        은이 피복된 단심 Bi(2223) 초전도 선재에 대한 SrZrO<sub>3</sub> 코팅층의 접착강도 특성

        은이 피복된 Bi(2223) 단심 초전도 선재에 절연층으로 $SrZrO_3$ 피막을 졸-겔과 딥-코팅법으로 제조하여 $SrZrO_3$ 코팅층과 초전도 선재간 접착력 특성을 조사하였다. 실험인자로는 출발원료의 몰비, 유기화합물 첨가량, 건조온도 및 시간, 열처리 온도 및 시간이었으며 다구찌법의 망대특성과 $L_18(2^1{\times}3^7)$ 직교배열표를 이용하여 코팅층의 최적조건인 인자와 수준 조합의 최적화를 접착강도를 측정하여 분석하였다. 최적의 접착 특성을 가진 코팅조건은 Sr/Zr의 몰비가 0.3/0.7, 유기화합물 첨가량이 5wt%, 건조온도 및 시간은 160${\circ}C$ 10분, 열처리 온도 및 시간은 500${\circ}C$ 20분이었다. 분산분석 결과, 유의수준이 ${\alpha}$=0.1인 통계적으로 90% 신뢰공정이었다. Bond strength of $SrZrO_3$ resistive oxide barrier on Ag sheathed Bi(2223) tapes prepared by the sol-gel and dip-coating method was evaluated with an aid of Taguchi method and $L_18(2^1{\times}3^7)$ orthogonal arrays to determine the optimal process combination of levels of factors that best satisfy the bigger is better quality characteristic. The observed optimal condition is as follows: Sr/Zr mol ratio(0.3/0.7), amount of organic vehicle(5 wt%), drying temperature and time(160${\circ}C$, 10 min), heat treatment temperature and time(500${\circ}C$, 20 min), respectively. ANOVA analysis suggested that the influence of the factors within ${\alpha}$=0.1 was significant with a 90% confidence level.

      • 하악 구치 근심근의 해부학적 형태와 근관학대방법이 coronal flaring에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        A model system was used which enabled the same root canal system to be measured before and after coronal flaring with of 51 extracted mandibular molars. The concavity of the distal surface of the mesial root was measured and the amount of reduction was compared after coronal flaring using step-back flared preparation, Gates-Glidden drill or ultrasonic system(Quick-ε) at the furcation and apical 3㎜ from the furcation. The results were as follows 1. The mean concavity of mesial root of mandibular molar was 0.73±0.27㎜ at the bifurcation and 0.65±0.23㎜ at the 3.0㎜ apical from the bifurcation. 2. The thickness of the root canal wall of the mesiobuccal canal was 1.08±0.26㎜ at the bifurcation and 1.00±0.23㎜ at the 3.0㎜pical from the bifurcation. 3. The thickness of the root canal wall of the mesiolingual was 1.09±0.21㎜ at the bifurcation and 0.98±0.29㎜ at the 3.0㎜ apical from the bifurcation. 4. In the amount of reduction at the furcation and at the 3.0㎜ apical from the furcation there was no statistically difference significant between the step-back preparation and Gates-Glidden drill preparation, and ultrasonic preparation(P>0.05).

      • Al5계 다심복합선재의 Nb₃Sn 초전도상의 형성

        This study aims at the formation of superconducting Nb₃Sn phase by the bronze method in multifilamentary wires, and to observe the changes in the microstructure of the wires upon heattreatments for various times at 600℃∼800℃. SEM-EDX analysis are conducted to see the changes in the compositions of the elements of Nb, Sn and Cu in the microstructure of the wires. The formation of Nb₃Sn in the growing Nb₃Sn layer is very active at the beginning of heattreatment, but the growth of Nb₃Sn phase becomes slow in the later. It is revealed that the formation of Nb₃Sn layer is greatly influenced by the heattreating period and temperature. The ?? of the superconducting wire is measured to be around 15K after the heat-treatment.

        용융침투법으로 제조한 알루미나-유리 복합체의 내마모 특성

        인공치관용 알루미나-유리 복합체를 in vitro 분위기인 $37^{\circ}C$) 인공타액 하에서 49N~196N의 하중조건 하에서 ball-on-disc 형태로 120rpm의 회전속도로 직경 14mm인 트랙을 $10^{6}$) 횟수까지 내마모거동을 조사하기 위하여 내마모실험을 수행하였다. 하중이 49N,98N 196N으로 증가함에 따라, 마찰계수는 0.025로 일정하였지만 마모율은 2.18${\times}$$10^{-9}$$mm^{3}$/N.m, 3.37${\times}$$10^{-9}$$mm^{3}$/N.m, 2.35${\times}$$10^{-6}$$mm^{3}$/N.m로 증가하였다. 실험결과, 알루미나-유리 복합체의 마모거동은 마모길리 44km까지 전형적인 흡착마모로 치열교정용 세라믹 브라켓으로 적합하였다. Wear and friction properties of the alumina-glass dental ceramics were evaluated in exact in vitro environment (artificial saliva at 37$^{\circ}C$), using a ball-on-disc apparatus, at contact loads from 49 N to 196 N and with the disc rotating at 120 rpm up to 10$^{6}$ cycles to investigate the wear behavior. As the load increased from 49 N to 196 N, the friction coefficient of 0.025 was maintained, however, the volumetric wear rate rose from 2.18 ${\times}$10$^{-9}$$mm^{3}$/Nㆍm to 2.35 ${\times}$10$^{-6}$$mm^{3}$/Nㆍm. Experimental results indicated that the wear behavior of the alumina-glass composites with a sliding distance of 4.4 km was a typical adhesive wear, which was applicable for orthodontia ceramic brackets.

      • 偏執症에 對한 臨床的 考察

        This study is intended to investigate the general clinical characteristics of 37 cases of paranoia in Korea, who were confirmed in the Department of neuropsychiatry, Woo Sok Hospital, Korea University during the period from Jan. lst, 1963 until Dec. 31th, 1972. The results were as follows: 1. According to the clinical categories, the jealous type was most frequently observed, and occupied 59.46% of all. 2. The ratio of male patient and female patient was 1:l. 17. 3. The mean age of the disorder was 40.67 years old. 4. Educational background of the disorder showed higher educational level than the other psychoses especially schizophrenia. 5. Socioeconomic background of these patients showed higher level than the other psychoses. 6. As to the marital status, 96.30% of all experienced marriage, and 86.49% of all of' them were maintaining marital life. 7. As to the occupational histories, 94.59% of all the patients were keeping their occupation(including house-wife). 8. In their family background it was revealed that unstable marital status 04 parents occupied 67.5% of all and 1st born and only child occupied 54.05%. 9. As to the precipitating events according to the clinical categories, the sexual problem was the most frequent one in the jealous types, and the occupational and family problems were the most frequent ones in the persecutory types. 10. As to the objects of delusions according to the clinical categories, the spouse was the most frequent object in the jealous types, and the other family member was the most frequent object in the persecutory types. 11. AS to the themes of delusions according to the clinical categories, the cases of jealous types had jealous delusion only but in the cases of persecutory delusions some of them had idea of reference at the same time.

      • Bi계 고온 초전도체의 Flux Pinning Cener의 연구

        It has been investigated the effect of excess amount of Ca and Cu on the formation of Bi-2223 superconducting phases. MgO particles are also added as flux pinning sites in the Bi based material and observe their effect on the superconducting properties. Heat treatment are varied to see the influence of the experimental factors in terms of temperature and duration time. Results are analyzed by the X-ray diffraction, SEM and measurements of superconducting properties including critical current density.
