        The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between the growth conditions of the crops and the environment of the greenhouse according to the variation of temperature inside the greenhouse. The environment sensor (i.e. temperature and humidity sensor) which were installed in the greenhouse were collected as environmental factor. The growth index of strawberry were measured to fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit weight, sugar content and yield according to the average temperature and humidity. The correlation between the environmental factors in the greenhouse and the growth index of strawberry was investigated by simple linear regression. The production of strawberry showed a slight difference in each location, but the production of strawberry was increased in the area close to the heater.

        레몬과 크랜베리즙이 닭 다리육의 저장품질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 레몬즙과 크랜베리즙에 닭 다리육을 침지하여 저장성 증진 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 실시하였다. 처리구는 닭 다리육을 멸균수에 침지한 대조구(CON), 1% 레몬즙에 침지한 처리구(LJ), 1% 크랜베리즙에 침지한 처리구(CJ), 0.5% 레몬즙과 0.5% 크랜베리즙을 혼합하여 침지한 처리구(LCJ)이었다. 닭 다리육을 레몬즙과 크랜베리즙에 20분간 침지시킨 후 4±1℃ 냉장실에서 0, 3, 6, 9일 동안 저장하면서 pH, 총균수, 육색, 관능적 특성, 지방산패도, 휘발성 염기태질소, 전자코를 이용하여 향기패턴의 변화를 분석하였다. 저장 3일차부터 모든 처리구는 대조구보다 유의적으로(P<0.05) 낮은 총균수를 나타내었으며, 또한 종합적 기호도는 저장 3일차부터 대조구보다 유의적으로(P<0.05) 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 또한 지방산패도와 휘발성 염기태질소 함량도 저장 3일차부터 처리구가 대조구보다 유의적으로 낮은 값을 나타내어 레몬즙과 크랜베리즙의 처리가 저장기간 동안 닭 다리육의 부패를 억제시킨 것으로 사료되며 이는 저장 3일차부터 처리구의 분포가 대조구와 구분되는 전자코 향기분석 결과와 유사하였다. 결과적으로 1% 천연 레몬즙과 크랜베리즙의 처리는 저장기간 동안 닭 다리육의 지방 산패와 단백질 부패를 억제하여 관능적인 특성의 감소를 지연시켜 저장 품질을 향상시키는 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of lemon and cranberry juice on meat quality of chicken thighs during cold storage. Experimental groups were chicken thigh meat dipped into distilled water (CON), 1% lemon juice (LJ), 1% cranberry juice (CJ), and a mixture of 0.5% lemon juice and 0.5% cranberry juice (LCJ). The meat quality traits were determined at day 0, 3, 6, and 9 during cold storage at 4℃. The pH value of all treatments was lower than that of the control (P<0.05). Total microorganisms of CJ and LCJ at day 9 was 6.94 and 6.76 log CFU/g, respectively, whereas that of the control was 7.51 log CFU/g. The a* value of CJ and LCJ was higher than that of CON and LJ during storage (P<0.05), whereas the b* value of LJ, CL, and LCJ was lower than that of CON at day 6 and 9 (P<0.05). Overall acceptability of all treatments was significantly higher than that of CON after day 3. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and volatile basic nitrogen values were lower than those of the CON after day 3 (P<0.05). Principle component analysis (PCA) of the aroma pattern of all treatments was closer together, whereas PCA of the CON was scattered with the increase in storage days. This result suggests that dipping the chicken thigh meat into the lemon and cranberry juice could be beneficial to enhance chicken thigh meat quality by retardation of total microbes, lipid oxidation, and protein decomposition.

        Anti-oxidation and Anti-wrinkling Effects of Jeju Horse Leg Bone Hydrolysates

        This study focused on the anti-oxidative and collagenase- and elastase inhibition effects of low molecular weight peptides (LMP) from commercial Jeju horse leg bone hydrolysates (JHLB) on pancreatin, via enzymatic hydrolysis. Cell viability of dermal fibroblasts exposed to UVB radiation upon treatment with LMP from JHLB was evaluated. Determination of the antioxidant activity of various concentrations of LMP from JHLB were carried out by assessing 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2-azino-bis-3-ethybenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid (ABTS) radical scavenging activity, ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), and oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC). The DPPH radical scavenging activity of LMP from JHLB (20 mg/mL) was 92.21% and ABTS radical scavenging activity (15 mg/mL) was 99.50%. FRAP activity (30 mg/mL) was $364.72{\mu}M/TE$ and ORAC activity (1 mg/mL) was $101.85{\mu}M/TE$. The anti-wrinkle potential was assessed by evaluating the elastase- and collagenase inhibition potential of these LMP. We found that 200 mg/mL of LMP from JHLB inhibited elastase activity by 41.32%, and 100 mg/mL of LMP from JHLB inhibited collagenase activity by 91.32%. The cell viability of untreated HS68 human dermal fibroblasts was 45% when exposed to a UVB radiation dose of $100mJ/cm^2$. After 24 h of incubation with $500{\mu}g/mL$ LMP from JHLB, the cell viability increased to 60%. These results indicate that LMP from JHLB has potential utility as an anti-oxidant and anti-wrinkle agent in the food and cosmetic industry. Additional in vivo tests should be carried out to further characterize these potential benefits.

        글로컬화로 완성된 『햄릿』 : 이윤택이 연출한 『햄릿』(1996-2005) 공연 연구

        Glocal is a new word combined a word 'global' and a word 'local'. According to the menufesto of Glocalization in 2004, "Glocalization is a new paradigm for international relations and an innovative practice of development coorperation. The Glocalization strategy empowers local communities, linking them to global resources and knowledge while facilitating initiatives for peace and development. It provides opportunities for the local communities to direct positive social change in the area that most directly affect them, and to shape an innovative nd more equitable international system." When we apply this definition to our theatre works, such productions as 「Hamyul Taeja」 by Min-Soo Ahn(1976), [Shamanism]「Hamlet」 by Jeong-Oak Kim(1995), [Koreanized]「Romeo and Juliet」 by Tae-Seok Oh(199?), and 「Hamlet」 by Yun-Taek Lee(l996) are good examples that succeed to draw a great attentions from the audiences of the abroad and the local as well. Among these productions, Lee's 「Hamlet」productions, which have been produced more than a decade both for the local stages and the foreign stages as well, are analysed and studied in full detail in order to find out how he has completed the 'glocal' text for the target audiences as well as the local ones. The strategy of Lee's translation(s) with the dramaturgy, D. Kim and his methodology of re-formation from the original text to the stage script will be dicussed at first, then his intercultural set design will be analyzed in terms of mise-en-scene. The shamanistic interpretation of Hamlet's madness represented in such scenes as the appearance of the Ghost, which is directed in shamanistic way, the scene of Ophelia's funeral, and the deconstruction of the play-within-the-play is the key point to understand how Lee re-formed the original text mixing the world-wide cultural resources. His multicultural costumes and Lighting design as well as music, according to R. Bharucha, seem to be a neo-oriental approach, which applies non-western culture to Shakespeare with spectacular performance for the target audience. The most provocative scene among others would be the epilogue scence in which dead Hamlet rises in naked body and walk away slowly into the back stage. Reminding the local audience of the ending of the 'Sitgim Gut', this epilogue would be the most challengable strategy of the director who wants to complete his 'original' intercultural play script for the glocal audiences. Without this, the shamanistic establishment of from the Ghost scene could not be accomplished.

        단순전단 시험법 구축 및 바우싱거효과를 고려한 경화거동 예측

        본 연구에서는 zircaloy-4 판재에 대해 바우싱거 효과를 고려한 경화거동 예측모델을 구축했다. 금속소재 가공에서 인장 후 압축 시 항복응력이 감소한다. 이에 스프링백 해석 시 바우싱거 효과를 반드시 고려해야 한다. Simple shear 시험에서 적정 시편크기 및 적정 조임토크에 대한 결정법을 제시했다. 5 가지 재료에 대한 simple shear 시험을 통해 응력-변형률 곡선을 구했다. 또한 유한요소해석을 활용해 simple shear 하중-변위 곡선으로부터 유효응력-변형률 곡선으로 변환과정을 소개했다. 등방/운동성 경화 조합모델을 활용해 simple shear 순/역방향 시험을 모사했다. 이때 각 경화계수에 따른 하중-변위 곡선 변화를 관찰하고, zircaloy-4에 대한 경화계수를 결정했다. In this study we establish a process to predict hardening behavior considering the Bauschinger effect for zircaloy-4 sheets. When a metal is compressed after tension in forming, the yield strength decreases. For this reason, the Bauschinger effect should be considered in FE simulations of spring-back. We suggested a suitable specimen size and a method for determining the optimum tightening torque for simple shear tests. Shear stress-strain curves are obtained for five materials. We developed a method to convert the shear load-displacement curve to the effective stress-strain curve with FEA. We simulated the simple shear forward/reverse test using the combined isotropic/kinematic hardening model. We also investigated the change of the load-displacement curve by varying the hardening coefficients. We determined the hardening coefficients so that they follow the hardening behavior of zircaloy-4 in experiments.

        지역화로 재생산된 셰익스피어

        The world-wide significance of Hamlet is evident that Shakespeare is regarded as a classic indispensable to the repertoire in the theatre of Korea. In fact, Hamlet is the most frequently produced play in Korea during the last two decades. Some productions recorded great box-office success localizing the play with ‘tradapted’ versions in various ways. Among them, four most controversial productions during 1990’s are selected to be analyzed in which Lee Yun-taek’s Hamlet (1996) and The Trouble-maker, Yonsan (1995), Lim Jae-chan’s Invitation. 1997 Spring, and Kim Ah-rah’s Hamlet 1999 were included. Lee’s The Trouble-maker, Yonsan is a certain kind of ‘tradapted’ production in which the Brechtian and the Artaudian theories as well as the ritual and the expressionism fused with Korean traditional elements were found during the play. Lee put a tyrant, Yonsan from Chosun dynasty into the position paralleled with Hamlet in terms of the theme of revenge. As in Hamlet, a ghost enters in the opening scene dancing a slow movement, a shamanic rite, Gut is performed under the direction of Yonsan as the play-within-the-play in Hamlet, and at the end, Yonsan kills all major characters who are connected with the death of his mother. Compare this to Kurosawa Akira’s Ran, it would be considered as one of the qualified tradaptation of the localized Hamlet. Lee’s Halmet is an another example of the tradaption, which make a great box-office success in front of the local audience as well as of the global audience in Russia. In this production, Lee keeping the authenticity of the source text tried to create an intercultural performance mixing some Western elements with their Korean counterparts: rearranged the sequence of scenes and non-verbal elements; used Korean mask dance, percussion quartet, Young-nam Deotboigy dance, the local mise-en-scene composed of the inside of Cheon-ma-chong, Budhist monk garment, and mixed the sound and music of the Korean instruments with piano and violin. This production would be a good attempt to expand our contemporaries through deconstructing Christian tradition with Korean shamanism. Lee’s intercultural production would begin to interchange between the East and the West expanding Shakespeare’s authenticity for all global/local audience. Lim Jae-chan’s Invitation. 1997, Spring transformed the blood-shedding revenge tragedy into a trial play. It is Fortinbras who is a judge in this trial. The scenes of the source text were rearranged according to the process of the trial, and just sitting their seats in the auditorium, the audience spontaneously took a part in that trial as the jury. This trial format, of course, reflects the contemporary socio-political milieu of the Korea. Kim Ah-rah’s Hamlet, 1999, on the other hand, shows another way of tradaptation. Using the confucian ideology of ‘hyo’(filial duty) and ‘choong’(loyalty) instead of Christian counter part, Kim transformed melancholy Hamlet in meditation to unrestrained popular one of an elaborate action. Shakespeare often serves as a touchstone to test not only the potentiality of local culture in their integration with the global, but also the localizability of the global. The outstanding and somewhat puzzling innovations of the selected productions in this essay would be awkward to the Western audience because of their local settings or names, metatheatrical frames and tradaptation. However, as Bharucha argues, “It is only by accepting that the translation process is constantly being interrupted, reversed, and questioned from multiple angles, not just between theatre cultures but within the intercultural differences of these cultures, that we can begin to embrace the joyous difficulties of working on Shakespeare in ‘foreign’ contexts” (278).

        재래 흑돼지 등심과 뒷다리살의 냉장저장기간 동안 품질과 di-peptides 함량 변화

        본 연구는 10일간 냉장 저장 중 재래흑돼지 등심과 후지육의 품질변화와 항산화 di-peptide인 carnosine과 anserine 함량의 변화를 구명하기 위해 실시하였다. 등심과 후지육의 pH는 저장 1일에서 7일까지는 pH값이 5.43~5.61범위를 보였으나 저장 10일에는 6.15~6.17으로 증가함을 나타내었다. L<SUP>*</SUP>값은 등심의 경우 저장기간 동안 유의적인 변화를 보이지 않았으나 후지육은 저장 10일에 감소하였다. 모든 저장기간 동안 등심이 후지육보다 높은 L<SUP>*</SUP>값을 나타내었다. 적색도를 나타내는 a<SUP>*</SUP>값은 저장 7일까지는 유의적인 변화가 없었으나 저장 10일에 유의적인 감소하였으며 후지육은 저장 7일부터 감소하였다. 등심의 경우 냉장 저장 7일부터 보수력이 유의적으로 감소함을 보였으며 후지육의 경우 저장기간에 따른 보수력의 변화가 일정한 경향을 보이지 않았다. 흑돼지 육의 저장 초기 총균수는 등심과 후지육이 각각 4.87과 5.16 log CFU/g을 보였으며 저장 기간이 증가함에 따라 유의적으로 증가함을 나타내어 저장 10일의 경우는 모두 8.0 log CFU/g을 넘어 부패의 수준으로 진행된 것으로 판단되었다. 등심과 후지육에 함유된 carnosine 함량은 각각 1.12~1.35 mg/ml, 1.17~1.30 mg/ml이었고 모두 저장 5일 이후 carnosine 함량이 유의적으로 감소함을 나타내었으며 재래흑돼지 등심과 후지육의 carnosine 함량은 저장 3일까지 유지되었고, anserine 함량의 경우는 등심은 저장 3일, 후지육의 경우는 저장 5일까지 초기 농도가 유지됨을 나타내었다. Carnosine과 anserine의 비율은 저장 기간이 증가하면서 등심과 후지육 모두 증가하였으며 carnosine의 경우 특히 저장 5일째, anserine은 저장 7일 이후 급격한 증가를 나타내었다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 후지육에서 저장 1일차에는 58.44%를 보였으나 저장 10일차에는 24.08%로 크게 감소함을 보였다(p<0.05). 저장기간이 증가함에 따라 TBARS와 VBN값은 유의적으로 증가하였으며 VBN은 저장 7일 이후 모두 20 mg%를 초과하였다. 본 연구결과 항산화성 di-peptide인 carnosine과 anserine은 재래흑돼지 저장기간 동안 감소하였으며 특히 anserine은 carnosine보다 신속하게 감소하는 것으로 판단된다. The aim of this study was to evaluate changes in the meat quality and natural di-peptide (carnosine and anserine) content in the loin and ham cuts of female, Korean Native Black Pigs (KNBP) during cold storage for 10 days. The pH value of the loin and the ham cuts increased with an increase in the number of storage days. The lightness (L<SUP>*</SUP>) of the loin cuts did not show any significant difference; however, the lightness of the ham cuts was decreased at storage day 10 (p<0.05). The redness (a<SUP>*</SUP>) of the ham was higher than the redness of the loin (p<0.05) during the entire 10-days of storage. The water holding capacity of the loin was decreased from 78.5% to 67.9% during storage (p<0.05). The total number of microorganisms and coliforms was increased in both the loin and the ham during storage, and the initial total microbial contamination was higher in the ham cut (5.16 log CFU/g) than it was in the loin cut (4.87 log CFU/g). The carnosine content of the loin and the ham was in the range of 1.12-1.35 mg/ml and no significant difference was found between those two pork cuts. The anserine content of the ham cut was higher than it was in the loin cut until storage day 3. The ratio of carnosine and anserine increased with an increase in the number of storage days and it ranged from 27.6-59.7 for the loin cut and from 20.1-51.2 for the ham cut. The 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity of the loin and the ham cuts significantly decreased as the number of storage days increased. For both types of KNBP cuts, lipid oxidation and volatile basic nitrogen significantly increased after storage day 5. These results found that natural antioxidants carnosine and anserine decreased as the number of storage days increased, and anserine decreased more rapidly than carnosine (p<0.05).

      • 선박용 3 차원 서라운드뷰 학습모델을 위한 사용자평가 기반의 학습 데이터 합성

        Surround View Monitor (SVM) 시스템은 차량에 장착된 카메라 영상으로 차량 주변 영상을 재구성하는 시스템이다. SVM 은 차량 주차 시 필요한 영상 정보를 하나의 뷰로 제공하며, 이는 선박의 정박에도 유용하게 사용된다. 그러나, 기존 SVM 시스템은 고정된 수평면을 가정한 호모그래피에 기반하므로 지형 정보가 왜곡된 주변영상을 제공하는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 선박의 정박상황에 특화된 SVM 을 목표로 하며, 기존 SVM 시스템의 한계를 극복하기 위해 장면재구성 (scene reconstruction) 및 영상완성 (image completion) 학습모델을 블록빌딩으로 하는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안 프레임워크를 구성하는 학습모델을 위한 효과적인 학습데이터 획득 및 학습모델 설계를 위해 정박 상황의 시뮬레이션 영상을 활용한다. 또한, 선박 정박 상황을 몰입형 가상현실로 구현하여 선박운항 전문가가 고난도 정박 상황을 경험하게 하고 제안한 시스템에서 생성한 SVM 을 경험하게 한다. 최종적으로 이를 통해 획득한 사용자 평가데이터를 제안한 SVM 시스템의 학습데이터 생성 및 학습모델 설계에 활용한다.
