      • 靜的 筋力 및 筋부피와 競技記錄과의 相關 : 筋力 檢證의 方法을 中心으로

        It is well Known fact that there are great differences in measuring with Dynamo-meter at each school and reasearch institutes, the value of statistics can not he re1iab1e. In order to seek the way to find more reliable method of obtaining the true value of measurement, in more efficient method, comparison was made after careful research of correlation between weight Lifting Records and Muscular Girth. The result of this experiment revealed that the measuring value of muscular girth is greater than the measuring value of muscular strength in the correlation of weight Lifting Records. This has revealed that it is more reliable to measure the girth rather than measuring the muscular strength in the course of measuring fitness facts. Furthermore, the total value of measurment of right and left of fully contracted girth of muscle is highly reliable. Results 1. In Muscular Strength and upper arm Girth, 1) Cerrelation between fully contracted upper arm girth (right) and weight lifting records: 0.70 2) Correlation between Muscular strenght (right) and weight Lifting records: 0.70 3) Correlation between Fully contrated upper arm Girth (right+left) and weight lifting records: 0.80 2. In Gripping Strength and Lower Arm Muscle Girth: 1) Correlation between gripping stength and weight lifting records: 0.57 2) Correlation between largest lower arm girth and weight lifting records: 0.87 3) Correlation between largest lower arm girth (left+right) and weight lifting records: 0.92 3. In Strength of Legs and Girth of Thigh: 1) Correlation between strength of leg (right) and weight lifting records: 0.43 2) Correlation between girth of thigh (right) and weight lifting records: 0.80 3) Correlaton between girth of thigh (right+left) and weight lifting records: 0.83 4. In Bending Strength of Heel and Grith Lower Leg: 1) Correlation between bending strength of heel (right) and weight lifting records: 0.38 2) Correlation between girth of lower leg (right) and weight lifting records: 0.77 3) Correlation between girth lowes (right+1eft) and weight lifting records: 0.85

        敎育은 人間과 國民을 形成하는 方法의 하나로서, 國家의 發展은 國民의 健全한 發達에 있으며 여기에 敎育의 責任이 莫重한 것이다. 따라서 敎育 理念은 國家 理念에 따르며 그 理念은 敎育 方法을 暗示하고 있다는 점에서 指導者는 個人的 要求와 社會的 要求를 充足시킬 能力있는 人間을 기르며 國家發展에 도움이 되는 人間을 기를 수 있어야 한다. 本 硏究에서는 社會指導者 養成의 責任을 지닌 大學이 學問의 探究뿐만 아니라 人間敎育이 先行되어야 한다는 입장에서, 특히 近代化 作業隊列에 參與하는 데 필요한 强健한 體力과 意欲的 努力을 지닌 人材養成을 中心으로 論하였다. 따라서 이에 필요한 主知敎育 이외의 다른 敎育 手段으로서 身體活動의 價値와 그 必要性을 論하였다. 民主的 國民의 育成을 위한 智ㆍ德ㆍ體를 겸비한 全人敎育은 國家ㆍ社會의 發展에서 반드시 考廬해야 할 點이다.

        육상경기(陸上競技)에 작용(作用)하는 주동근의(主動筋) 근분석(筋分析)

        The aim of this study was to find out main active muscles which related in Track and Field.The methods were kinesiological analysis and electro-myographic (E.M.G) study, They are as follows;① Kinesiological methodWe analyzed active muscles of each joint mechanically, and collected the muscles in skill unit, and chosen the main muscles by frequency.② E.M.C. methodTo know the action strength of selective muscles by the kinesiological method, we measured that muscles of 5 players and 5 nonplayers to use Model 7 ploygraph.As the results of the study, we found out that main active muscles were almost composed of M. flexors and M. extensors. more over we could find out to main act in the surface and large muscles among that muscles.

        There should be lots of requisite elements to improve the record of shot put, that is-we shouts grow muscular force and power.According to this, initial velocity should be fast so that the force should be thrown through long distance, because of throwing the heavy things, force should be worked generally in order get acceleration, our feet should push ground to touch the surface of land for a long time, and motor skill should make smooth without stopping.Besides initial velocity is greatly concerned with the throwing angle which is large or small, slant should be preserved so that shot put may be thrown forward from the toe board, and when we throw shot put, height should be kept as high as possible.But in this research all the intricate skills can’t he analyzed, but I tried to show how the four factors-initial velocity, throwing angle, throwing height, and slant-can be concerned in one another.To know that, when the best seven players in our country (Male; 4, Female; 3) took part in a national championship series, I recorded their movement in film and then enlarged them so as to analyze.By doing so, 1 court get the following results.1. The average of initial velocity of the thrown shot put was 10-11 m/esc for men, and 9-10 m/sec for women. This shows that power juns short of.2. The average throwing angle is generally 33˚-47˚ for men and 31˚-36˚ for women which are very low. Whenever they threw, throwing angle is different and there is no stability because of the wide range.3. The average throwing height is 1.83 meter. It is lower than Cureton’s report by about 0.38 meter.4. By the fact that the test of throwing at the back of toe board(about 30 centimeter), I see that they throw in a disadvantageous position and few forward slants.The above results indicate that every player have common defects. If they put to right those, their records will be able to improve very much.
