        In the design process of a press product, the reverse engineering is a necessary process. Therefore, the method of measurement must be constructed for a blank shape. In order to measure a blank shape, the vision system with non-distortion ren was constructed, and the image processing, the shape recognition and the element extraction module was made with the Visual C++ language. For the shape recognition, the distance-angle function with a shape characteristics ware used and, for the shape of element extraction, the slop function with a element characteristics was used. In this study, the shape of the rectangular gage block and circular product with a simple shape was recognized and elements in the polygon were extracted by using this system.

      • Metal Oxide 센서와 GC-SAW 센서를 바탕으로한 전자코를 이용한 허브 향의 품질 특성

        허브 제품의 가공공정에 따른 품질관리를 하기 위하여 합리적 이고 간단하게 평가할 수 있는 방법으로 사람의 코처럼 미묘하고 복잡한 향기와 냄새 성분을 감지할 수 있는 전자코를 이용하였다. 로즈마리, 라벤더 등의 허브의 열처리 (90, 130℃)에 따른 향의 변화를 metaloxide 센서로 구성된 전자코와 GC-SAW detector로 구성된 전자코 두 가지를 사용하였다. 90℃ 에서 열처리한 로즈 마리는 시간이 지날수록 제1 주성분 값이 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 즉 초기의 열처리를 하지 않은 허브 향과는 구분됨을 확인하였다. 온도를 130℃ 로 높여 가열 처리한 경우도 시간이 지날수록 향의 변화가더 컸으며 라벤더의 경우도 마찬가지임을 확인하였다. 즉 열처리 시간 정도에 따라 허브향의 변화가 일어남을 알 수 있었다. GC-SAW detector로 구성된 전자코의 경우도 열처리 시간에 따른 패턴 변화를 확인 할 수 있었다. 이것으로 보면 허브 캔디의 가공 공정에 따른 향의 품질 변화를 전자코로 평가할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Two types of electronic nose were used for investigating quality of herbs, treated at 90 and 130℃ for 1, 5, 10 and 20 min. One of the electronic nose is composed of metal oxide sensor and the other is GC-based on SAWdetector. Quality change of herbs was described by the sensitivity (R_(gas)/R_(air)) of sensors. Principal component analysis (PCA) was carried out using the data obtained from six metal oxide sensors. The first principal component scores were correlated with quality changes of herb. As heating time increased, the cluster of the herbs was separated from that of control. For GC based on SAWdetector, the obtained chromatogram was expressed using VaporPrint image program. As a pattern analysis it showed a difference in accordance with heating time. The electronic nose could be easily quality changes of herbs.

      • 전자코를 이용한 대추의 산지판별

        대추에 내포한 특이한 향기성분을 토대로 수입산 또는 국내산인지의 여부를 아무런 전처리없이 전자코로 분석하였다. 주성분 분석결과 제1주성분 값의 기여율은 0.624이었고, 제2주성분의 기여율은 0.161, 제3주성분 값은 0.132이었다. 제1주성분 값과 제3주성분 값을 이용한 그래프가 제1주성분 값과 제2주성분 값의 그래프보다 국산과 수입산 대추를 더 잘 구별할 수 있었다. 84종의 국내산 대추를 국내산으로 판별한경우는 60종으로 71.42%의 확률로 판별하였으며 48종의 외국산 대추를 외국산으로 판별한 경우는 42종으로 87.50%의 확률로 구별할 수 있었다. 일부 시료의 판별은 어려운 상태이나 전반적으로 수입산과 국내산의 판별이 가능하였다. The discrimination of the agricultural origin of jujubes, cspecially locally produced or the imported products such as jujube was investigated by using electronic nose. Volatile components from these products were able to be distinguished by six metal oxide sensors without any pretreatment. Pattern recognition leas carried out. Principal component analysis showed the difference between imported jujubes and locally produced ones. The number of 60 from 84 species of local jujubes was recognized as locally produced one (71.42%) and 42 from 48 foreign species one was done (87.50%) by discrimination analysis.

        철결핍성빈혈 진단과 RDW, MCV

        자동혈구계산기에서 산출되는 RDW나 MCV가 철결핍성빈혈의 구분진단에 어떠한 도움이 되는지를 보기 위하여 어는 대학병원의 최근 5년 동안의 의무기록과 건강진단결과를 이용하여 227명의 빈혈환자와 143명의 건강인을 선정하고 그들의 혈액검사 결과를 비교분석해 보았다. 분석결과 빈혈환자로서는 철결핍성빈혈과 재생불량성빈혈 환자가 많았으며, 그 외에 만성질환과 관련된 빈혈환자도 많은 것으로 나타났다. 정상인 들에 비하여 빈혈환자에서 RDW는 높게, 그리고 MCV는 낮게 나타났는데 특히 철겹핍성빈혈에서는 다른 빈혈에 비하여 19.3±4.8로 현저하게 높게 나타난 반면, MCV는 62.9±13.7fl로 현저하게 낮게 나타났으며, 그 빈혈의 정도에 따라 그 변화가 크게 나타났다. 빈혈관련수들을 이용하여 D.F.=0.26-0.012MCV-0.130MCH+0.073MCHC+0.052RDW+0.003PLT와 같은 판별함수가 도출되었고, 이를 토대로 철결핍성빈혈과 다른 빈혈을 구분하는데 있어서는 MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW등이 판별력이 있다는 것을 확인 할수 있었다. RDW and MCV are thought to be the highly sensitive blood cell parameters in the differentiation of iron deficiency anemias. Through the medical records of 227 anemic patients and the physical checking results of 143 healthy persons in a General Hospital during the recent five years, the authors evaluated various blood cell parameters including RDW and MCV. Iron deficiency anemia, aplastic anemia and other anemias associated with chronic discase were shown as the three major causes of anemias in Korea. In the patients of iron deficiency anemia MCV was very low(62.9±13.7fL), while RDW was very high(19.3±4.8) showing much lower MCV and much higher RDW in severe IDA compared with in mild IDA. To differentiate iron deficiency anemias form other anemias, a discriminant function was developed from some blood cell parameters like MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW and platelets(D.F.=0.26 -0.012MCV -0.130MCH+ 0.073MCHC +0.052RDW +0.003PLT).

        『기술·가정』교과 운영에 대한 교사의 인식과 요구

        The goal of the study is to find the necessary measures to facilitate a desirable Technology and Home Economics curriculum by reflecting the perception and needs of the teachers from the perspective of the curriculum content, professionalism of the teacher, realistic operations of the school and administration of the school system. The results obtained from the research are as follows: 1) The background knowledge and characteristics of the two curriculums are different, and in addition there is a negative perception due to the fact that it is hard to facilitate a class with just one teacher. 2) The issues that were most serious to teachers were professionalism of the teacher, qualification of the teachers, and teaching method. Also the teachers lacked in confidence in teaching and the curriculum itself. 3) In regards to qualifications of the teacher, the teachers requested that teachers should have single qualification in 'Technology(or Home Economic)' or dual qualifications in both 'Technology' and 'Home Economics'. As for teaching methodology responded that from the teacher and student perspective the teaching should be divided whereas from the school's perspective the responsibility should be put on a single teacher. 4) Teachers responded that from the perspective of the teacher, parent or student Technology and home Economics should be separated into two subjects.       • 다시마 분말을 첨가한 막장 에탄올 추출물의 항돌연변이원성 및 세포독성 효과

        This study was carried out to investigate antimutagenic and cytotoxic effects of Korean traditional Mackjang added with sea tangle powder. The content percentage of most of minerals among general composition increased by adding sea tangle powder. By the Ames test, the antimutagenic effect of ethanol extract of Korean traditional Mackjang added with 5% sea tangle powder was strongest, exceeding the control, 10% and 15% sea tangle additions. The ethanol extract (400 ㎍/plate) of Mackjang added with 5% sea tangle powder in the S. typhimurium TA100 strain showed inhibition rate of 95.0% against the mutagencsis induced by MNNG. The inhibition rate of ethanol extract (400 ㎍/plate) of Mackjang added with 5% sea tangle powder in the S. typhimurium TA98 and TA100 strains was 81.4% and 88,8%, respectively, against the mutagencsis induced by 4NQO. Cinder the same conditions, the suppression against B(a)P and Trp-P-1 in the TA98 and TA100 strains were 85.3% and 91.0%, and 96.5% and 92.0%. respectively. For the anticancer effects, an investigation was done on the cytotoxicity of Mackjang added with 5% sea tangle powder on the cell lines with human lung carcinoma (A549), human hepatoeellular carcinoma (HepG2), and human gastric carcinoma (KATOIII). The cytotoxicities were inhibited with increasing the extract concentration. The treatment of 1.0 ㎎/mL Mackjang added with 5% sea tangle powder showed relatively strong cytotoxicity of 61.2%, 61.8% and 66.8% against A549, KATOIII, and HepG2, respectively.

      • 유압피스톤 모터용 Slipper-pad의 손상상태 해석

        This papaer was undertaken to do morphological analysis of wear particles for sliding members hydrauric rotary acuator. The lubricating wear test was performed under different experimental conditions using the wear test device and wear specimens of the pin on disk type was rubbed in parafinic base oil by three kinds of lubricating materials, varying applied load, sliding distance. The four shape parameters (50% volumetric diameter, aspect, roundness and reflectivity) are used for morphological analysis of wear particles. The results showed that the four shape parameters of wear particles depend on a kind of the lubricating materials. It was capable of presuming wear volume for three kinds of materials on driving time.

      • 자동차 수동 트랜스미션 기어의 손상과정 예측

        The wear particles is released from the moving surfaces in gear systems of transmission and its morphology is directly related to the damage and failure to gear systems from which the particles originated. It is the effective method to diagnosis damage process of gear systems of automobile transmission to observe wear particle in gear oil. We tested with new transmission and took out gear oil according to drive distance. To be applied to damage diagnosis of gear system in transmission of automobile, 4 shape parameters of wear particles in gear oil were calculated and wear volume were presumed with the image processing system.

        유압구동 습동재의 마찰면 형상특징 해석에 관한 연구

        It is known that fractal theory has recently been used as a useful in the characterization of surface texture and the understanding of tribological phenomena such as friction, wear and lubrication. The fractal-based method for describing the rubbed surface texture has roused great interest. In this paper, the fractal descriptors was applied to rubbed surface of hydraulic driving material with image processing system in order to describe morphology of the rubbed surface. The results showed that the fractal dimension can be determined by sum of intensity difference of surface pixel. The two step size to get fractal dimension is similar to surface roughness Ra. Fractal dimensions of the rubbed surfaces increase with an increase of applied load. Morphology of the rubbed surface driving in lubricant can be effectively obtained by fractal dimensions.
