溫度 및 氣壓等 環境狀態의 變化와 몇가지 藥物注入이「흰쥐」Gas Pocket으로 부터의 窒素 吸收速度에 미치는 影響에 關하여
李弘鍵 慶北大學校 1963 論文集 Vol.7 No.2
The subcutaneous gas pocket has been proved as an excellent method for study of gas exchange in a closed cavity in the body. The preceding studies showed that the absorption rate of inert gas from the gas pocket is determined by 1) the blood flowing perfusing the tissue surrounding the gas pocket, 2) absorption coefficient of the inert gas in the blood, 3) pressure gradient of gas between the pocker and the arterial blood flowing into the pocket, 4) the diffusion constant in relation to (a) the diffusion coefficient of the inert gas, (b) diffusing surface area of the pocket and (c) thichness of the diffusion barrier. The present study was aimed to prove whether the established theory is valid, when one of the factors affecting the N_2 absorption rate from the gas pocket is changed independently by changing the ambin temperature and pressure of the animals, and injection of some vasomotor drugs into the gas pocket. The following facts were concluded. 1) The absorption rate of N_2 from rats' gas pocket, fully denitrogenated under the cold environment, at 9.6℃ for 2 hours, was essentially the same as the control value of 0.48㎖/hr and that of under the hot environment at 35.2℃ was 0.6㎖/hr. 2) The absorption rate of N_2 under an elevated ambient pressure of 1000㎜Hg for 2 hours was 0.87㎖/hr, and that of the lowered pressure of 270㎜Hg, was 0.275㎖/hr. 3) The concentraion of CO_2 in gas pocker after 2 hours under cold environment was found very high comparing with the control value, due to the very high solubility and diffusibility of CO_2. 4) The absorption rate of N_2 from the rats' gas pocket after injection of Adrenalin into the pocket was 0.2㎖/hr, and that of Histamine was 0.55㎖/hr. 5) The concentraion of CO_2 was markedly high, and O_2 was very low comparing with the control value after injection of Adrenalin into the gas pocket, due to the decreased blood flow through the tissue surrounding the pocket wall by the action of vasoconstriction. 6) The experimental results showed that the factor of pressure gradient affecting the absorption rate of N_2 can be changed independently by changing the ambient pressure of the rats. 7) The experimental results showed that the factor of blood flow affecting the absorption rate of N_2 can be changed independently by injection of vasomotor drugs into gas pocket. 8) The calculation showed that the blood flow was decreased to 1/4 of control value after injection of Adrenalin and increased 1.6 times of control value after injection of Histamine.
