Monkeypox began to spread in various countries worldwide in May 2022. We aimed to identify the trends of monkeypox spread at national and continental levels and contextualize it to that of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) spread worldwide, classify the degree of risk by country, and identify the national indicators affecting the spread of both diseases. This longitudinal study was conducted using the data published by the WHO and World Bank to compare the trends of COVID-19 and monkeypox spread across six continents. Spearman’s correlation analysis was performed using the 91-day data. Feasible generalized least squares (FGLS) regression analysis was performed. The Spearman’s correlation analysis indicated a strong positive correlation between the spread of monkeypox and that of COVID-19. The FGLS regression analysis showed that the region, Universal Health Coverage (UHC), sociodemographic index (SDI), and population aged ≥65 years had a significant effect. To prevent the spread of monkeypox, preparations should be made based on the national infectious disease management system for COVID-19. However, some cases require a different approach. Therefore, a response policy that can promote the citizens’ initiative to apply preventive strategies should be established. Second, international quarantine measures that focus on the distribution of vaccines primarily in low-income African countries should be implemented. Third, people should be actively educated on the different methods for preventing monkeypox infection.

This study has tried to illuminate a shocking phenomenon, the import liberalization of agricultural products in the aspect of Consumer consciousness. It has been applied that Table Analysis by using computer programming for instance-MINITAB, and Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis, things like that. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Comparing domestic and imported stuffs, Comsumers came to awareness that domestic products superior to foreign's in the cases of the degree of freshness, taste and polution damage, in the meanwhile, inferior to the cases of price and wrapping. Food self-supplyment is considered as one of the most important things of all, moreover, by most comsumers and health food and conventional food are favored by high class people. 2. Bying imported stuffs could clearly be fatal blow to our agriculture is fully recognized among consumers, what is more, there would only be doomed to our agriculture, too. 3. The most mass-purchasing imported stuffs by consumers illustrates in order; Beef, Banana, Coffee and Tabacco etc. The most significant elements why consumers buy foreign product is that the prices of them are relatively lower than those of ours. Besides, the next causes lies to non-producing stuffs and curiosity. 4. It must've been generally conceived by most consumers that Open-the-market-policy has been progressed for USA's repression and our monopolistic capital. Therefore, they demand that our market should be contained against unadviciable wave, moreover, keep paying attention to the policy how it will work to protect Korean agriculture. 5. Consumer attitude toward buying imported agricultural products is double-faced. Never-buy occupied only 24.4% among respondents, but overwhelming respondents say non-producing stuffs can be obtained selectively. In this case, however, never-buy-movement would be backed by consumers in proportion to their educational background. 6. Various consumer minds surrounding Open-the-market-situation, in the end, has been analized econometrics through eleven variables to approach accurate fulfillments.
산지유통센터(APC) 운영관리 프로그램을 이용한 정보화경영 방안

이 연구는 산지유통센터의 경영에 있어 새로운 운영프로그램을 도입함으로써 경영의 정보화를 통하여 탄력적으로 기존의 패킹하우스 시설을 재활용할 수 있는 방안을 강구하고자 하였다. 산지유통센터의 운영을 전산화를 통하여 효율적으로 관리함으로써 산지유통센터의 수익성을 정확히 진단하고 이를 경영개선에 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 전산화된 산지유통센터 운영관리프로그램의 도입은 산지유통센터에게 그 운영에 필요한 경영정보를 신속?명확하게 제공함으로써 산지유통센터의 경영합리화에 기여할 것이며 산지유통센터의 과학적 경영전략의 수립 등으로 산지유통센터의 기능이 크게 강화될 것이다. 이는 결과적으로 그 동안 미약했던 패킹하우스 경영진의 효율적 경영노하우의 집적은 물론 정보화된 패킹하우스 운영을 가져올 것이다. 아울러 활용도와 권한이 증대된 패킹하우스는 생산자들의 집단적이고 효율적인 단합을 유도하여 시장에서의 거래교섭력을 강화하게 될 것이다. 이처럼 현행의 한계를 극복하고 새로운 지역농업의 발전을 도모하기 위해서라도 새로운 산지유통센터 운영관리 프로그램의 개발 및 도입은 이제 서둘러야만 할 것이다.
