Objectives: The purpose of this study is to review the clinical research trends of postpartum pelvic organ prolapse and to recognize the efficacy of Korean medicine intervention. Methods: Based on seven domestic and foreign databases, including Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), Journal of Korean Obstetric and Gynecology, Cochrane Library Central, Pubmed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and WangFang Med Online, we analyzed the clinical trials using Korean medicine intervention, which included acupuncture and herbal medicine. Data retrieval was carried out on May 18 to 20, 2020, and a total of 13 papers were included. Results: All papers were published in China and it contains nine randomized controlled trials, three clinical trials, and one case. The most frequently used intervention was herbal medicine, and Bupleuri Radix, Cimicifugae Rhizoma were used. The treatment group treated by Korean medicine intervention was more effective than the control group. Also, there were no significant side effects of Korean medicine. Conclusion: This study shows that Korean medicine can be effective and safe medical alternatives or options for pelvic organ prolapse patients. However, to laying the foundation of clinical guidelines and applying it to the real-world clinical scene, further follow-up research is needed.
Solution-Processed Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 확산층을 이용한 Sputtering IZO Thin Film Transistor의 안정성 향상

This research introduces the sputtered IZO thin film transistor (TFT) with solution-processed $Al_2O_3$ diffusion layer. IZO is one of the most commonly used amorphous oxide semiconductor (AOS) TFT. However, most AOS TFTs have many defects that degrade performance. Especially oxygen vacancy in the active layer. In previous research, aluminum was used as a carrier suppressor by binding the oxygen vacancy and making a strong bond with oxygen atoms. In this paper, we use a solution-processed $Al_2O_3$ diffusion layer to fabricate stable IZO TFTs. A double-layer solution-processed $Al_2O_3$-sputtered IZO TFT showed better performance and stability, compared to normal sputtered IZO TFT.

$Fe_2O_3$ is one of the most important metal oxides for gas sensing applications because of its low cost and high stability. It is well-known that the shape, size, and phase of $Fe_2O_3$ have a significant influence on its sensing properties. Many reports are available in the literature on the use of $Fe_2O_3$-based sensors for detecting gases, such as $NO_2$, $NH_3$, $H_2S$, $H_2$, and CO. In this paper, we investigated the gas-sensing performance of a Pt-doped ${\varepsilon}$-phase $Fe_2O_3$ gas sensor. Pt-doped $Fe_2O_3$ nanoparticles were synthesized by a Sol-Gel method. Platinum, known as a catalytic material, was used for improving gas-sensing performance in this research. The gas-response measurement at $300^{\circ}C$ showed that $Fe_2O_3$ gas sensors doped with 3%Pt are selective for $NO_2$ gas and exhibita maximum response of 21.23%. The gas-sensing properties proved that $Fe_2O_3$ could be used as a gas sensor for nitrogen dioxide.

A series of luotonin A homologues and their aza-analogues were prepared and evaluated their inhibitory activities on COX-1 and 2 as well as their selectivities on COX-2. The aza-analogue of dimethylene-bridged homologue of luotonin A, 3,3'-dimethylene-2-(1',8'-naphthyrid-2'-yl)-4(3H)-quinazolinone (2b), exhibited strongest inhibitory activity against COX-1 and COX-2 dependent phase of prostaglandin $D_2$ generation in mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells in a concentration-dependent manner with an $IC_{50}$ of 39.3 and $1.89{\mu}M$, respectively. Selectivity of 2b on COX-2 over COX-1 was 21 which implied 2b can be a potential lead for the development of selective COX-2 inhibitor.
