PVC 파이프 暗渠排水가 벼의 生育에 미치는 影響

Two sample varieties of Yushin and Jinheung were used for the experiment in low-level wetty paddy field which was arranged with PVC pipe underdrainage of 6 m in distance and 60㎝, 90㎝, and 120㎝ in depth and control, using sprit plot design with three replications. On the yield of brown rice, Yushin was increased by 24.8% in the 90㎝ plot and Jinheung by 16.7% in the 120㎝ plot, respectively, over the control. The ratio of matured grains of these two varieties was increased significantly by the underdrainage and the number of grains per head of Yushin was also increased in drained plots. Otherwise, the underdrainage enhanced the plant height in the early growth of rice plant and further increased the culm height and panicle legnth. It seemed that these results might enhance the light-receiving efficiency in the latter growth of rice plant and bring about the effect of increased yields by the underdrainage.

국내수집 달맞이꽃 종실의 감마-리놀렌산 함량(Ⅵ보)

한국에서 자생군락이 비교적 큰 3지역에서 채집한 달맞이꽃 종자의 필수 지방산을 Capillary column gas chromatography로 분석하였다. 각 지방산의 조성 함량은 palmitic acid가 6.19-6. 73%, stearic acid가 1.84-l.99%, oleic acid 가 6.73-9.10%, linoleic acid가 74.41-75.53%이었다. 특히 prostaglandin의 전구체인 GLA는 청주가 9.14%, 제천이 9.32%이고, 안동이 8.31%이었다. 따라서 한국의 자생 달맞이꽃은 GLA자원으로 유용한 것으로 생각된다. The essential fatty acid composition of evening primrose seed at 3 natural habitats in Korea was investigated by means of capillary column gas-chromatography. The content of essential fatty acid components was palmitic acid 6.19-6.73%. stearic acid 1.84-1. 99%, oleic acid 6.73-9.10%. linoleic acid 74.41-75.53%. Particularly. gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) which is a precursor of prostaglandin was 9.14% in Cheong-ju. 9.32% in Che-cheon and 8.31% in An-dong. Based on the GLA content evening primroses in Korean natural habitats seem to be very promising and useful for GLA production.

월성원자력발전소 주변의 삼림식생 분석

월성원자력발전소 주변의 삼림식생을 분석하기 위하여 1994년 4월부터 1994년 10월까지 식물사회학적 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 상관에 의해 현존식생도 및 녹지자연도를 작성하였으며, 순 1차 생산력과 식물현존량도 추정하였다. 군집조성표에 의한 삼림군락은 소나무군락, 곰솔군락, 굴참나무군락, 상수리 나무군락의 4군락으로 구분되었다. 각 군락의 주요 구성종으로는 소나무군락에서 소나무, 졸참나무, 털진달래, 맑은대쑥, 산거울, 곰솔군락에서 곰솔, 소나무, 진달래, 청미래덩굴, 굴참나무군락에서 굴참나무, 조록싸리, 큰기름새, 맑은대쑥, 댕댕이덩굴, 상수리나무군락에서 상수리나무, 갈참나무, 큼기름새, 그늘사초, 맑은대쑥 등이다. 현존식생도에 의한 삼림군락의 분포율은 곰솔군락이 40.3%로 가장 높고, 녹지자연도는 7등급이 60.0%로 가장 넓은 분포율을 보였다. 삼림토양의 pH는 4.45∼5.32, 유기물함량은 5.61∼6.34%의 범위로 나타났다. Montreal model에 의한 순 1차 생산력은 1,555.2g/㎡/yr, 식물현존량은 14,963.32ton/㎢로 추정되었다 The forest vegetation, estimation of phytomass and net primary production on the vicinity of Wolsong Atomic Power Plant were analyzed on the basis of the phytosociological data. And depending on physiognomy, actual vegetation map and the degree of green naturality(DGN) was drawn in 1:50,000 scale. According to Z-M method, the forest vegetation was classified into 4 communities; A. Pinus densiflora community, B. Pinus thunbergii community, C. Quercus variabilis community, D. Quercus acutissima community. Generally, Pinus densiflora, Quercus variabilis, in tree-1 layer, Quercus acutissima, Quercus variabilis, in tree-2 layer, Rhodedendron mucronulatum, Quercus serrate, in shrub layer, Artemisia keiskeana, Carex humilis, in herb layer, showed high coverage index. The pH and contents of organic matter of the forest soil collected in each sites were shown range of 4.45 to 5.32 and 5.61% to 6.34% in mean of communities respectively. The distribution rate in actual vegetation map were the highest in Pinus thunbergii community. The average DGN showed to 5.1. Net primary production and phytomass per unit area which estimated by Montreal model were assumed in 1,555.2g/㎡/yr, 14,963.32ton/㎢, respectively.

돌외의 Saponin 성분에 관한 연구

돌외의 사포닌 성분을 비교하기 위하여 경남 거창지방과 일본 덕도지방에서 수집한 돌외의 잎과 줄기에서 사포닌을 추출 정제하여 HPLC로 분석하고, 인삼의 사포닌 성분과 비교하기 위하여 HPLC의 크로마토그램의 retention time에 의하여 비교하였다. 돌외의 사포닌 성분을 인삼의 사포닌 성분과 달랐으며, 두 지방에서 수집한 돌외의 사포닌 성분은 서로 비슷하였다. 사포닌의 함량은 거창지방에서 수집한 돌외가 일본 덕도지방의 것보다 0.26 % 더 많았다. Saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum that collected from Geochang region(Korea) and Dokujima(Japan) were extracted by the method for ginseng saponin. Comparison by retention time in chromatogram(HPLC) of G. pentaphyllum to that of ginseng showed that it is hardly to find out a common saponin between penta-phyllum and ginseng saponins. Saponin content extracted from G. pentaphyllum growing in Geochang region was higher than that growing in Dokujima region.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the contents of gamma-linolenic acid in Evening primrose oil collected from Suwon and Chunchun in Korea, and Kwangdong and Whanam area in China, Evening primrose oils were analyzed by gas chromatography. The contents of gamma-linolenic acid in Evening Primrose Oils of Suwon, Chunchun, Kwangdong and Whanam area were 9.56%, 9.84%, 9.47% and 9.57, respectively.

This experiment was conducted to obtain germination rate, weight of 1,000 grains, yield, and fatty acid contents of the evening primrose in Korea. The gremination rate, weight, yield and fatty acid contents of the seeds were found significantly different depending on the collection sites.

Brassinolide 處理가 벼의 幼苗生長 및 幼苗의 光合成, 呼吸, 光呼吸에 미치는 影響

The experiments were carried out to investigate the mechanism of the Brassinolide response in rice plant growth. Plant height of seedlings in growing stages, leaf areas and CO₂ exchange of rice plant varieties, Sangpung and Taebaik, showed no signiflcant increase respectively in comparison with untreated control by the treatment of 0.1, 1 and 5ppm Brassinolide solutions at seedling stages. By treatment of 5ppm Brassinolide solution at seedling stage, however, the fresh weight and dry matter of Taebaik were increased by 21.9% and 31.5% respectively. Protein contents were increased by 28.9% in Taebaik with 0.1ppm treatment and 21.6% in Sangpung treated with 5ppm Brasinolide solution as compared with the untreated control. These results were suggested that Brassinolide was related to enhancement of biomass synthesis.

韓國産·中國産 운지(Coriolus versicolor(Fr.) Quel)의 抗腫瘍 成分에 관한 比較 연구

韓國産과 中國産 雲芝 Coriolus versicolor (Fr.) Quel의 抗腫瘍成分의 수율과 종양억제율을 비교하기 위해, 단백결합다당류를 유기용매침전과 ultrafiltration method에 의해 分離, 定量하였다. 한국산 Coriolus versicolor (Fr.) Quel의 항종양 성분의 수율은 13.8%였고, 중국산 Coriolus versicolor (Fr.) Quel의 항종양 성분의 수율은 12.7%였다. 한국산과 중국산 시료간에 종양억제율에는 유의성 있는 차이가 보이지 않았다. To Compare the yield and inhibition of ratio antitumor constituents of Coriolus versicolor (Fr.) Quel in Korea and China, protein-bound polysaccharides were isolated and quantitated by organic solvent precipitation method and ultrafiltration method. The yield of antitumor constituents of C. versicolor (Fr.) Quel in Korea was 13.8% and the yield of antitumor constituents of C. versicolor (Fr.) Quel in China was 12.7%. The inhibition ratio of both did not showed significant value..
