추나요법(推拿療法)이 경항부 통증질환에 미치는 임상적(臨床的) 효과(效果)

To clarify the effect of chuna treatment reached at neck pain, the faculties of Oriental Rehabilitation Medicine in Hospital of Oriental Medicine, Kyung Hee Medical Center had carried out chuna treatment for 72 patients who had neither structural defectiveness of cervical spine nor neural injury but simple soft tissue damage among people who visited the hospital with the neck pain since Jun. 11, 1997 to Dec. 31 in the year. The way of study: 32 out of 72 patients were treated by acupuncture treatment going with chuna treatment (calling 'Group A') and the other 40 patients were cured by only acupuncture (calling 'Group B'). The treatment in both Group A and B were performed 6 times totally at intervals of a time for 2 days. To judge the effect of treatment, both method-visual analog scale(VAS) and ,check of ROM-were performed each time. The results of study 1. Each one in Group A itself, according to the number of the treatment in progress, showed the note worthy decrease of pain and improvement of range of motion(ROM) in the cervical(P <0.001). 2. Each one in Group B itself, according to the number of the treatment in progress, showed the note worthy decrease of pain and improvement of range of motion(ROM) in the cervical(P <0.001). 3. In the degree of improvement in pain, the Group A who had been treated by both acupuncture and chuna treatment at the same lime showed some meaningful decrease in pain compared to the Group B with acupuncture treatment alone(P <0.001). 4. In the degree of improvement in ROM, the Group A who were treated by both chuna and acupuncture treatment had meaningful improvement compared to Group B who got the only acupuncture treatment(P <0.001).

직무스트레스와 직무소진이 조직성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 직무스트레스와 직무소진이 조직성과와 전직의도에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 확인하고 조직몰입, 조직공정성, 조직지원과 같은 인적자원관리 측면에서의 스트레스 및 소진의 관리가 스트레스와 소진의 부정적인 효과를 완화시킬 수 있는가를 살펴보고자 했다. 연구결과 사무직 사원과 영업직 사원 모두 해당 직무에 대한 직무스트레스 및 직무소진을 느끼고 있으며, 이러한 직무스트레스 및 직무소진은 조직성과 및 전직의도에 부정적인 효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 조직몰입, 조직공정성, 조직지원과 같은 직무스트레스 및 직무소진에 대한 관리가 앞에서 설명한 조직행동에 대한 부정적인 효과를 완화시키는 효과에 있어서는 사무직 사원들보다 영업직 사원들에게서 더욱 높게 나타났다. 이는 조직행동에 부정적 영향을 미치는 직무스트레스와 직무소진의 관리효율성이 영업직 사원을 대상으로 하였을 때 더욱 효과가 있으며, 근로자의 직무 형태에 따라 인적자원관리 방법에 차별점이 있어야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this research is to find out the negative influence of the job stress and the job burnout on the job performance and the job change intention as well as to find out if the organizational commitment, organizational fairness, and organizational assistance mitigate the negative influence of the job stress and the job burnout. Our findings are as follows. The clerical workers as well as the sales people experience the job stress and the job burnout. The job stress and the job burnout have negative influence on the job performance and the job change intention. The mitigating effect of organizational commitment, organizational fairness, and organizational assistance is greater for the sales people compared for the clerical workers. Our finding indicates that the management of the job stress and the job burnout is important for the sales people.

최분례 화자의 경험담과 구연 자료와의 상관성

This thesis is based upon the understandings of the story teller Choi Bun Rye where the interrelationship between the story teller Choi Bun Rye's personal experiences and the rest of oral narrative materials has been studied. In the first chapter, rough nature of the 56 series of the oral narrative materials was studied, together with mentioning the meeting with the story teller Choi Bun Rye. In chapter tow, to study and examine the potential of the story teller Choi Bun Rye as an outstanding narrative story teller, the chapter focuses on her narrative attitude and her side on the narrative perception. She appears to have an enthusiasm toward music and stories, and further. She seems to be an extremely achive story teller while guiding through the narrative structere. She also takes great pride on her clear discipline upon her work of narratives and also has her own way of clear perception on the story frame. Chapter three focuses on the interrelationship between her personal experiences and the rest of the narrative materials which she told me. In her narrative materials, there are constant appearances of the󰡐concubine characters'. Further, they are always portrayed negatively. They are characters who are in conflict with the first wife character, always defeated at the end of the story. I tried to find a meaning by connecting the fact that there are conspicuously lots of appearances " concubine characters" and of their negative endings I was able to realize that the personal experiences of the storyteller and the characters in the narrative materials has a connection, and he personalities which the story teller inputs into each characters also has a fixed connection with the personal experiences of the story teller. There is a need of research on the individual incidents through many futher meetings with the story teller.

This study examines a narrative field in the context of studies of oral literature. Even a distinguished narrator cannot be from the context of a narrative field. The diverse contexts of a narrative field affect a narrator and their story telling to a great extent. Therefore, this study aims to examine the elements and characteristics of a narrative field which strengthens the narrative capacity of speakers and diversifies story telling. This study classified five elements of activating a narrative field:1) the stability of story telling conditions and proper number of audiences 2) faithful and active audiences with strong reactions 3) more then two speakers who will make a shift of story telling 4) a speaker with a specific profession 5) absence of religious influence. A narrative field is determined by various elements such as a speaker, audiences and many variables of performance. Therefore, the capacity of a speaker is strongly dependent on such variables and the recording of story telling in performing sites need nuanced and sophisticated approaches. In order to discover an outstanding speaker, it is necessary to have nuanced understanding on a narrative field. The understanding on a narrative field should be accompanied with the sophisticated recording of story telling and deeper studies on speakers.

氣功外氣療法의 抗 스트레스 效果 硏究

To investigate anti-stress effects of Manual Kigong, Manual-Apparatus Combined Kikong, and Systemic Kigong. this experiments were performed changing of plasma catecholamines and serum cortisol measured. Also using D.I.T.I(Digital Infrared Thermography Imaging), Pulse Analyzer, Electric Current on Neuromotor, and Digital Flicker on Testing-Stressed. And following results were abtained. 1) Menual-Appartus Combined Kikong decreased significantly increasing concentration of plasma epinephrine and norepinephrine level in Testing-stressed. 2) Manual Kigong decreased increasing concentration of serum cortisol level in Testing-stressed. 3) Manual Kigong and Manual-Aparatues Combined Kikong increased decreasing thermomerty on the palm's center caused Testing-stressed. 4) All of three treats are small change in SET(Systolic Ejection Time) by Pulse Analyzer caused Testing-stressed. 5) More changes of Electric Current on the Neurometor Diagnosis caused Testing-stressed are as followed. Manual-Apparatus Combined Kikong > Systemic Kigong > Manual Kigong From the results, it may be concluded that Manual-Apparatus Combined Kikong Theraphy having more anti-stress effects than Manual Theraphy. 이야기판 활성화의 요인과 그 성격

본고는 구비문학 연구 중에서도 이야기판에 대한 고찰이다. 구연 능력이 아무리 뛰어난 화자라 하더라도 이야기판의 성격으로부터 자유로울 수는 없다. 이야기판의 다양한 변수들이 화자와 구연 자료에 상당한 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 화자의 구연능력을 극대화시키며, 구연 목록의 다양함을 가능하게 하는 이야기판의 요인은 무엇이며, 그 성격은 어떠한지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본고에서는 이야기판 활성화의 요인을 5가지로 나누어 살펴보았다. 1)구연상황의 안정성과 적정한 인원, 2)성실한 청자의 적극성과 추임새, 3)이야기를 번갈아 할 수 있는 2명 이상의 화자, 4)특정 직업이 있는 화자의 등장, 5)종교적 색채로부터의 자유로움이 그것이다. 이야기판이란, 화자?청자 그리고 판에서 연출되는 다양한 요인들에 의해 규정된다. 따라서 이러한 변수들에 의해 화자의 구연능력은 유동적일 수 있다는 사실을 고려해 볼 때, 현장에서의 이야기 채록은 그만큼 섬세한 작업일 수밖에 없다. 뛰어난 화자를 발굴하기 위해서도 이야기판에 대한 다각적인 이해가 필요하다고 본다. 따라서 이야기판에 대한 이해는, 구연 자료나 화자에 대한 이해와 더불어 지속적으로 병행되어야 할 것이다. 지역의료보험(地域醫療保險)의 의료리용도(醫療利用度) 및 소득재분배효과(所得再分配效果)에 관한 연구(硏究)

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of income distribution in the regional medical insurance. The medical insurance system of Korea is successfully implemented in increasing the accessibility to medical care services by lowering out-of-pocket money price. But it is disputable whether the benefits from insurance programs are equally distributed among the insured. The distribution effect can be measured through the analysis of medical care utilization and premium payment method. Many previous studies on the equity aspect of the insurance system made the industrial establishment medical insurance and government employee and school teacher`s medical insurance an objective of discussion. The findings of previous studies indicated that the insurance system has problems with respect to the distributional aspect. However, the regional medical insurance program shows different conclusion on the distribution effect in this study. The major findings drawn from this study are as follows: 1) The numbers of visits per beneficiary to medical facilities during six months from January 1983 to June 1983,were 0.9 cases in Hong-chon (rural inland), 1.1 cases in Gang-wha (rural island), and 1.7 cases in Mog-po (urban area). 2) One-way analysis of variance was conducted to determine the medical utilization differences among insurance premium classes. The result showed that out-patient`s utilization rate was different among classes in Hong-chon but there were no significant differences in Gang-wha and in Mog-po: significance level was 0.1 percent in three cases. The benefits of insurance come from consumption of medical care services. The insignificant difference in the utilization of medical care services means that the low income group benefits from the pooled resources more than the group`s contribution. 3) From the above analysis, we can conclude that the regional medical insurance program brings about the desired distributional effect, while other insurance programs have the undesired effect. One of the reasons, why the regional medical insurance has redistributional effect, can be found in the premium payment method. The premium of the regional medical insurance is levied upon the level of income and assets, while that of other insurance programs is levied only upon the level of income. Usually the consumption is affected by the permanent or full income which covers income from assets. In the regional insurance, the premium is determined by the level of permanent income. By this premium payment method, the high income group, as high utilizer in medical care services, pays premium according to the level of its utilization, and as a result, the resource pooling has its significance.
