대주주 대량매도 · 매수 공시 신고에 따른 시장반응 분석 연구 : 금융업을 중심으로

[연구목적] 본 연구는 금융업을 중심으로 한 대주주의 대량매수·매도 공시에 따른 시장반응에 대한 자료를 알아보기 위해 전자공시시스템(DART)에 공시되어 있는 대주주 소유변동신고서를 통해 코스닥 상장시장과 유가증권 상장시장을 대상으로 분석하였다. [연구방법] 대주주의 대량매도와 매수에 대한 시장반응을 분석하기 위해 대주주의 대량 매도 및 매수 공시일을 기준으로 전후 10일간의 주가에 대한 누적초과수익률을 분석하였다. [연구결과] 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 주식의 대량취득공시 신고일은 보고의무발생일로부터 5일 이내로 규정되어 있음으로 공시일 이전에 대량취득이 완료되는 경우가 대부분이라는 점을 고려할 때, 대주주 지분율 변동에 대한 정보가 취득완료일과 공시일 사이에 시장에 알려져 주가에 반영되고 있는 것으로 보인다. 금융업 대주주의 대량매도·매수 변동에 따라 5일 이내에 공시가 잘 이루어지고 있으며 정보가 더 원활히 교환되어 의사결정을 하는데 유의적인 영향을 미쳐 시장반응이 활발히 일어나고 공시제도가 잘 이루어지고 있음을 추론할 수 있다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구의 결과는 대주주의 대량 매도 및 매수 의무공시제도는 시장의 투자자들에게 효율적 정보를 제공하며 이러한 정보가 시장에서 효율적으로 반영되고 있음을 시사하는 것이다. [Purpose] To search the data on the market response from the public announcement of the bulk buying & sale by major stockholders who mainly focus on financial industry, in this study KOSDAQ Market and listed securities market were analyzed through the report for the change of major stockholder published on DART. [Methodology] The stock price reaction for 10 days or so resulted from official notice of the bulk buying & sale by major stockholders were surveyed through Cumulative Average Residual(CAR). [Findings] Considering that the bulk acquisition is completed before the disclosure because the declaration date for bulk acquisition of stock is stipulated within five days from the date of the obligation of reporting, the information about fluctuations in share holding ratio is known to the market between completion date of acquisition and disclosure date and as a result such analysis results are reflected in the stock market. It can be inferred from this study that based on the changes of the bulk buying & sale by major stockholders of financial industry, the public announcement is being made within 5 days and the smooth exchange of information has a significant effect on decision making and the market response is active and disclosure system is well under way. [Implications] The results of this study suggest that the large-scale shareholder"s mandatory sale and purchase disclosure system provides efficient information to investors in the market and that such information is reflected efficiently in the market.

The proposed router is developed based on the SA1110 processor, and the system contains 1 ethernet port, 2 PCMCIA slots, and 1 serial communication port. The Emdedded Linux is adopted as an operating system, and application programs are implemented by using QT/Embedded.

상급종합병원 간호사의 연령차별주의와 간호근무환경이 노인간호수행에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study aimed to examine tertiary hospital nurses’ ageism, nursing practice environment and geriatric nursing performance and discover factors influencing geriatric nursing performance. Methods: The research was conducted for 117 nurses working at tertiary hospitals located at Seoul, and data were collected from March 14 to March 31, 2022. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using the IBM SPSS 26.0 program. Results: Nursing practice environment was positively correlated with geriatric nursing performance (r=.25, p=.007). The factors influencing geriatric nursing performance were nursing practice environment (β=.25, p=.009) and experience living with the elderly (β=.23, p=.013), and as for the present units, internal medicine (β=.27, p=.009) and integrated nursing·care service (β=.21, p=.042) wards compared with a surgery ward showed an explanatory power of 19.0%. Conclusion: Factors affecting geriatric nursing performance include the current unit where nurses work, nursing practice environment, and experience living with older adults. Based on the research findings, preparing measures for enhancing the quality of geriatric nursing performance is necessary.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among ethical values, patients’ health information protection awareness and practice. Methods: This was a cross-sectional, correlational study. Participants were 186 nursing college students who had experienced clinical practice. They were administered a structured questionnaire regarding demographic characteristics, an ethical value scale, and a patients’ health information protection awareness and practice scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson s correlation coefficients using SPSS 25.0. Results: The mean scores on ethical value, patients’ health information protection awareness, and patients’ health information protection practice were 3.34±1.01, 4.35±0.49, and 4.28±0.68, respectively. Patients’ health information protection awareness was significantly positively correlated with practice (r=.42, p <.001). Simple regression analysis revealed that patients’health information protection awareness was responsible for 17.6% of the total variance in patients’ health information protection practice. Conclusion: Based on these results, it is necessary to identify the various predictors of patients’ health information protection practice and to develop an effective education program to improve patients’ health information protection awareness.

전력반도체 소자는 크게 단극 소자(unipolar device)와 양극소자(bipolar device)로 구성된다. 단극 소자는 자유전자만의 흐름으로 전기를 도통하는 소자이며, 양극 소자는 자유전자와 정공이 동시에 전기의 도통에 기여한다. 이로 인하여 모스펫과 같은 단극 소자는 고속 스위칭 등이 요구되는 시스템에 사용되며, IGBT와 같은 양극 소자는 높은 전류를 요구하는 시스템에 적용된다. 이러한 기본적인 개념을 바탕으로 SiC 전력반도체 소자의 중장기적 로드맵을 예측해 보았다. Power devices consist of unipolar device and bipolar device, Unipolar device utilize only electrons for current conduction, but bipolar devices use both electrons and holes. For this reason, unipolar devices such as MOSFETs, can be applied to high frequency applications and bipolar devices such as IGBTs, can be used to high current systems. With these basic concept of power devices, medium-and long-term road map for SiC power device is forecasted.
