The job stress of beauty workers who have spent a lot of time in the past is becoming diversified. In this study, the study aims to ensure that occupational stress is performed by studying general characteristics of the beauty workers. Studies show that the average nature of a cosmetic worker has a significant impact on job stress. These results are directly attributable to the task stress, which is the job stress of gender, age, academic background, position, background, and career, and the effort to correct the task stress is needed in order to correct the task stress. It is said that the satisfaction of internal customers will lead to a healthy social life, and healthy social and corporate sales will be developed. As a result of the study, the first thing to do is to make changes in the environment so that cosmetic workers can reduce job stress. Second, the organizational members need the ability to positively embrace and embrace positive emotions as a source of change. Third, it is necessary to supplement, refine, organize and systematize the deficiencies of promotion, work, and relationships. Based on the results of this study, we hope to understand the job stress of beauty care workers and be better managed to perform healthy and rewarding tasks, and hopefully this study will be used as a foundation for health care workers.

The purpose of SFLC (survey of household finances and living conditions) is to understand the overall level, changes, retention period of households, etc. so as to produce basic data necessary for establishing monetary and welfare policies and carrying out researches; to understand the composition and distribution of real properties, financial assets and liabilities and measure the microscopic financial soundness of households so as to produce data necessary for establishing various social and financial policies and carrying out researches. SFLC is a panel survey performed by Statistics Korea annually. We investigate into the model building for classification and prediction of the amount of household debt based on 2012-2015 SFLC. CHAID, CART and regression models are applied for model building. Finally we try to explore the timely trend during 2012-2015. ‘가계금융ㆍ복지조사’는 2012년 이래 통계청이 매년 수행하는 패널조사이다. 이 조사는 가구특성별 가구의 소득, 자산, 부채, 지출 등 재무건전성을 파악하고, 변화 지속기간, 경제적 삶의 수준 등을 파악하는 미시적 조사로서 가구 단위 부채를 파악하는 국내의 유일한 조사이다. 이 연구는 2012-2015년 ‘가계금융ㆍ복지조사’ 자료를 이용하여 가계부채총액에 대한 분류 및 예측모형을 구축하고, 구축모형의 연도별 변화양상을 탐구하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 모형구축에는 의사결정나무와 회귀모형이 사용되는데 의사결정나무모형에는 CHAID와 CART 분리 알고리즘이 사용된다. 구축된 경쟁모형에 대하여 모형 선호 기준통계량에 근거하여 추천모형을 탐지한다. 추천모형에 기반하여 연도별 변화양상을 탐구한 결과 가계부채총액의 분리에 가장 크게 기여하는 투입변수는 실물자산이며, 실물자산, 주택의 입주형태, 경상소득은 2012-2015년의 분석결과에서 가계부채총액의 분리에 항상 등장하는 중요한 투입변수로 나타났다.

Hydrogen evolution on a steel surface and subsequent hydrogen diffusion into the steel matrix are evaluated using an electrochemical permeation test with no applied cathodic current on the hydrogen charging side. In particular, cyclic operation in the permeation test is also conducted to clarify the corrosion-induced hydrogen evolution behavior. In contrast to the conventional perception that the cathodic reduction reaction on the steel in neutral aqueous environments is an oxygen reduction reaction, this study demonstrates that atomic hydrogen may be generated on the steel surface by the corrosion reaction, even in a neutral environment. Although a much lower permeation current density and significant slower diffusion kinetics of hydrogen are observed compared to the results measured in acidic environments, they contribute to the increase in the embrittlement index. This study suggests that the research on hydrogen embrittlement in ultra-strong steels should be approached from the viewpoint of corrosion reactions on the steel surface and subsequent hydrogen evolution/diffusion behavior.
페로브스카이트 태양전지 상용화를 위한 자외선 및 수분 안정성 향상 전략

With rapid growth in light-harvesting efficiency from 3.8 to 25.8%, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted great attention as promising photovoltaic devices. However, despite of their outstanding performance, the commercialization of PSCs has been suffered from severe stability issues, especially for UV and humidity: (i) UV irradiation towards PSCs is able to lead UV-induced decomposition of perovskite films or catalytic reactions of charge-transporting layers, and (ii) exposure to surrounding humidity causes irreversible hydration of perovskite layers by the penetration of water molecules, resulting considerable decrease in their power-conversion efficiency (PCE). This review investigates current status of strategies to enhance UV and humidity stability of PSCs in terms of UV-management and moisture protection, respectively. Furthermore, the multifunctional approach to increase long-term stability as well as performance is discussed as advanced research directions for the commercialization of PSCs.
