      • Track의 Crouching Start에 關한 比較硏究 : 男子 大學生을 中心으로

        Teaching by means of the classification of the crouching start for man-students, I reached the following conclusion, as a result of measuring of the time for 10 metre. 1) The most excellent type of the four (bunch, medium, elongate, rocket start) was the rocket start, of which the average time was 1.98 sec. And the rank of the classificational time was rocket, bunch, medium elongated start. 2) As for the stature of the people, in the 176∼180cm range all start types were excellent in the 161∼170cm range the bunch start, in 171∼181cm range the rocket start was the fastest time of all at 1.95 sec.. 3) As for the weight, in the 71∼75kg range all start types were excellent, in the 51∼70kg range bunch start, in the 71∼80kg range the rocket start was, the fastest time of all was 1.92 sec.. 4) As for the age, in the 20-year-old people all start types were excellent, especially in the 20-year-old people the bunch start, in the 21∼23 year old people the rocket start was the fastest time of all at 1.96 sec..

      • 成人의 댄스스포츠 활동에 關한 調査

        Abstract The Investigate Study on the Activity in Dance Sports Lim Shik, Park Byong-Shon The object of this research is to develop and popularize DanceSports. This research is based on the questionnaires answered by 516 adults living in Soul. According to the data analysis, I can come to the conclusion like following. 1) Basic actual condition in DanceSports According to the spread of age in sport dancing trainees, most of them are men in their forties(43.7%) and women in their thirties(69.4%), but it shows a slight decline for the fifties. Men form 46.5% and women 53.5% in the spread of sex. Most of them are beginners who have experience of one year and less. 2)Educational al activity in DanceSports. Amlong the respondents, some of them have dancing class before(40.5%) in Cultural-Educational cen(47.7%) or private institutes(31.2%) mostly. And the most popular class in sport dancing(48.6%, p<.001), The motif of taking lesson is their own will or their friends' encouragement(46.5%, p<.001), and they feel very satisfied with the lesson(74.8%, p<.001). But they feel negative about taking lessons with their spouses together(63.2%, p>.05). They answered in the affirmative about introducing sport dancing to Korea educational curriculum(83.6%, p<.001). They think the effective period to learn sport dancing is childhood(63.3%, p>.05) and also answer they will encourage their children to learn it if they want(77.6%, p>.05). But they add there are something to be desired in teaching method(26.2%, p<.001). 3)Popularizing DanceSports sport Dancing can be defined as an exercise mixed with pose, music and motion(p<.001). The respondents think Sport Dancing is necessary for the daily lives(64.9%, p>.05) to build up healthy bodies(25.9%), to be sociable(22.5%) and to have sense of rhythm through music(16.8%, p<.001). And they prefer waltz(28.7%) and Cha-Cha(17.9%) because they can lear them easily and quickly(p<.001). But there are some problems that have to be solved like course fee(50.0%) and using spare time(24.8%) 4)Changing awareness in DanceSports The respondents think dancing plays a big role in their lives(p<.05) and feel themselves outgoing and healthy after learning it(29.6%, p<.001). They say that dacing is very helpful to rid stress(86.5%, p<.001). So many trainees hope sport dancing to be popularize(70.3%, p>.05). As middle-class people(55.2%, p<.001), they hope to get vitality as well(80.5%) In conclusion, more concert and systematic plans to popularize Sport Dancing must be made and there also must be a long term support to inform the public of Sport Dancing. Sport Dancing should be considered seriously for an exhibition game in the 2000 Sidney Olympics and a regular game in next Olympics. It should be introduced to educational curricula to make it the same level as the high developed country, too. It should be practiced as a social exercise at gymnasium and in-service training institute by administrational system.

      • 21C 대비 생활체육 정책의 방향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the study is to suggest the direction of Sports For All in preparation for the change in the 21th. In order to acheive the purpose, in the first place, athletic and sport policies of all those successive Korean governments in the history were retrospectively reflected, then the flow of change in the future society was reviewed and summarized in terms of internationalization, information-oriented society, aging, and maturity some premises and prerequisites that should be considered when Sport For All in preparation for the 21th century are established were clarified ; then the direction of the policy of Sport For All in the future society were suggested in terms of ① Consolidation of the environment of future-oriented Sport For All ② Diversification and modernization of the program of Sport For All ③ Qualitative uplift of the efficient management of the leaders of Sport For All ④ Open, Administrative of Sport For All and re-organization of such a structure for its development ⑤ Continuous promotion of the resources of the information of Sport For All ; and finally in order to realize them some concrete, policyl tasks were exemplified. However, since those direction of the policy of Sport or All in preparation for the 21th century are organically interrelated each of tasks can be overlapped. therefore, it is deemed that in policy-making of sport For All which be carried out in the future, the target or direction of Sport For All should be established in the first place and then a "deductive development method" by which some detailed, political tasks are according to it should be taken. Thus, it is not recommendable tasks Sport For All are watched by an overly macro way but it is desirable that a methodology of policy should be find out which practically possible plans can be practiced one by one.

      • 운동기능 연습의 위계적 적응과정에 관한 고찰

        People take a part in physical practice to achieve what they want with a motivated aim for the targeted performance of motor skill. Physical practice is an adaptation to the changes occurring in the reasonable hierachical process, not the result brought by the aimed goal of the practice. Thus, what is important in physical practice is the hierachical and step - by-step adaptation processes for body and mind. This will bring out a satisfactory training and expected results for the trainees' adaptability. The following is what must be considered for the process of hierachical practice: ① Practice must be set to be done through the hierachical process. ② Since practice requires more than what people are able to adapt to, it must be proceeded by the hierachical processes for their normal adaptation in physical exercise. ③ Physical adaptation differing each other according fa ns or her biorhythm must be considered. ④ Hierachical processes for each level must be set for physical adaptation to a given practice with the operation of three step practice.

      • 體育敎育에서의 運動學習 機能과 應用에 관한 考察

        The content and range of studying guidance in Physical education is composed to be able to experience very broad understanding and function at the same time. But the educational learning system and the teaching methodical condition are really not so. Especially, it's transferred into very poor scientific and educational position with the reduction of learning time, the weak exist condition, the weakness of teacher function, etc. according to the reorganization of new curriculum. Accordingly, for realizing the value aim of physical education and lifting the learning functionally, the course of study should be able to extend the able human living ability and physical, mental, and social application power more by composing the learning content with basic movement education and motor skill, and providing the application of the course of a scientific motor learning and the experiential opportunity. Therefore, as a result of the logical study in reorganizing the learning structure of the physical education, strengthening the recognition of it and maximizing the application of the motor learning, the results are summarized like followings. ① The educational actuality(the reduction of learning time, etc.) and the value realization should be raised more through the positive introduction and application guidance for reasonal improvement of physical education. ② The hierarchical and integrated structure of new physical education guidance range needs for adapting to human life and experience and understanding of motor skill through a spot facilities of education and scientific reorganization together with the application of motor learning. (ex: Basic movement course - motor skill course -adaption course) ③ The accomplishment of reasonal purpose is possible when the application of the respective factor on the before of the performance, the course of performance, and the after the performance in real state of learning guidance of motor learning is done. ④ The educational value should be accomplished by maximizing the application of motor learning in helping the learner to understand and experience the principle and course of the movement and the content of change adaption.

      • 光刺戟에 의한 全身反應 以後 初速度에 관한 硏究 (Ⅰ)

        In the movement performance of human order for the practical from the reaction of receiving stimulus to the beginning moment of movement, a study was made on 15 male university student a with the simultaneous employment of Stroboscope with Camera, instruments to measure light stimulation and the whole-body reaction to the obtaining of reaction time and the initial velocity that was calculate by the use of multi-flashing photographing. The experiments were divided into simple reaction and choice reaction, indicating 4 separate directions(foreward, backward, left and rightward); the treatments of statistical data and the inspection were performed with SPSS. Thus, the following conclusion were obtained by analyzing the process in a continious manner on the initial velocity of the beginning of an movement following the reaction time, which is the measure of time from the receipt of stimulus to the reaction. ① It can be explained that the initial velocity following the beginning of the movement of a material and the initial velocity after the human being has reaction to the stimulus, that was received, must be distinguished respectively. ② In the case of simple reaction, the reaction time is 0.575sec. and the initial velocity is 2.144m/sec.; in the case of choice reaction, the reaction time is 0.631sec. with an intial velocity of 2.234m/sec.: this shows that if the reaction time is quick, the initial velocity is not greatly required but showed limitation. The reason is that either the judgement based on the mental movement is slow between the time from the receipt of stimulus and reaction, or, it can be explained that the cause of showing quick initial velocity are due to lack of prediction ability and due to lack of consistency ; the other causes of showing quick initial velocity are due to psychological initiation trying to get closer to the movement objective with planned desire. ③ It is said that the definition concerning the instant take off strength, which is one of the power of physical factors, is defined as "the combination of the instantaneous motional muscular strength with speed" : thus, it is definitely found that there is a combination between the initial velocity and motor-time, namely muscle contraction.
