The influence of seawater corrosion on fatigue life at low stress level appears to be larger than that at high stress level about M.E.F. dual phase steel. Especially, the variation-range between high stress level and low stress level is large in the sea bottom corrosion of 250 hours and 1000 hours about S-N curves. According to corrosion time and corrosion conditon the amount of reduction of fatigue limit and fatigue life is varied. Fatigue limit and fatigue life for sea surface corrosion condition is lower than those for sea bottom corrosion condition and the influence of sea surface corrosion of fatigue life is large. It is appeared the relation between fatigue length and the number of cycle is depended on stress level, corrosion time and corrosion condition and corrosion pits occurred by seawater corrosion are become the cause of micro-crack. The variation-range of the crack propagation rate for low stress level is larger than that for high stress level. Portions of these fracture surface don't occur plastic deformation by S.E.M observation. However, these are found quasi-cleavage fracture that occur seperate fracture.
대청호 상류 유역의 비점오염원 유출특성 분석 및 L-THIA 모형 적용성 평가

Generation and transportation of runoff and pollutant loads within watershed generated eutrophication at Daecheong reservoir. To improve water quality at Daecheong reservoir, the best management practices should be developed and applied at upper watersheds for water quality improvement at downstream areas. In this study, two small watersheds of upper Daecheong reservoir were selected. The Long-Term Hydrologic Impact Assessment (L-THIA) model has been widely used for the estimation of the direct runoff worldwide. To apply the L-THIA ArcView GIS model was evaluated for direct runoff and water quality estimation at small watershed. And the Web-based Hydrograph Analysis Tool (WHAT) was used for direct runoff separating from total flow. As a result, the $R^2$ (Coefficient of determination) value and Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient value for direct runoff comparison at An-nae watershed were 0.81 and 0.71, respectively. And the $R^2$ value and Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient value at Wol-oe were 0.95 and 0.93. The $R^2$ value of BOD, TOC, T-N and T-P at An-nae watershed were BOD 0.94, TOC 0.81, T-N 0.94 and T-P 0.89. And the $R^2$ value of BOD, TOC, T-N and T-P at Wol-oe watershed were BOD 0.80, TOC 0.93, T-N 0.86 and T-P 0.65. The result that estimated pollutant loadings using the L-THIA ArcView GIS model reflected well the measured pollutant loadings except for T-P in Wol-oe watershed. With L-THIA ArcView GIS model, the direct runoff and non-point pollutant (NPS) loadings in the watershed could be analyzed through simple input data such as daily rainfall, land uses, and hydrologic soil group.

본 연구는 청주시 인근의 미호천에서의 프탈레이트의 정성적 특성에 관한 것이다.프탈레이트 중DEHP와 DnBP가 가장 많이 사용되어 지고 있다. 미호천 상류와 하류에서 하천수에 함유된 DEHP의 농도는 각각 12-18㎍/ℓ, 11-21㎍/ℓ 이었다. 또한 이 지역의 퇴적물에서도 DEHP의 농도는 0.07-0.82㎍/g(dry), 0.06-0.92㎍/g(dry), DnBP의 농도는 0.04-0.25㎍/g(dry), 0.08-0.34㎍/g(dry)로 각각 조사 되었다. 공단지역으로부터 유입되는 작은 하천의 하천수에 함유된 DEHP와 DnBP의 농도는 각각 13-28㎍/ℓ, 2-8㎍/ℓ이었으며, 퇴적물에서의 농도는 각각 0.12-0.7㎍/g(dry), 0.17-2.16㎍/g(dry)이었다. 미호천과 미호천에 유입되고 있는 하수처리 방류수와 공단천의 프탈레이트 농도는 세계의 다른 지역보다 낮은 수치를 보이고 있다. The paper presents the results of qualitative analysis of phthalate esteres in Miho stream in of Cheongju city. Phthalate esters (Di-2-ethylhexylphthalate, Di-n-butylphthalate) are widely used as plasticizers to increase the flexibility and workability of high-molecular-weight polymer. For water phase, DEHP concentration in upper stream and down stream were 12-18 ㎍/ℓ and 11-21 ㎍/ℓ, respectively. For sediment phase, DEHP concentration in upper stream and down stream were 0.07-0.82 ㎍/g (dry) and 0.06-0.92 ㎍/g (dry), respectively. Also, DnBP concentration of sediment in same site were 0.04-0.25㎍/g (dry) and 0.08-0.34㎍/g (dry), respectively. DEHP and DnBP concentration of water phase in the small stream of industrial area were 13-28 ㎍/ℓ and 2-8 ㎍/ℓ, respectively. DEHP and DnBP concentration of sediment phase in the small stream of industrial area were 0.12-0.7 ㎍/g (dry) and 0.17-2.16 ㎍/g (dry), respectively. Phthatlate esteres in water and sediments phase of Miho stream were lower than water bodies around the world.
