In the distribution networks, it is necessary to develop small and light voltage and current sensor for compact and digitalized switchgears. For this purpose, some researches have been continuing till now, CT(current transformer) and VT(voltage transformer) are one of that research. But conventional CT and VT have some problems, that is, have big size and saturation characteristics because of used to iron core. In this paper, CS(current sensor) and VS(voltage sensor), have some merits measuring of current and voltage magnitude as a alternated conventional equipment, were studied. So, this paper shows the process CS and VS design method, equivalent circuit and output result, respectively. As a result of this test, proposed CS and VS have linearity for the output, no saturation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the failure modes of an auto transfer switch (ATS), determine the most common failure mechanisms, and iterate the design to improve reliability. Methods: We carried out failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to determine the failure modes and mechanisms. We identified the parts or modules that required improvement via two-stage quality function deployment based on FMEA, and improvements to reliability were monitored using the Gomperz growth model. Results: The main failure modes of the ATS were damage to, and deformation of, the stator / movable element due to repetitive movements. Five iterations of design modification were carried out, and the mean time to failure (MTTF) increased to 14,539 cycles, corresponding to 85% of the target MTTF. The Gompertz growth model indicates that the 10th iteration of design modification is expected to achieve the target MTTF. Conclusion: We improved the reliability of mechanical parts via failure mode analysis, and characterized the iterative improvements in the MTTF using the Gompertz growth model.
배선용 차단기(MCCB)개폐기구부의 트립시간 민감도에 관한 연구

배선용 차단기의 개폐기구는 수동 조작력을 가동 접촉자에 전달하여 차단, 개폐의 동작을 행하는 것으로 Spring과 Link를 주체로 구성되어 있으며 기구부가 단락 차단 성능의 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 제품 성능 개선을 위해 기구부를 변경하기 위해서는 많은 시행착오를 거치게 되는데 이 때 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄이기 위해 동특성 해석이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 제품의 동적 모델링을 위해 범용 동역학 해석 프로그램인 ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)을 이용하였고 설계 변경시 반복작업으로 인한 실패비용을 최소화하고 링크 지점의 최적값을 구하기 위해 민감도 해석과 최적화 기법을 도입하였다.
