DL-SQI 모형을 이용한 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질측정에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질을 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 표준화된 서비스 품질 측정도구(DL-SQI 모형)를 통해 실제 이용자가 지각하는 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 지수를 측정하는 것이다. 그리고 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 알아보는 것이다. 연구결과 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 측정방법을 고안하고 본 연구에서 표본으로 선정된 3개 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 측정결과를 다양한 관점에서 분석하였다.DL-SQI 모형에서 밝혀진 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 DL-SQI 기대효과 모형을 개발하고 검증하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop service quality measurement model(DL-SQI model) which are able to measure objectively service quality of digital libraries in Korea and to measure user perceived service quality performance with DL-SQI model. This study also investigates the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Before measurement, two principal rules and indicator formula were made to measure the service quality. Finally service quality of three digital libraries selected as samples was measured and analyzed in various points of view. It was developed a DL-SQI Consequences Model and testified it through path analysis using structural equation model.

디지털 환경에서의 전문도서관 경영전략수립에 관한 연구 : 과학기술분야 전문도서관을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 디지털 환경에서의 과학기술분야 전문도서관 경쟁력 강화를 위한 경영전략수립에 있다. 정보통신기술의 발달로 인해 디지털도서관 정보서비스는 많이 발전했지만, 전문도서관의 경영환경(사서, 예산, 조직 등)은 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 이러한 현상의 원인 중 하나는 정보기술 만능주의에 가려진 경영전략의 부재에 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하기 위해 과학기술분야 전문도서관을 둘러싸고 있는 내 외적 환경변화를 알아보고, 경영전략수립 시 요구되는 단계 및 환경분석기법을 살펴보고자 한다. 최종적으로 과학기술분야 전문도서관의 미션과 비전을 제시하고, SWOT 분석기법으로 살펴본 전문도서관의 환경분석결과를 통해 구체적인 경영전략방안을 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to build new management strategy of special libraries in the field of science and technologies. Though information service of digital libraries were developed very much due to IT technologies, management condition of special libraries is getting more worse. Immediate cause of this problem is absence of management strategies which were veiled by IT panacea. In order to overcome this problem, this study looks into the internal and external environment change which are surrounded by special libraries. And also examined procedures and method of environment analysis which is needed to build management strategies. As the result of research, this study analyze internal and external environment by SWOT analysis method, and finally propose new management strategies.

스마트폰을 이용한 차량용 주행 모니터링 모듈 개발

본 연구에서는 모바일 텔레매틱스와 차량용 블랙박스를 융합 (BIM : Blackbox in Mobile) 하여 차량에서 발생하는 제반 정보를 수집하고 모바일 기기를 통하여 데이터를 축적할 수 있는 모듈을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 주행 로봇에 센서 및 카메라를 구현, 설치하여 하드웨어 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였으며, 주행 로봇에서 수집된 Data를 안드로이드 기반의 휴대용 디바이스를 통해 확인하였다. 기존의 BIM 연구는 주로 주행 중의 모니터링에 중점을 두어 자료를 저장하는 데에만 치중하여 개발되었으나 본 연구에서 제안하는 모바일 디바이스 기반의 모니터링 모듈은 단순히 데이터를 저장하는데 그치는 것이 아니라, 이를 분석하여 사용자가 쉽게 모니터링을 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한 본 BIM 은 일반 주행 중에 사용자가 실시간으로 확인 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 주차 중에도 충격 감지를 통한 모니터링이 가능하며 소프트웨어적 구현으로 개발되어 생산원가 절감을 통한 범용화가 용이하다. This paper presents the development of a core module for integrating data from vehicle by the convergence technology of mobile telematics and black-box. This emerging technology can be referred to as Black-box in Mobile (BIM). For the development of BIM, sensors and cameras were realized in a driving robot. Relevant hardware implementation was achieved to verify the functionality of BIM. The transmitted signal from the driving robot was confirmed in an Android-based portable device. Existing Black-boxes were mostly developed by major transportation companies and focused only on storing data. The proposed BIM offers not only data storage but also easy-to-use real-time monitoring while in motion. In addition, the vehicle can be monitored on parking through shock sensors. This development is considered commercially viable as it is achieved via software implementation.

디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 측정모형과 지표 개발

이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질을 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 표준화된 서비스 품질 측정모형과 지표를 개발하고 검증하는 것이다. 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 측정모형과 지표를 개발하기위해 문헌연구와 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 디지털도서관 이용자 설문조사를 실시 하였다. 연구결과 4개의 차원, 7개의 구성요인, 30개의 측정항목으로 이루어지는 DL-SQI 모형이 개발되었으며 신뢰성 분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 연구모형의 타당도를 검증하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop and prove service quality measurement model and indicators which are able to measure objectively service quality of digital libraries in Korea. Literature review and Delphi survey are used to investigate service quality dimensions. User perceived service quality performance was measured to validate DL-SQI model with three digital libraries. Finally DL-SQI(Digital Library-Service Quality Index) model was developed which is composed of four primary dimensions. The survey results reveal that reliability coefficient is 0.8 which means high reliability of survey and it suggests that DL-SQI model based on the above dimensions is proved through confirmatory factor analysis.

효율적인 차량제어를 위한 모바일기반의 범용 통합 제어모듈

본 연구에서는 모바일 텔레매틱스와 수송기계 텔레매틱스를 융합한 모바일차량 텔레매틱스 (Mobile In Vehicle: MIV) 를 이용하여 수송기계를 무선으로 제어하고 차량항법이 가능한 범용 통합 제어모듈을 개발하였다. 근거리에 있는 차량을 목적지까지 무인 제어가 가능하도록 제어모듈을 구현하고 이를 하드웨어 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였으며, 특히 무선 제어 기술을 위해 Wi-Fi, TCP/IP 및 3G 통신망에서 제어가 가능하도록 범용 통합제어 모듈로 설계되어 원거리에 있는 수송기계의 각종 정보를 수집하고 각종 편의기능 확인 및 제어가 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 수송기계 무선제어 기술은 현재까지 특정 통신망에서만 사용 가능한 단순 제어모듈과 다르게 다양한 통신망에서 사용이 가능하여 범용화를 이룬 효율적인 모듈로서 향후 다양한 수송기계 제어 편의기능 개발에 유용하게 적용이 가능할 것이다. This paper presents an integrated control module for controlling transportation machine and automatic navigation using a combined technology of mobile telematics and transportation machine telematics, i.e. Mobile In Vehicle (MIV). This development includes hardware implementation and its verification of control mechanism applied to vehicle. In particular, the module is designed to be versatile in such a way that it can collect various information and facilitate various options for convenience by supporting existing networks, such as TCP/IP, Wi-Fi and 3G mobile radio networks. The study offers its versatility, intelligence and cost-effectiveness by enabling the module to support network-independent service, whereas conventional modules operate only in a certain network. Based on this module, a multiple of subsequent convenient functions for transportation machine can further be developed for safe and intelligent transportation machines.

디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 평가 연구에 관한 고찰 - 평가모형 및 측정방법을 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 최근 문헌을 전반적으로 고찰함으로써 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구동향 및 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 디지털도서관의 e-서비스 품질 평가 관련 국내 외 최신 연구동향을 전반적으로 살펴보고, 국내 선행연구 문헌을 대상으로 비판적 비교 분석을 시도하였다. 비교 분석의 관점은 서비스 품질 평가모형과 측정방법을 중심으로 이루어졌으며 이를 통해 국내 실정에 적합한 표준화된 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 평가모형 개발의 필요성과 개발 지침의 수립이라는 두 가지 시사점을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to review recent studies on the service quality evaluation of digital libraries and to derive from research trends and several suggestions. Specifically, this paper compared and analyzed recent literatures on e-service quality evaluation of digital libraries in Korea with regard to service quality evaluation models and measure methodologies. Finally, this study offered two important suggestions. The one is the necessity of developing a standardized service quality evaluation model for digital libraries which is customized in korean environment and the other is establishment of development guideline of service quality evaluation for digital libraries.

Spectrochemical Determination of Impurities in Rutile

A spectrochemical method for the determination of the major impurities, such as aluminum, iron, magnesium and silicon, in rutile single crystals and variously doped rutile is presented. By applying higher current (12 amp) and a 1:2 sample-to-graphite dilution by weight, the elaborate sample preparation needed for conventional fusion technique was avoided, and relatively higher detection limits were established. Average deviations are approximately ${\pm}8%$ for iron and magnesium in the concentration ranges of 0.007 to 0.7% and 0.006 to 0.6% respectively, and ${\pm}5%$ for aluminum and silicon in the range of 0.005 to 0.5%.

디지털도서관의 e-서비스품질 평가에 관한 연구

In this study the need for new service qualify assessment scale is investigated to cope with the paradigm change in library information service and the dimension and model for e-service quality assessment applicable to a digital library are developed. In order to verify newly proposed dimension and model for e-service qualify assessment, the dimension which is developed by employing data collected from NDSL(National Digital Science Library) and its factor are analyzed and casuality analysis between independent and dependent variables is executed based on the proposed e-service qualify model We also analyze the gap between customer's ideal expectation and perception and, finally investigate what is the most important dimension among e-service quality in the digital library from the customer's point of view. 본 연구는 도서관 정보서비스 패러다임의 변화에 따른 새로운 서비스품질 평가 척도의 필요성을 이해하고, 디지털도서관에 적용할 수 있는 e-서비스품질 평가 차원과 모형을 개발하는 연구이다. 이론 연구를 통해 개발된 차원과 모형을 검정하기 위해 실제 NDSL 정보시스템을 적용하여 개발된 차원과 이를 구성하는 선행요인을 분석하였으며, 제안한 e-서비스품질 모형을 토대로 변인간의 인과적 관계를 분석하였다. 아울러 서비스품질에 대한 고객의 이상적 기대치와 실제 지각된 성과치 간의 갭(차이)을 분석하고 마지막으로 고객 관점에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 디지털도서관 서비스품질 요소가 무엇인지 알아보았다.

CBC-MAC 방식을 적용한 보안 모바일기기 제어시스템

모바일 기기 기반의 제어시스템에서 정보 해킹과 유출에 대비한 보안기능의 적용이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위한 보안 기술로서 가장 일반적인 방법은 암호와 인증이다. 본 연구에서는 보안 기능이 취약한 모바일 기기 기반의 제어 시스템에 있어서 효율적인 인증 방식 중 하나인 CBC-MAC (Cipher Block Chaining-Message Authentication Code)을 사용하여 외부의 공격으로부터 정보를 보호하는 CBC-MAC 기반의 보안 모바일기기 제어시스템 (SMIV: Secure Mobile in Vehicle)을 제안한다. CBC-MAC 은 송신측과 수신측에 비밀 키를 공유함으로써 전송된 정보가 변경되지 않고 본래의 정보임을 보증하는 방식이다. 제안 시스템의 검증을 위하여 모바일 기기 제어 시스템의 H/W 및 S/W를 구현하고 CBC-MAC 인증 방식을 적용하였다. 기존 연구에서는 모바일 기기를 이용한 제어시스템에서 보안성보다는 개선된 제어 방식이 주로 보고되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 기기를 이용한 제어시스템에서 보안성을 제고한 모바일 기기 제어시스템을 제안하며 이러한 보안 제어 시스템은 향후 모바일 기기를 이용한 각종 제어 시스템 설계 및 구축에 유용하게 사용될 것이다. Demand on information security in mobile devices based control system grows rapidly with a view to counteracting information hacking and leakage. Among these techniques, encryption and authentication are most common. This paper presents CBC-MAC (Cipher Block Chaining-Message Authentication Code) based mobile devices control system. The system is termed as Secure Mobile in Vehicle (SMIV)We use CBC-MAC that is one of the most efficient authentication modes to protect information against any malicious attacks. By sharing the secret key of CBC-MAC between the transmitter and receiver, it asserts authentic information. The proposed system is verified in such a way that we develop mobile devices control system, apply the CBC-MAC algorithm to the control system and validate the received data. Unlike conventional systems where the development of control mechanism in mobile devices based control systems is main concern, this proposed system offers a secure communication link of the data in mobile devices control system and therefore would be useful to the design and implementation of various mobile devices based control systems.

디지털도서관의 소셜미디어 마케팅 전략에 관한 연구

인터넷과 정보통신기술의 발달로 최근 기업에서는 블로그, 트위터, 페이스북, 스마트폰 등을 통해 다양한 마케팅을 수행하고 있으며 더 나아가 이를 고객관계관리에까지 응용하고 있다. 이른바 소셜미디어 마케팅을 통해 새로운 가치 창출을 하고 있다. 마케팅과 PR의 불모지라 할 수 있는 국내 도서관계에서도 마케팅에 대한 관심과 활용이 증가하는 가운데 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 도서관 마케팅에 응용하려는 사례가 늘고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 국내외 도서관 분야에서 시도되는 다양한 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 현황과 사례를 살펴보고 이를 마케팅 관점에서 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 국내 도서관에서 소셜미디어 마케팅을 도입할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 중심으로 성공 전략을 제시하였다. With the development of the IT and internet, companies try to use Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, smart phone for their marketing and customer relationship management. What is called social media marketing appear and it lead to new value creation to the company. However, until now most of libraries in Korea didn't have much interest in marketing and PR. In recent, libraries are starting to be interested in marketing and social network service. Library try to use social network service for marketing. This research introduces the various cases and status of using social network service for marketing in Korea and international library field, analyzes these cases from a marketing perspective. Finally, this research suggests the considerations and successful strategy for using social media marketing in library field.
