본 연구에서는 RF/DC 마그네크론 스퍼터링 시스템과 RTA를 이용하여 열처리를 하므로써 실리콘산화질화막(SiOxNy) 제조를 시도 하였다. 우선 상온에서 스퍼터로 실리콘(100) 기판 위에 실리콘산화막(SiO_2)을 제조한 후 900℃에서 질소분위기로 열처리를 하여 박막을 제조한 후 물리적, 화학적 특성들에 대하여 알아보았다. XRD 패턴을 확인해 본 결과 질소와 실리콘산화질화물의 피크가 관찰되지 않았다. 이는 EDX의 선분석과 XPS의 관찰에서도 같은 결과가 나타났다. AFM을 이용해 표면을 살펴 본 결과 실리몬(100) 기판의 영향으로 글라스 기판과는 달리 일정한 방향으로 증착되었으며 열러치 후 다소 부드러운 표면이 관찰되었음을 알 수 있었다. 암모니아(NH_3)와는 달리 스퍼터링의 플라즈마를 이용한 안정적인 질소가스의 이온화가 쉽게 이루어지지 않았던 것과 마찬가지로 RTA를 이용한 열처리에서도 질소가스의 반응성은 매우 낮은 것으로 사료된다. In this study, the grows of silicon oxynitride(SiOxNy) by using RF/DC sputtering method and RTA*rapid thermal annealing) method. Silicon oxynitride(SiOxNy) thin films were annealed at 900℃ in N_2 gas. From XRD results, It was not observed that the peak of the films enhance as the increase of annealing temperature and time. This result was certified by EDX and XPS analysis. From AFM results, the surface roughness were decreased with annealing. The results can be used as basic study for development of high ability insulator.

Dental magnetic attachment have been applied to removable prosthetic appliances, maxillofacial prostheses, obturator and dental implant but they still have some problems such as low corrosion resistance in oral environments. To increase the corrosion resistance of dental magnetic materials, Nd-Fe-B materials were sealed with stainless steel, but pitting corrosion, intergranular corrosion and erosion corrosion occurred predominantly at welded zone and center of magnetic attachment in corrosive environment and mechenical wear condition. In order to develop corrosion resistance of magnetic materials, the surface modification of stainless steel for magnetic attachment sealing materials were investigated by utilizing potentiostat. Stainless steels containig 0.1~1.0 wt%Ti were fabricated with 12㎜ thickness by using vacuum furnace and roller. An then stainless steel were solutionized for 1hr at 1050℃. Samples were ion nitrided at 380℃ and 500℃ for 10, 20, and 30hrs. Electrochemical corrosion test were performed in 2 kinds of electrolyte solutions (0.9% NaCl, and 0.1MH_2S0. The surface and corrosion morphology of ion nitrided stainless steel were analyzed by utilizing optical microscopy SEM, XRD and WDX. It was found that Plasma nitriding at 380℃ compared with 500℃, Produced a good corrosion resistance as nitriding time increased. whereas stainless steel containing low Ti content showed that Pitting potential and corrosion potential decreased. Pitting corrosion resistance improved significantly in the case of plasma nitrided SS containing 100.0wt% Ti at 500℃ because that Ti act to retard the formation of carbides and to form a protective layer on surface which is responsible for the aggresive Clion. The nucleation rate and number of pit in the plasma nitriding at 500℃ decreased as Ti content increased owing to retard a nucleation and growth of chromium carbide or nitride in gram boundary.

Background and Objectives: The objective of this study was to obtain circumstances about violence providers and cause of the violence in emergency room. Materials and Methods: Reports were provided to emergency department doctors, nurses and emergency medical technicians working in Chosun University Hospital Emergency Center during the sixty days from 26 May 2003 to 24 July 2003. Report form consisted of the degree of violence, the reason for the violence, dermographic information about violence providers, outbreak time of violence and response of emergency personnels. Results: SixtyUeight case of violence in the emergency department were reported. Almost all of the violence was due to the male gender and high incidence in third and fourth decade. The violence occured mostly in the night shift. 55.9% of violence was done by patient and 41.2% was done by patient's guardians. The leading cause of violence were alcohol drunken and delay of laboratory test and treatment. Verbal abuse and threats were the most concern form of violence, Conclusion: It is necessary to solve the problems faced in the emergency department not only administrative and financial aid but also regular preventive education and further study.

The Eureka-147 Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) system is well adapted to the requirements of mobile broadcasting services including high-quality audio, program associated data and other multimedia data. In this paper, we design the transport frame structures for the mobile multimedia services by using the configuration of the Eureka-147 DAB multiplex and MPEG system specifications, and then compare their performances in terms of functionality and overhead. Espeially, we suggest the effective transport structure, which is improved in the efficiency of media multiplexing architecture, by removing the functionally overlapped parts between DAB and MPEG systems. In addition, we evaluate the transmission environments of various DAB data channels and demonstrate the transmission error effects on the low bitrate video stream.
P3HT 유기물을 활성층으로 이용한 박막 트랜지스터 제작

구동회로가 유기물로 구성된다면 단순하고 저렴한 제작공정의 장점으로 인해 두루마리 디스플레이, RFID 카드에 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위해 고분자 유기물인 P3HT(poly-3-hexylthiophene)를 산화막이 성장된 Si 기판위에 스핀코팅하여 활성층으로 사용한 박막 트랜지스터를 제작하고 소자 구조에 따른 특성을 측정하였다. 트랜지스터는 하부 게이트 전극으로 Si 기판을, 몰리브덴 소스와 드레인이 유기물 활성층 하부 또는 그 상부에 위치하는 구조를 채택하였다. 제작된 박막 트랜지스터는 정상전도 p-채널 MOSFET 동작특성을 보이며 V_(GS) = -60 V, V_(DS) = -100 V에서 측정한 드레인 전류는 하부, 상부 접촉 구조에서 각각 I_(DS) = 8 pA/㎛, 4.7 pA/㎛ 이었으며 점멸비 (I_(on/off))는 10^(2)과 10을 나타내었다. 또한, 계산된 전계 효과 이동도는 두 구조에서 동일한 값으로써 약 1×10^(-6) ㎠/V-s 을 보이고 있었다. 상부구조의 장점은 트랜지스터의 특성은 박막의 품질이 향상되고 낮은 접촉저항을 나타내는 금속을 선택함으로써 들어날 것으로 기대된다. If the driving circuits were formed by organic materials, these can be applicable to flexible displays and RFID cards due to the simple fabrication methods and inexpensive costs of production, In this article, we report on the characteristics of organic thin-film transistors using P3HT(poly-3-hexylthiophene) polymer as an active layer material by spin-coating on a Si wafer. The transistor is composed of a Si back-gate, 150 nm thick thermal oxide, and Mo source/drain contacts formed either below (bottom-contact) or above (top-contact) the active channel. Fabricated devices have exhibited the normally-on p-channel MOSFET characteristics with the drain currents of 8 pA/㎛ and 4.7 pA/㎛, and with I_(on/off) ratios of 10^(2) and 10, from bottom- and top-contact structure, respectively, measured at V_(GS) = -60 V and V_(DS) = -100 V. And, the calculated mobility shows about 1×10^(-6) ㎠/V-s same in both structures. We expect that the advantages of top-contact structure could be revealed by employing low contact resistance metal and improvement of the film quality.

This paper deals with the design algorithm for the high reliable remoete controller. For reliable systems, it is suggested the design method to improve the error probability for the received data from the remote controller. And it is shown that the error probability by the testing the hardware is in good with that of the simulation by using the IBM PC/AT. As a result, it was possible to increase the reliability without adding the extra hardware circuits.
사람 적혈구 용해액과 마혈청을 첨가한 Columbia agar base에서 Gardnerella vaginalis 임상 분리주의 약제 내성

목적 : 국내에서 아직 보고가 없는 G. vaginalis에 대한 항균제 감수성 시험 결과를 얻기 위하여 실험하였다. 방법 : 악취가 나는 질 분비물의 증가를 주소로 내원한 여성 환자들에서 분리한 G. vaginalis 48주와 표준균주 1주(ATCC 14018)에 대하여 한천 희석법에 의한 항균제 감수성 시험을 하였다. 본 연구자들이 새로 고안한 방식으로 제조한 사람 적혈구 용해액을 마 혈청과 함께 columbia agar(1% proteose pepton No. 3함유)에 각 5%씩 첨가하여 한천 희석법의 시험 배지로 사용하였다. 결과 : Clidamycin과 ciprofloxacin의 MIC_(90)은 각각 0.3㎍/mL, 0.6㎍/mL로 감수성이 높았다. 기타 amoxicillin, doxycycline, erythromycin, cefazolin, gentamicin, metronidazole, tinidazole은 비교적 높은 내성을 보였다(NCCLS, U.S.A., 2001). 결론 : 세균성 질증의 치료를 위하여 metronidazole 혹은 tinidazole 단독 투여하기 보다는 clindamycin 또는 ciprofloxacin의 병용효과를 환자들에서 검증할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. 아울러 본 연구자들이 고안한 첨가물인 사람 적혈구 용해액은 G. vaginalis의 항균제 감수성 시험용 한천 희석 배지 및 시험관 희석 배지로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Background : To the best of our knowledge, there has been no any report on the antibiotic susceptibility profile of Gardnerella vagina/is, determined in domestic area by the agar dilution method. Therefore, we studied on 49 strains of G. vagina/is by the agar dilution method. Methods : One standard strain (ATCC 14018) and Forty-eight strains isolated from patients with increased vaginal discharge were included in this study. Columbia agar base containing 1% proteose peptone No. 3 was supplemented with horse serum (5%) and human erythrocyte lysate (5%) which was prepared by a new method, and this medium was used for the antibiotic susceptibility test. Results: The MICs_(90) of clindamycin and ciprofloxacin were 0.3 ㎍/mL and 0.6 ㎍/mL, respectively. Amoxicillin, cefazolin, doxycycline, and erythromycin were hardly effective against most strains of G. vagina/is (NCCLS, U.S.A., 2001). Especially, MICs_(90) of both metronidazole and tinidazole were 80 ㎍/mL under micro-aerobic condition of 5% O₂. Conclusion: For the treatment of Bacterial vaginosis, it is suggested that clindamycin or ciprofloxacin should be combined with vaginal tablet or gel of metronidazole rather than single administration of metrondazole or tinidazole.

Zur Festectzugn des Burgerliches Gesetzbuch im Deutschland hat der Art, 120 der Gewerbeordnung fBur das Deutsche Reich in der fassung vom 26. Juli 1990 als des Grund der Entschadigung fu den Arbeitsunfall eine groβe Rolle gespienlt. Es war aber fur den zunehmende Arbeitsunfall nicht genugend entschadigt geworden. Im jahr 1888 wurde dann das Burgerliches Gesetzbuch von Deutschland offentlich bekannt gemacht. Doch war die Festsetung zur Fursorgepflicht wriklich inder acht Texte zum Dienstvertrag gar nicht ausdrucklich erwahnt. Deshalb hat der Art. 617 und 618 in der Wirking von Otto Friedrich von Gierke und Anton Menger Feststellt werden, so haben die ganzen Entschadigungen verwirklicht werden. In dieser Arbeit wird dieser Feststellungsverlafu unter den damalige gesellschaftliche hintergrund und die Gesetzgebungsmate realen in folgender Reihenfolge geschrieben. Ⅱ. Die Stellung zum Arbeitsunfall vor der Gesetzgebung des Burgerlichen Gesetzbuch Ⅲ. Der Feststellungsvorgang der Fursorgepflicht und der historische hintergrund im Burgerlichen Gesetzbuch Ⅳ. Die Interpretation des Art. 618 vom burgerlichen Gesetzbuch Ⅴ. Schluβ Es gibt aber noch viele kommentierende Probleme, dazu wird es beider nuchsten Gelegenheit weiter untersucht werden.

Background and Objectives: An anaerobic chamber or jar for the anaerobic culture costs a great deal in upkeep, and most users are afraid of high-pressure gas tanks attached to a CO2 incubator or an anaerobic chamber. We devised the culture box with an air-bag and tested it to obtain the basic data for devising a multipurpose culture chamber which need not much upkeep expenses. Materials and Methods: For tests, we manufactured polymethyl methacrylate box (280 × 280 × 240 mm, in size and 18.8 L in volume) with a polyvinyl chloride air-bag. The CO2 concentration inside the box was measured by a CO2 analyzer and an aspirating pump set. The O2 concentration was measured by an oxygen indicator inside the box and the dissolved oxygen concentration in the media by the dissolved oxygen meter. Results: 5% CO2 was generated when 2.73 g of sodium bicarbonate and 6.83g of citric acid were mixed with 50 mL tap water inside the box. The absolute anaerobic condition was made within 45 minutes from mixing 3.5 g of sodium borohydride and 50 mL of 1 N acetic acid, and 5% O2 concentration (micro-aerobic condition) was produced within 15 minutes by mixing 20 mL of 1 N acetic acid and 1 g of sodium borohydride. Conclusion: The culture box with an air-bag needs neither CO2 and mixed gas tanks, nor an expensive and disposable anaerobic pack. I think these results could be used for devising a new multipurpose culture chamber.
