현성 당뇨병이 없었던 알코올 간경화증 환자에서 발생한 공기증신우신장염 1례

공기증신우신장염은 신실질의 괴사와 자발적인 공기 형성과 연관된 드문 감염질환이다. 대부분 혈당이 잘 조절되지 않는 당뇨 환자들에게서 발생하며 드물게 요로 폐색, 요로 결석, 종양 등에서도 발생한다. 과거 초기의 수술적 치료가 우선시 되었으나 최근에는 항생제 및 조기 진단으로 인해 내과적 치료만으로 성공한 사례가 증가하고 있다. 저자들은 현성 당뇨병이 없었던 알코올 간경화증 환자에서 발생한 공기증신우신장염을 내과적 치료 및 경피적 배농술만으로 치료한 예가 있어 보고하는 바이다. Emphysematous pyelonephritis is an uncommon infection of the kidney associated with parenchymal necrosis and spontaneous gas formation. Most cases occur in diabetic patients and rarely in urinary tract obstruction, stone or tumor. At past, surgical treatment was prior to internal treatment, but recently, successful cases of internal treatment have increased because of the development of antibiotics and early diagnosis. We report an emphysematous pyelonephrtis in 61 years-old non-overt diabetic woman with alcoholic liver cirrhosis, successfully treated by antibiotics and percutaneous drainage.

圖書館 및 讀書振興基金 造成方案에 관한 硏究

This study is intended to find out the possible ways collecting the library funds. With this necessiry of collecting funds, it is indicated three sources, such governmental fund, from other endowments, public donation, which is stated as the subsidy sources in the "Library Law". First It is suggested collecting governmental funds, included in budget sheet every year, to the amount of ￦10,000,000,000. Second, It is indicated the ways to collect funds to the amount of ￦5,000,000,000 respectively from other endowments, such as Juveniles Foster Fund under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Culture and Sports, Information Promotion Fund, and Korea Raising Association Found, on the basis of statistical data, materials of inspection of the administration, and materials released by the government. This study is indicated that two devices to raise the library fund to the amount of ￦120,000,000,000 in total for 6 years as mentioned above. 자바 애플릿을 사용한 웹 기반 C컴파일 시스템

웹을 이용하면 전 세계 어디라도 연결할 수 있고, 원하는 정보 또한 쉽게 제공받을 수 있다. 이러한 웹의 장접을 이용하여 다양한 교육용 콘텐츠가 개발되어지고 있다. 본 연구는 C언어 학습 콘텐츠를 개발중 값비싼 C 컴파일러를 구매하지 않고 쉽게 실습할 수 있는 방법으로, 클라이언트에 제한적으로 실행되어지는 C 컴파일러를 인터넷에서 이용하게 한 연구로 LINUX 기반의 서버측 C 컴파일러를 이용하여 프로그램을 작성 실행시켜 보는 시스템을 개발하였다. 구현된 시스템은 상용의 컴파일러를 구매하지 않아도 되는 경제적인 장점을 가진다.

冬蟲夏草의 抗轉移와 免疫增進에 關한 硏究

This experimental study was carried out to evaluate the effects of Cordiceps sinensis on the antimetastasis and immune activity. In order to investigate the effect of Cordiceps sinensis, the followings were performed; Cytotoxicity, inhibition of MMP-2 & MMP-9 gene expression, fraction of CD4+, CD8+, CD19+ in splenic cell, the moprphological change of splenic cells, gene expression of IL-12(p35), IL-12(p40), IFN-?? and splenic cell proliferation by CS-E. The results were obtained as follows. 1. CS-E did not present cytotoxic effect on L+14, B16-F10 melanoma cells and HMCB. 2. CS-E inhibited MMP-2 and MMP-9 gene expression more effectively compared with control group. 3. CS-E inhibited invasion of B16-F10 melanoma cells more effectively compared with control group. 4. CS-E helped CD4+, CD8+, CD19+ expression more effectively compared with control group. 5. CS-E activated phagocytic cells in spleen more effectively compared with control group. 6. CS-E helped IL-12(p35), IL-12(p40), IFN-?? gene expression in splenic cell more effectively compared with control group. 7. CS-E activated splenic cell proliferation more effectively compared with control group. From above findings, it is suggested that CS-E is able to inhibit metastasis of cancer and activate immune response system.

유도 선수들의 대학선택 결정 요인 분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate how elite judokas have their own point of views for selecting their universities and is also to analyze coach's decision-making factors for selecting elite judokas, For the study, we give questionnaires to 176 judokas (male: 121; female 55) who were in promoted judo teams located in seoul and kyunggi-do. The results of this study were as followed: First, Decision-making factors for choosing universities by elite judokas include external factors such as recommendation in the others, the given benevolence of athletes, exercise or training facilities, university's faculty, recognition, location, and also include internal factors such as future courses, self-hopes, self-capacities, Second, Considering primary factors for selecting universities in judokas include recommendation from their own coaches and parents, and exercise or training facilities, university's recognition and future courses, colleagues, self-hopes. Third, for selecting universities by gender, there is no significantly difference between male and female judokas. Fourth, for selecting universities by grade. Fifth, according to district area, there is no significantly difference between seoul and kyunggi-do district.

Automated Input system has been developed to generate DEM(DIGITAL ELEVATION MODEL) data from contour map. Conventional methods used are based on either line tracking or raster-vector conversion. Both required a lot of manual input and computing time. The system developed here is based on automated recognition of number from symbol image and automated tracing of the sectional heights of the recognized lines.

Loader/Unloader의 고속화에 관한 연구

In the recent loader & unloader, left controller has problems such as functional error caused by vibration when speed up and discordance of speed between another machine in line. On this study, a newly designed loader & unloader has been selected motor viewed in torque, revolutions per minute (RPM). rating and output of power, programmable logic controller(P. L. C) viewed in economy, convenience and manageme -nt. By using optimum inverter, it can be avoided from occurrence of high frequence and motor damage in these equipments. By establishing distributed control system(D. C. S), it can control input, output and production units, can contribute factory automation system in PCB manufacture.

抗癌丹을 投與한 大腸癌 患者 83例에 대한 臨床報告

Climical studies were carried out 83 cases of patients with colorectal cancer treated bv Hangamdan(抗癌丹) from January lth 1998 to September 30th 2000. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Distribution of those attached by colorectal cancer, by sex, showed that Male is more then Female, by age, showed that the numbber of fifties is majorith. 2. distribution of diagnostic stage, in descending order; stage Ⅲ(53%, top), stagew Ⅵ(45.8%). 3. The effects of maintenance and improvement in the symptoms with traditional oriental therapy(83.3%) and combined treatment of westem and oriental therapy(92.1%)were boserved. The effects of the symptoms were as folows: diarrhea(37.3%),abdominal pain (25.3%), general body weakness(22.9%), nausea(20.5%) and etc. in orders. 4. Analysis of hematology attached by colorectal cancer, maintenance and increasing of WBC(89.9%), RBC(74.7%), Hgb(81.1%), Platelet(92.4%) were Observed. After taken Hangamdan, the satety of the liver and kidney were as follows; maintenance and decreasting of AST(85.9%), ALT(94.8%) , GTP(87.5%), Creatinine(90.9%) were observed. 5. of IL-12 and IFN-λ attached by colorectal cancer, increasing of IL-12(53.3%), IFN-λ(80%) were observedl. 6. Analysis of QOL attached by colorectal cancer, maintenance and improvement of combined treatment of western and oniental therapy(89.6%), traditional oriental therapy(83.3%) were observed. 7. Analysis of survival in patients with Ⅳ stage of colorectal cancer, above 7 months(18.4%), 12 months(65.8%). 8. Analysis of antitumor effects, maintenance of traditional oriental therapy(83.3%) and maintenance and improvement of combined treatment of western and oriental therapy(80.5%) were observed. Analysis of tumor marker attached by colorectal cancer, maintenance and decreasing of CEA(78.8%) were boserved 9. Analysis of curative valuation, maintenance and improvement of traditional oriental therapy(83.3%), combined treatment of westem and oriental therapy(72.7%) were observed.

韓國 男子 排球競技의 勝敗要因을 EFF方式에 의한 分析

This study purports to analyze the factors of winning and losing volleyball by using efficiency factor method. Eight sample teams were selected for this study, all national teams from right countries such as U.S.S.R, U.S.A, BULGARIA, HOLLAND, FRANCE, JAPAN, CANADA, and they were compared with Korean team. The data were collected from the games of the 3rd F.I.V.B international cup held in Seoul 1987. The results were as follows; 1. At the blocking eff., Korea was significantly poor and was the lowest among 8 teams. 2. At the court defence eff., Korea was better than three other national teams from Holland, Bulgaria and France. However, there was no significant mean difference between Korea and other national teams. 3. At the serve receive eff., Korea was better than two other national teams from Bulgaria and Canada. However, there was no significant mean difference between Korea and other national terms. 4. At the setting eff., Korea was better than three other national teams from Holland, Bulgaria and Canada. However, there was no significant mean difference between Korea and other national teams. 5. At the points ratio eff., Korea was better than two other national teams from U.S.S.R and U.S.A. However, there was no significant mean difference between Korea and other national teams. 6. At the attack eff., serve eff. and side out eff., there was no significant mean difference between Korea and other national teams.

아질산 노출이 이스라엘잉어 혈장내 아질산 농도 및 간장 약물대사효소에 미치는 영향

Effects of ambient nitrite, N0₂^(-), at 1, 3, 10 and 30 mg/l, on the changes of plasma nitrite/nitrate and on hepatic drug-metabolizing enzyme activity were examined in the juvenile Israeli carp, Cyprinus carpio. When the fish were exposed to 1 and 3 mg/l N0₂^(-), there was an exposure duration-dependent increase in plasma N0₂- over the 96-hr period reaching 6~7 fold excess the ambient concentration, In the fish exposed to 10 mg/l, a plateau concentration of less than 2-fold of the environment was attained in 12 hr. With 30 mg/l, however, the maximal plasma NOf was 41.25 mg/1 at 12 hr followed by a gradual decline. There was a concentration increase in methemoglobin (metHb) level in all N02^(-)-exposed groups and a significant decrease in hematocrit value in 30 mg/l group after 96-hr exposure. Apart from the blunted increase in plasma N0₂^(-) with higher N0₂^(-)(10 and 30 mg/1) exposure, the ratio of plasma N0₃^(-) to N0₂^(-) was significantly higher in these groups compared to 1 and 3 mg/l. The imbalance in the plasma N0₃^(-)/N0₂^(-) at higher N0₂^(-) exposure suggests a possible accelerated conversion of N0₂^(-) to N0₃^(-). Nitrite exposure did not affect the hepatic drug-metabolic activities in juvenile Israeli carp. All these data indicate that disposition of N0₂- differ depending upon exposed concentration and that metHb production may not be the exclusive toxic mechanism in carp
