대학생이 바라본 학과의 의미와 대학몰입에 영향을 주는 학과환경 요인: S대학의 사례연구

This study looked at the phenomenon of institutional commitment of college students in the academic environment. This study attempted to clarify what the department means to college students and what the department environmental factors affect institutional commitment. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, case studies were adopted among qualitative research methods. The subjects of the study are four students who have experienced institutional commitment at "S University" in Seoul. As a result, the results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the study participants felt the department as a "future preparation base," a "place to attach a heart," and a "motor of institutional commitment." Participants in the study believed that most of their college life was related to their academic life, so they could do well in college life if they had to do well in the department life. Second, the environment that exerts the greatest influence on institutional commitment is the human environment. In addition, it was found that among university facilities, the rest area and open human-friendly organization operation that actively accepts students' opinions have a positive effect on institutional commitment. also, individual department culture was found to be a factor that united members of the department and promoted growth.

Development of chloroplast, ability of CO₂-fixation, photosynthetic early intermediates and activities of catalase and glycolate oxidase were observed during greening process. Such results were discussed with the formation of CP-complex. The phenomenon of chloroplast development was similar to other plants, but the rate of process was relatively slow, and ability of CO₂-fixation was slow accordingly. The increase in chlorophyll was observed after more than 12 hours illumination. Such results were paralleled with the formation of CP-complex in thylakoid membrane. Considering the low ability of CO₂-fixation compared with that of other sun-plants, different photosynthetic intermediates at early period, and activities of both glycolate oxidase and catalase, ginseng is more likely to be C₃-plant.

An electron microscopic study of the changes in chloroplast structure and chlorophyll contents as affected by the stress of nutrient deficiency is described. Each deficiency produces characteristic changes in the ultrastructure of the chloroplast. In nitrogen deficiency the compartments of grana are swollen and reduced in number. And then the grana break down. Therefore, the contents of chlorophyll are very decreased. Many osmiophilic globuli appeare in the plastid and also in the cytoplasm after the plastid are destoried. In potassium deficiency the changes of plastic are very different from the plastid of nitrogen deficience; The grana lamella are apparent, but swollen. There are many electron-dense masses in the fret-system and also in the cytoplam. And then the plastid break down into diffuse. But starch grains and osmiophilic glohuli are not observed in the plastid and cytoplasm of potassium deficience.
