정치축제에서 시민의 정치적 의사표현을 지원하는 문화프로그램 제안

유럽의 정치축제는 정치인, 시민, 단체 누구나 한자리에 모여 평등하고 자유롭게 자신들의 국가를 개선할 방법을 논의하는 장이다. 한국의 정치축제는 이러한 점을 지향하지만 대화와 토론은 한국인에게 익숙하지 않은 소통 방법이다. 또한 관주도 축제로 단체장의 정치적 지향점에 영향을 받을 수 있다. 대화와 토론의 어려움, 관주도라는 한국 정치축제의 두 가지 상황은 일방적 정보제공, 수동적 시민참여 그리고 보수적 결과물만 만들어 낼 가능성을 내포한다. 한국의 정치축제가 대화와 토론의 축제로 성공하기 위해서는 시민의 자유로운 의사표현을 방해하는 이러한 사회·문화·법적 위계의 장벽을 해결해야 한다. 해결 방법으로 ‘정치축제’가 일반적 ‘정치토론회’ 또는 ‘정책설명회’와 변별되는 지점인 “축제다운 형태와 분위기 제공”해야 한다는 민주주의 축제가 축제 협회가 축제의 기준에 주목하였다. 본 연구에서는 국내외정치축제에서 축제다운 형태와 분위기를 제공하는 문화프로그램과 토론과의 관계를 탐색하여 보고 시민의 정치적 의사표현을 지원하는 문화프로그램을 제안하였다.

걷기 프로그램 개발을 위한 ‘걷기 길’ 스토리텔링 방안 연구

As of 2019, there are about 560 ‘trail’ across the country, with a total length of 18,000 km, with about 1,849 courses. As the number of ‘Trail’ across the country increased, the road makers introduced a storytelling strategy that utilizes cultural and historical resources as a way to increase competitiveness as a tourism resource. This study is to propose a plan to develop a ‘walking program’ utilizing the storytelling of the ‘Trail’. To this end, the use cases of storytelling were reviewed focusing on the trail of the “Cultural Ecology Trail with Story” project of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. As a result of case analysis, the walking program in which ‘story’ fits ‘telling’ was ‘walking with a Cultural commentator’. other than that, programs listing the subject matter of the story were dominated. In the case of the walk program with the commentator, one side of the commentator had the right to choose the story material. It is judged that this did not reflect the characteristics of a “walking traveler” who can move freely. Therefore, this study proposed a storytelling method that ther Traveler to create there own story through active participation and choice. These proposals are step of conceptualized and require specific design for implementation. I hope that this research actually helps, even though only logically.

This study is to suggest the way to raise the national brand in the cultural aspect by taking advantage of the exhibition. In particular, focusing on improvement of cultural brand by regarding the cultural elements as the main component element of national brand. regarding the language and literature as the categories of cultural brand configuration area, take the international book fair as the example of the cultural brand exhibition to show the cultual of one country in one place. Holing the national level of the international cultual brand international exhibition improves the national brand image and gives the positive effect on competitiveness of businesses and countries by promoting a positive image of the country. This study is to know the function and role of exhibition, and suggest the future continued successful managing solution of exhibition as the key to raise the national culture brand by comparative study for world famous international book fair held in developed countries 본 연구는 전시회를 활용하여 문화적 측면에서의 국가브랜드를 제고하기 위한방안을 제시하려는데 목적이 있다. 특히 국가브랜드 구성요소 중 문화적 요소를핵심적 요소로 보고, 전시회를 활용하여 국가 문화브랜드를 제고하는 방안을 집중적으로 연구하였다. 언어와 문학을 문화브랜드 구성 영역의 범주로 정하고, 세계인들을 대상으로 한 국가의 문화를 한자리에서 보여줄 수 있는 국제 도서전을 문화브랜드 전시회 사례로 선정하였다. 국가적 차원에서의 문화브랜드 국제전시회의 개최는 긍정적 국가브랜드 이미지를 홍보함으로써 국가이미지를 개선하고, 더 나아가 기업 및 국가 경쟁력에 긍정적 효과를 미친다. 본 연구는 국가브랜드 선진국들이 개최하는 세계 유명 국제도서전의 비교 연구를 통해 국가의 문화브랜드 제고수단으로서 전시회의 역할과 기능에 대해 알아보고, 향후 지속적인 국가브랜드 제고를 위한 전시회의 성공적 운영 방안을 제시하였다.
