CoQ with low melting temperature was exploited to improve its solubility by preparing its solid dispersions (SDs) with a meltable polymer, poloxamer 407 (P 407). P407 can be utilized for a relatively simple, quick, inexpensive, reproducible and potentially scalable manner in the low temperature melting method. CoQ 10 solubility and dissolution increased with increasing concentrations of P 407 in SDs. Comparison of the enhanced dissolution of CoQ 10 from different poloxamers suggested that the preparation of CoQ 10 SDs using P 407 as a meltable hydrophilic polymer carrier could be a promising approach to improve its dissolution.

The taxonomic list of specific features in external and internal shape and the pattern analysis of Aconitum carmichalei $D_{EBX}$ as the original plant of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata and Aconitum cliiare Dc as the original plant of Aconiti Ciliare Tuber are as follows. 1. Aconitum carmichalei $D_{EBX}$ has tri-palmately parted leaves, petiole in lower leaves, and its ovary has short hair. Whereas Aconitum cliare Dc has $3{\sim}4$ parted leaves, long petiole, and its ovary has not hair. 2. Aconitum carmichalei $D_{EBX}$ has cylinder shape is relatively small in length and diameter, is greyish brown blacky brown in outer surface, greyish $white{\sim}dark$ gray in section. 3. According to the collection place, there is a remarkable difference in the physical shape of herbal states. Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparate(medicated in Korea) is more transparent blacky brown color than Aconiti Lateralis Fadix Preparata(medicated in Chian). Also Black Aconi Radix(墨附片) has exodermis and White Aconi Radix(白附片) has not. 4. The internal characteristics entirely correspond to in internal shape described in the literatures, Only it is possible to discriminate between black Aconi Radix(墨附片) and White Aconi Radix(白附片) by the existence of cork layer. The classification between Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata and Aconiti Ciliare Tuber makes entirely Tuber makes entirely remarkable difference in the physical shape of cambium layer Namely, in shape of cambium layer the kinds of Aconiti lateralis Radix Prepala has horn-like shape and the kinds of Aconiti Ciliare Tuber has circle-like shape. 5. In the peak of examination substance in comparison to Rt of the index material diterpene alkaloid mesaconitine, aconitine, hypaconitine chromatogram Aconiti Ciliare Tuber is higher than in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata This explain that the component changes after the process of medicine. 6. In the Content of mesaconitine, aconitine and hypaconitime Aconiti Ciliare Tuber is higher than Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata. 7. In Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine each appears in Rf 0.46, 0.54, 0.32. But except Aconiti Ciliare Tuber the band does not appear. For the future, such results will be used as the basic source of additional research, and a far-reaching comparative study is needed to distinguish between many kinds of same genus-degree of relatedness.
연속흐름형 Jet loop reactor에서 CO2를 이용한 알칼리폐수의 중화

본 연구에서는 CO2를 이용한 알칼리폐수의 중화처리 시 jet loop reactor의 적용가능성을 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연속식 jet loop reactor에서 pH=10.1인 알칼리 폐수의 유입유량(QL,in=0.9~6.6 L/min)과 유입가스유량(QG,in=1~6 L/min)을 변화시키면서 유출수의 pH 변화 및 CO2 제거특성을 살펴보았다. 중화반응 후 유출수의 pH는 QL,in/QG,in 비가 1.1일 때는 QG,in 및 QL,in이 증가하여도 pH가 7.2 정도로 일정하게 유지되었다. 그러나 QL,in/QG,in 비가 1.1 이상에서는 QL,in/QG,in 비가 증가할수록 CO2 제거효율 및 배출수의 pH가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구범위에서 얻어진 최대 CO2 제거효율은 98.06%로 QG,in=2 L/min, QL,in=4 L/min인 조건이었으며, 이때의 유출수 pH는 8.43 이었다. This paper investigates the feasibility of applying the jet loop reactor for the neutralization of alkaline wastewater using carbon dioxide (CO2). In this study, pH changes and CO2 removal characteristics were examined by changing influent flow rate of alkaline wastewater (initial pH=10.1) and influent CO2 flow rates. Influent flow rates of alkaline wastewater (QL,in) ranged between 0.9 and 6.6 L/min, and inlet gas flow rate (QG,in) of 1 and 6 L/min in a lab-scale continuous flow jet loop reactor. The outlet pH of wastewater was maintained at 7.2 when the ratio (QL,in/QG,in) of QL,in and QG,in was 1.1. However, the CO2 removal efficiency and the outlet pH of wastewater were increased when QL,in/QG,in ratio was higher than 1.1. Throughout the experiments, the maximum CO2 removal efficiency and the outlet pH of wastewater were 98.06% and 8.43 at the condition when QG,in and QL,in were 2 L/min and 4 L/min, respectively.

문서 분류의 필요성에 따라 여러 가지의 방법이 사용되고 있다. 용어 중심의 문서 분류는 용어 수가 많아지면 시스템의 효율에 문제가 된다. 개념 중심의 문서 분류는 질 좋은 개념 사전을 필요로 하기 때문에 쉽지가 않다. 본 연구는 NMF 기법을 사용하여 용어 중심의 문서분류의 효율을 개선하고자 한다. 본 시스템을 실험한 결과 문서 분류의 효율 개선의 결과를 얻었다. 앞으로 NMF 기법을 이용하여 보다 개선된 문서분류의 효과를 기대한다.

<P>To develop a novel flurbiprofen-loaded solid dispersion without crystalline change, various flurbiprofen-loaded solid dispersions were prepared with water, sodium carboxylmethyl cellulose (Na-CMC), and Tween 80. The effect of Na-CMC and Tween 80 on aqueous solubility of flurbiprofen was investigated. The physicochemical properties of solid dispersions were investigated using SEM, DSC, and X-ray diffraction. The dissolution and bioavailability in rats were evaluated compared to commercial product. Unlike conventional solid dispersion systems, the flurbiprofen-loaded solid dispersion gave a relatively rough surface and changed no crystalline form of drug. These solid dispersions were formed by attaching hydrophilic carriers to the surface of drug without crystal change, resulting in changing the hydrophobic drug to hydrophilic form. Furthermore, the flurbiprofen-loaded solid dispersion at the weight ratio of flurbiprofen/Na-CMC/Tween 80 of 6/2.5/0.5 improved ∼ 60-fold drug solubility. It gave higher AUC, <I>T</I><SUB>max</SUB>, and <I>C</I><SUB>max</SUB> compared to commercial product. The solid dispersion improved almost 1.5-fold bioavailability of drug compared to commercial product in rats. Thus, the flurbiprofen-loaded solid dispersion would be useful to deliver poorly water-soluble flurbiprofen with enhanced bioavailability without crystalline change.</P>
