        This study was carried out to establish the optimum ranges of soil physico-chemical improvement in corn fields. Soil physico-chemical properties and corn growth were investigated at different growth situations, soil depths and dates. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; Growing degree days(GDD) of Suwon 19 variety of corn was 818.2℃. Solid and liquid phase percent of well growth fields were lower than poor growth, but air phase was higher. In well growth fields distributed ranges of three phase were 38-49% in solid, 8-27% in liquid and 24-53% in air phase by seasonal changes. Soil bulk denisty and hardness of well growth were lower than poor growth fields, those of that were higher in deeper depths. Soil pH were above 5.1 in the well growths. Organic matter was lower in the deeper depths and the latter growing stages. Cation exchange capacity of surface soil were higher than subsoil, but no differences during crop growing.

        여성 우울증 환자에서 Aripiprazole과 Bupropion 부가요법의 우울증상 및안전성에 대한 효과 비교 : 사후분석연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine effects of adjunctive aripiprazole versus bupropion, on depressive symptoms of female depression. Methods : Sixty six female patients with major depressive disorders were enrolled from a six-week, randomized prospective open-label multi-center study. Participants were randomized to receive aripiprazole (2.5-10 mg/day) or bupropion (150-300 mg/day). Montgomery Asberg Depression Rating Scale, 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating scale (HAM-D17), Iowa Fatigue Scale, Drug-Induced Extrapyramidal Symptoms Scale, Psychotropic-Related Sexual Dysfunction Questionnaire scores, and Clinical Global Impression-Severity (CGI-S) were obtained at baseline and after one, two, four, and six weeks. Changes on individual items of HAM-D17 were assessed as well as on composite scales (anxiety, insomnia and drive), and on four core subscales that capture core depression symptoms. Results : Overall, both treatments improved depressive symptoms, without causing serious adverse events. There were significant differences in the HAM-D17 total score (p=0.046) and CGI-S (p=0.004), between aripiprazole and bupropion augmentation, favoring aripiprazole over bupropion. Aripiprazole revealed significantly greater effect size in depressed mood (p=0.006), retardation (p=0.005), anxiety psychic (p=0.032), and general somatic symptom (p=0.01). Conclusion : While both treatments were effective, results of this study suggested that aripiprazole may be preferable, in treating general and core symptoms of female depression.

        To obtain the basic information for soil improvement, this study investigated the mean values and relationships of physico-chemical properties of the 6 families of upland soil by different soil textural classes and soil depths. By the results of detailed soil survey, the 13 physico-chemical properties were collected from the 125 series of upland soil series description. The representative value and the weighted mean values by distributed area with grouping of textural class and relationship among the soil physico-chemical properties and regression equations were evaluated by computer analysis. Available water contents of fine silty and fine clayey at the topsoil were the highest by 10.4-16.0% than the other textures. Soil pH of sandy textured at the subsoil was the highest, but organic matter content was the lowest. Cation exchange capacity and base saturation were unaffected or increased by the increase of clay or silt content. The base saturation of sandy and fine clayey were the highest. Distribution of 1% clay and 1% OM on the cation exchange capacity in coarse silty were 4.38, 6.11 in topsoil and 0.03, 1.39me/100g in the subsoil, respectively. Increase of field capacity per 1% OM in coarse loamy were 3.96% in topsoil, 3.92% in subsoil, respectively.
