The purpose of this study is to provide effective data for policy direction establishment by analyzing the budget efficiency of public sports facilities by Gyeonggi Province and providing an appropriate level of input for future facility operation and construction. To this end, the districts of Gyeonggi-do are divided into urban type, urban and rural complex type, and rural type, and the current status and budget data of some public sports facilities specified in the local finance 365 portal are collected, targeting a total of 9 facilities at 3 locations for each area. The results were derived by applying the data envelope analysis method. Based on the research results, the reference point for efficient budget execution was presented by quantitatively presenting the target amount of input factor reduction to improve the relative efficiency of the remaining facilities, centering on the facilities with the highest relative efficiency in each area. In addition, compared to urban-type areas, urban-rural complex and rural areas have a relatively large deviation, and each area showed a characteristic that required savings in budget or manpower. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the budget and the number of manpower at an appropriate level in a policy to improve the efficiency of similar areas through these research results.
영산강 하류부의 목표수질 달성을 위한 BOD 부하량 삭감방법의 비교

The key point in establishing water quality management measures is how to decide the load reduction for pollution sources. This study was performed to compare reduction methods for BOD loadings to achieve water quality standards at the end of the Yeongsan river. The target year is 2006 and 2011 and reduction methods are uniform treatment and treatment by influence rate. Using QUAL2E model, the study was performed under the conditions of establishing and non-establishing the publicly owned treatment works(POTWs). Uniform treatment which allocate the same reduction rate to pollution sources showed that all streams into the river should be applied for the reduction. However, treatment by influence rate which allocate the reduction rate by the order of influence rate showed that achieving target quality might be possible with a few streams for the reduction. But total amount of load reduction of streams was not significantly different from two methods.
Tuning Hydrophobicity and Hydrophilicity of Quantum Dots

Electroluminescence quantum dots of the next generation display is still a lot of research going on. Due to characteristics of quantum dots, it is desirable to manufacture these EL-QDs through the wet process. To do this processes it is an issue to give each layer an orthogonal solubility in solution processed multilayer quantum dot light-emitting devices. On the basis that conventional organic layers are resistant to hydrophilic solvent we demonstrate here orthogonal process of ligand tuned quantum dots as an emitting layer. We checked quantum dots disperse at water/alcohol after ligand exchange with dihydrolipoic acid (DHLA) and optical properties of quantum dots have also been identified.
