han dynasty. So we may conclude that people with medical profession had preserved the current correspondence scheme in Five Phase theory regardless trends of literature and politics in Western and Eastern Han dynasty.

        NH<sub>3</sub>-SCO 반응에서 Vanadium 담지함량이 Pt/V/TiO<sub>2</sub> 촉매에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 Pt/V/TiO<sub>2</sub> 촉매 제조 시, V 담지 함량에 따른 NH<sub>3</sub>-SCO (selective catalytic oxidation) 반응 활성을 비교하였다. NH<sub>3</sub> 전환율 및 N<sub>2</sub> 선택성을 모두 고려하였을 때, V이 2 wt% 담지된 촉매에서 가장 우수한 성능을 나타내었다. 이에 따라 물리/화학적 특성과 반응활성과의 상관관계를 확인하였을 때, 격자산소종의 증가 및 (V<sup>3+</sup> + V<sup>4+</sup>) 비율의 증가가 활성인자임을 확인하였다. 또한 가장 우수한 촉매를 이용하여 SO<sub>2</sub> 내구성 실험을 진행하였을 때, 고농도의 SO<sub>2</sub>가 주입되더라도 영향이 미미함을 확인하였다. In the study, NH<sub>3</sub>-SCO (selective catalytic oxidation) reaction activity accodrding to vanadium loading amount were compared when preparing Pt/V/TiO<sub>2</sub>. Considering both NH<sub>3</sub> conversion rate and N<sub>2</sub> selectivity, V 2 wt% loading of the catalyst showed the best activity. When the correlation between physical/chemical characteristics and reaction activity was confirmed, it was confirmed that the increase in lattice oxygen and (V<sup>3+</sup> + V<sup>4+</sup>) ratios were active factor. In addition, when the SO<sub>2</sub> durability experiment was conducted using the best catalyst, it was confirmed that the influence was insignificant even if the high concentration of SO<sub>2</sub> was injected.

        Ce/TiO2 촉매를 이용한 암모니아의 선택적 산화반응 특성 연구

        In this study, selective catalytic oxidation (SCO) of NH3 using Ce/TiO2 catalyst was examined to control the slipped NH3 from various pollutants. It was found that the catalytic activity increased with increasing the Ce loadings till reaching 10 wt% Ce loading. However, when Ce loaded over 10 wt%, the activity of catalysts rather decreased than that of catalysts, below 10 wt% Ce. Therefore, the composition of Ce/TiO2 catalyst optimized in this study can be applied to industrial fields.

        Background and purpose: The purpose of this study is to review the recent 10 year Chinese achievements on the objectification of traditional pulse diagnosis in clinical area. Methods: From the China Journal Full Text Database (中國學術期刊全文數据庫) we searched papers on pulse diagnosis by the keyword `Maizhen`(脈診) Results: The researches are summarized into four parts; (1) the researches or the normal pulse in the physiological state (2) the clinical researches of pulse diagnosis on the symptom and disease diagnosis (3) the clinical researches of pulse diagnosis on the acupuncture treatment (4) the application of pulse diagnosis on the functional evaluation of the athlete. Conclusion: The undoubted principles of the traditional pulse diagnosis are evaluated by the objective clinical researches. And the researchers are trying to find a new application area over the traditional one.

        <동의보감> 신형장부도(身形藏府圖)의 형태 형성 경위에 관한 고찰

        Objectives : Sinhyeongjangbudo found in Dongeuibogam is one of the most unique picture of viscera and bowels, or picture of internal body, produced in East Asia, but there has been no cohedrent explanation based on historical data as to how the details of the pictures were composed. This paper attempted to provide just that for each part in the Sinhyeongjangbudo. Methods : Sinhyeongjangbudo found in Dongeuibogam Side view picture found in the Wanbinghuichun, which is the jangbudo that is the closest to Sinhyeongjangbudo, and the Yishengjieti’s jangbudo were compared for their compilation periods to follow the path via which Sinhyeongjangbudo was created. Results : Comparing the above three sets of pictures of viscera and bowels revealed that Yishengjieti’s pictures were simplified and Wanbinghuichun’s side view pictures contained many errors. The Sinhyeongjangbudo found in Dongeuibogam was the result of correcting the errors of the side view picture while maintaining the simplification. Conclusions : Sinhyeongjangbudo is the simplification based on Wanbinghuichun’s side view pictures with corrections.

        논문(論文) : 간심위폐신 오장 학설에 관한 고찰

        Objectives : Before Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lung, Kidney was widely accepted as Five Viscera, there had been several former types of Viscera system in pre-Western Han era. Above them, the Five Viscera system consisted of Liver, Heart, Stomach, Lung, Kidney was not yet hardly studied. So we tried to prove it``s existence and tried to find it``s historical context. Material and Methods : Via preceding research analysis, 6 books were selected as research material, and some other pre-Eastern Han dynasty classics were also analyzed. Results : We found direct evidence of above Five Viscera system in Zhuixingxun (墜形訓) in Huainanzi (淮南子), Wusemaizhen (五色脈診), and Western Han dynasty lacquer figure with meridian-points (excavated in Laoguanshan, Chengdu, China). Other clues showing existence of above Five Viscera system was also found in Yinyangshiyimaijiujing (陰陽十一脈灸經), Pianquecanggongliechuan (扁鵲倉公列傳). The rising of above Five Viscera system was related to physiological viewpoint transition of viscera in Western Han dynasty. Conclusions : In Western Han dynasty there was another Viscera System consisted of Liver, Heart, Stomach, Lung, Kidney.
