The problem of automobile body corrosion has been addressed over the past decade by the increasing use of zinc and zinc coated steels in automotive application. This paper discribes the evaluation of formability and painted corrosion performance of galvalume steel sheet. This paper presents an overview of the program and some initial test results on the weldability, lifetime of the electrode tip shape of the spot welding and corrosion protection, Galvalume steel sheet improved corrosion performance and spot weldability of galvalume steel has no problem for the variation of welding current. And tip lifetime was changed according to the influence of shape.
호닝 가공에 사용되는 다이아몬드 공구의 성능평가에 관한 연구

This study is to evaluate the tool performance in honing using diamond reamer and present grounds whether the localized products are sufficiently competitive comparing with the existing imported ones. The heads of the tool performance evaluation are roundness, roughness, tool life of the workpiece and so on. When evaluating the tool performance, cutting process is divided by three areas which are rough, semi-finish and finish cut. Honing improves the accuracy such as boring and reaming after manufacturing the inside diameter, and finishing directly by boning is a recent trend. This honing is used greatly in hard cutting materials like cemented carbides and it is the CBN and diamond that is used in hard cutting materials. Both of them are expensive and most of them are imported.

The acceleration of the performance of machine tools influences the deveopment of the semiconductor and optical technology as the development of NC and measurement technology. We can mention that a traction role of the acceleration for the development like that depends on the development of the measurement technics Stylus instrument method, STM, SEM, Laser interferometer method which are used for measuring the movement accuracy of machine tools. The movement error factors in movement accuracy are expressed as yaw, roll, and pitch etc. Machining center has 21 movement error factors including of 3 axies joint errors because that has 3 axies and has been measured as the standard of the unloaded condition until now inspite of getting static, dynamic, and servo-gain errors in the case of expending the error range. Therefore, this study tries to measure deflection value according to loading on the X-Y table of the machining center after compensation of straightness. And the equipment used for this study is HP 5529A laser measurement.

As high-precision parts are needed with manufacturing techniques improved, the demand of high-precision machine tools has been increasing. They are made to develope the precision measuring skill to maintenance the accuracy of themselves as a matter of course. We on the paper measured straightness and squareness of the square to verify that it is possible for CT(circular test) method by 2-dimensional probe and the square to measure squareness. Furthermore, we compared the result of the study with the computer simulation's to prove its possibility, and made an improvement of measuring method.

This study is an investigation for the ADS optimum design using FEA. We write out program which express ADS perfectly and reduce the required time for correcting of model to the minimum in solution and manufacture result. We complete algorithm which can plan optimum forming of model by feedback error information in CAE. Then we correct model by feedback date obtaining in solution process, repeat course following stress solution again and do modeling rachet wheel for optimum forming. That is our aim. In rachet wheel, greatest equivalence stress originates in key groove comer and KS standard is proved the design for security.
국산 다이아몬드 리머를 사용한 호닝 가공에서 구멍의 정밀도 측정을 통한 공구 성능에 관한 연구

Manufactured goods, is a complicated form, little capicity and many kind, usually is cut by a simple tool which has high work efficiency. The tool for cutting work is generally necessary for 3∼4 times higher hardness than normal cutting material but a tool for cutting a cemented carbide doesn't exist except a diamond or CBN tool. Especially, a diamond tool has a specific property that wearing resistance is decreased by high-tempareture carbonization and the price of diamond or CBN tool is so expensive that to find the cutting condition for cuffing a cemented carbide is very important. The most hydraulic valve, multi-stage hole work, require the exact circularity and surface roughness in honing. The movement to make a importing tool in korea is getting up due to the high cost.

An extensive corrosion study was initiated by galvalume steel sheet manufacturing company to clarify the corrosion behavior of zinc and zinc-alloy coated automotive sheet steel in out panel and electrical application. Since the early 1980's the use of zinc and aluminum alloy coated steel for vehicular corrosion protection has increased dractically. This paper describes the evaluation of formability, weldability and painted corrosion performance of galvalume steel sheet. In this study, we have developed the simulation tool in order to investigate driving trajectory of AGV for container transport. AGV for container transport is different from the indoor AGV in that it is a large size structure at being loaded the weight of 40 ton. And AGV for container transport is applied to front wheel steering, rear wheel steering, all wheel steering, and crap steering. Therefore, we have developed the simulation tool considering dynamic problems and a center of turning in accordance with fourth ways of steering mode. As the result of this study, we have confirmed that this tool is useful and cost-effective in the dynamic analysis or large size vehicles. Also, it is useful to calculate the minimum radius of turning for large size vehicles.

This study is to choose the most proper model for AGV Throughout simulation of behavior of suspension to reduce trial and error because there is no AGV treating heavy weight at harbor loading and unloading at home. Therefore, we estimate the vibration modes of the various suspensions applied to AGV, which is over 75 ton included the weight of two containers using the Matlab in the case of G and 5G, one of the simulation programs.
