The purpose of this study was to present ways of effective implementations of product liability insurance for small or medium sized businesses by surveying their current status of insurance purchase with which they are exposed to rather inadequate environments than those of large enterprises since taking effect of the Product Liability Law. The survey for the reality in the study was performed on the subject of small or medium sized manufacturers with the number of employees less than 300 located in Chungcheong area. The research method taken for this study was a questionnaire survey variously including using telephones, faxes, emails, etc. for one month from July 2011. 78% of 80 copies were collected and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS program. Frequency analysis and cross analysis were performed and the results were compared with PL related statistics.
중소기업의 ISO 9001 인증 취득 방안과 성과에 관한 연구

The aim of this study is the ISO 9001 certification acquisition plan and performance analysis in Small and Medium Business. In 1992, after the introduction of ISO 9000 quality management system, number of certified companies is increasing. In this study, the ISO 9001 certification situation were presented to investigate, ISO 9001 quality management system certification audit for Small and Medium Businesses to adopt information ready before the certification audit procedures and presented in detail. The analyze results, high rate of execution by companies showed a good performance, product reliability and improved image.
일반품질연구 : AHP기법을 활용한 제조물책임 대응시스템 구축요인의 전략적 우선순위 도출에 관한 연구

Purpose: To develop efficient PL response system, SMEs should decide which component of PL responsesystem is important and implemented with priority under limited resources. To accomplish this goal, we proposestrategic priority components of PL response system for SME manufacturer. Methods: We categorize the components of PL response system based on prior research results ? System,Organization, Training, Technology, Cost, and Awareness. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is applied toextract important components of PL response system, which is used in assigning the priority of component. To analyze effects of each components, performance sensitivity analysis is applied. Results: The survey analysis results show Technology is the most important components. Organization andCost component are follows. As the importance of Technology is changed, we can find Organization, Costis second and third important components. Conclusion: Our research shows Technology which is related to make a safe product with systematic process,is a basic enabler of PL response system. Also, building a PL team and securing a budget for PL activityshould be carry out with limited resources.

1. 목적 · 최근 자동차산업은 고전적 의미의 기계 자동차 분야와 첨단 정보통신기술, 전기, 전자, 전기화학적 분야 등이 접목된 융합형 산업으로 급변되어 하이브리드카, 전기자동차, 수소연료전지차, 스마트카로 자동차산업의 기술 환경이 변화하고 있다. 이러한 자동차 산업의 환경 변화로 인하여 자동차 산업은 차량의 안전성, 차량의 지능성, 차량의 경량성을 높이는 데 이들 기술의 활용이 확대되고 있다. · 따라서 본 연구에서는 급변하고 있는 자동차산업 중 친환경차로 높은 수요가 예상되는 전기자동차 산업의 특허정보 분석을 통해 전기자동차의 핵심 기술 수준과 연구개발 동향에 대해서 고찰하고 자동차산업이 첨단 기술들과 어떻게 융합되고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 2. 연구설계/ 방법론/ 접근방법 · 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 WIPS를 특허정보 데이터로 활용하였으며 2014년 10월까지 출원 공개 및 등록된 미국의 특허를 분석대상으로 하였다. · 본 연구는 전기자동차의 핵심 기술 중 선행연구 분석을 통하여 전기모터(Motor), 배터리(Battery), 인버터(Inverter), 모터 컨트롤러(Motor Controller), 회생제동장치(Regenerative Braking System), 충전 인프라로 핵심부품을 도출하여 도출된 핵심부품의 키워드를 바탕으로 해당 기술 분류를 포함할 수 있는 검색식을 작성하였다. 3. 연구결과 · 미국의 전기자동차 관련 기술의 특허는 점진적으로 증가추세를 보이고 있으며 특히 2000년대 급격한 증가 추세를 보였다. · 전기자동차의 특허 대부분은 전기적 제어, 전력제어, 배터리 기술, 모터와 관련된 특허가 대부분이다. 4. 실무적 시사점 · 국가와 기업은 자동차산업의 기술에 있어서 대체에너지 개발과 친환경차의 개발 및 판매가 향후 생존여부에 영향을 미쳐 전기자동차는 국가별로 그 관심이 증가하고 있고 기술 역시 점진적으로 개발이 진행되고 있다. 따라서 우리 정부는 지속적인 지원을 통하여 선진업체들과 대등하게 경쟁할 수 있는 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 친환경차 보급전략과 정책을 실시하는 것이 중요하겠다. 5. 독창성/ 가치 · 본 연구의 결과는 전기자동차의 기술 분야에서 핵심부품 및 미국의 기술 현황을 조사하여 연도별, 기술별 특허분석 등을 통해 정부의 특허관리정책 및 전략 등을 수립하는 자료로 제시하였다.
화상 자동차 시뮬레이터에서 운전 중에 경적음 자극에 대한 후각자극의 마스킹 효과

In this study, the masking effect of olfactory stimulus on the awakening state due to sound stimuli while driving using Graphic Driving Simulator was observed through the response of autonomic nervous system. The test was conducted for 11 males in their twenties. The siren of ambulance car was presented to them as auditory stimulus for 30 secs while driving in a situation of high way in the condition of both peppermint and control, respectively, and LF/HF ratio of HRV (Heart Rate Variability), the activity index of sympathetic nerve, and GSR (Galvanic Skin Response) response were examined. The test was proceeded in the order of three stages, that is, sound stimuli (test 1), driving performance, and sound stimuli (test 2), and fragrance stimulus, driving performance, and sound stimuli (test 3), and the physiological signal of GSR, HRV was measured in the whole stages. As a result of test, comparing the results of before and after auditory stimulus test (1) (p < 0.01), test (2) (p < 0.05), and test (3) (p < 0.01), driving performance test (2) (p < 0.01), test (3) (p < 0.01), and olfactory stimulus test (3) (p < 0.05), respectively, GSR response increased, showing significant difference in all the tests. It indicates that when auditory stimulus was presented to the subjects, they were in the awakening state as sympathetic nervous system got activated. As a result of comparing auditory stimulus while driving before and after presenting olfactory stimulus, there was no significant difference in GSR response. The LF/HF ratio of HRV increased, showing a significant difference only in test (2) (p < 0.05), and in driving performance test (2) (p < 0.05) in auditory stimulus, however, it showed no significant difference in olfactory stimulus. As a result of comparing auditory stimulus while driving before and after presenting olfactory stimulus, there was a decrease, showing significant difference (p < 0.05) in LF/HF ratio of HRV. That is, it means that the activation of sympathetic nervous system decreased, and that parasympathetic nervous system got activated. From these results, it was observed that while driving, the awakening level due to auditory stimulus was settled with olfactory stimulus. In conclusion, it was drawn that while driving, olfactory stimulus could have the masking effect on auditory stimulus.

This paper deals with the construction of database system for the human sensibility evaluation.Recently, although a great deal of research efforts have been made to find out the relationships between products and emotion, the main focus of studies have been on visual and auditory sense and less on human sensibility evaluation. Therefore, we think that continuous and systematic studies on odors and the construction of database system are strongly needed in order to enhance the competitive power of products related to them.In this paper, we developed a human sensibility evaluation database system fitted with the characteristics of our country. 쏜 design procedures of database system are presented. According to these procudures, a new database system is implemented on personal computer using MS Access and Visual and is validated.

Product liability is the compensation for damages under the civil law when the defect of goods causes trouble to a consumer, another person's life, and the loss of property. Quality costs are divided into direct costs. Direct costs are separated into four categories, namely, prevention cost, appraisal cost, internal failure cost and external failure cost. This article suggested the prevention methods for product liability through optimum distribution of operation quality cost..
