        블렌디드 수업에서 교수역량이 교수효능감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 대학의 블렌디드 수업에서 교수역량과 교수효능감의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 대학에서 교수자가 블렌디드 수업을 운영하기 위한 시사점을 도출하여, 효과적인 운영전략을 모색하는 데 있다. 신임 교원 연수 참여자 102명의 응답 결과를 분석에 활용하였다. 그 결과 블렌디드 수업에서 교수역량과 교수효능감의 하위변인 모두가 서로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 개인적 교수효능감에는 수업설계, 퍼실리테이션 역량이 영향을 미쳤고, 일반적 교수효능감에는 퍼실리테이션, 실재감, 집단지성의 역량이 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 다음의 결론을 도출하였다. 블렌디드 수업의 질적 제고 및 안정적 정착을 위해서는 교수자의 교수효능감을 높일 수 있는 교수역량을 수업준비, 수업운영 단계에 맞춰 적절한 지원이 필요하다. 본 연구 결과의 결론은 포스트 코로나, 위드 코로나를 대응 차원에서 대학의 블렌디드 수업 교수전략 도출의 초석을 마련하는 데 의의가 있다. In this study, we will examine the relationship between instruction competency and teaching efficacy in university blended learning classes. To this end, the results of the responses of 102 new professors were finally analyzed. As a result, both sub-variables of instruction competency and teaching efficacy showed a significant correlation with each other in the blended class. In addition, instruction design and facilitation competency had an effect on personal teaching effectiveness. It was confirmed that the capacity of facilitation, presence, and collective intelligence had an effect on general teaching efficacy. Based on this, it was concluded that, in order to improve the quality of blended learning classes and establish them stably, it is necessary to provide appropriate support according to the stage of class preparation and class operation to improve the teaching ability of instructors to increase their teaching effectiveness. The conclusion of this study is meaningful in laying the groundwork for deriving a university’s blended learning class teaching strategy in response to post-corona and with-corona.

        블렌디드 러닝(Blended Learning)을 위한 대학 교수자의 교수역량 도출

        최근 들어 수업에 대한 효과성과 효율성이 강조되면서 다수의 대학에서는 대학 특성화를 반영한 블렌디드 러닝을 권장하고 있으나, 블렌디드 러닝의 특성이 고려된 교수역량개발 지원 등의 프로그램은 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 블렌디드 러닝에서 교수역량의 구성요소를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 블렌디드 러닝의 교수역량과 관련된 문헌들을 고찰하고, 델파이 조사로 합의도와 수렴도 검증을 통해 최종11개 역량, 32개 하위요소로 도출되었다. 수업준비 역량군에서는 ‘수업설계’, 수업운영 역량군에서는 ‘교수 리더십’, ‘퍼실리테이션’, ‘커뮤니케이션’, ‘실재감’, ‘집단지성’, ‘디지털리터러시’, ‘교수 창의성’, ‘공정한 평가ㆍ긍정적 피드백’이고, 마지막으로 교수태도 역량군에서는 ‘학생존중’, ‘교수 열정’ 등이었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 블렌디드 러닝 교수역량은 블렌디드 러닝이 교육현장에 성공적으로 정착하기 위해 교수자가 어떤 교수역량을 강화해야 하는지에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 더불어 이러한 결과는 블렌디드 러닝이 대학 교육현장에 성공적으로 정착 및 확산하기 위한 실천적 방향을 제시할 수 있다. In recent years, as the effectiveness and efficiency on teaching are emphasized, many university suggest blended learning, reflecting their characters. However, as of now, the programs supported by instructional reinforcement are almost about using the system to run the blended learning, but it is hard to find the programs to improve their competencies. Therefore, this study aims to figure out what constitutes teaching competency. The teaching competency of the blended learning is extracted from literatures and delphi survey. Specifically, the competency in the teaching preparation consists of instruction design. The competency associated with teaching operation is crucial and necessary in the blended learning. It is made up of eight competencies such as their leadership, facilitation, communication, teaching presence, collective intelligence, digital literature, and creativity, fairness evaluationㆍpositive feedback. Lastly, the attitude of professors constitutes two kinds of abilities containing their respect for students and their passion, which are not directly related to teaching. That is, the total number of eleven competencies and thirty-two infrastructures is made from this process. Therefore, the teaching competency developed in this study offer the information about which parts of it should be strengthened by the instructors to successfully settle down the blended learning. Moreover, the result can allow the instructors to reflect on their teaching, and allow the teams of teaching support to provide proper educational programs according to their level of competencies.

        프로젝트학습 경험이 대학생 핵심역량과 학습몰입에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 프로젝트학습 경험이 대학생 핵심역량과 학습몰입에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 6주의 프로젝트학습을 적용한 교과목을 실험군으로 선정하여 수업을 진행하였고, 수업 전 비교집단과의 동질성을 확보하기 위하여 사전검사(문제해결력)을 진행하였다. 그리고 프로젝트학습 경험의 효과성을 파악하기 위하여 프로젝트 수업이 종료된 후 학기말에 대학생 핵심역량과 학습몰입도를 진단하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 실험진단과 비교집단에서 수집된 대학생 핵심역량 평균차이 분석, 대학생 핵심역량과 학습 몰입도의 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 프로젝트학습은 대학생 핵심역량 중 중재, 타문화 이해 및 수용능력, 의사소통역량, 종합적사고력, 학습몰입에 효과가 있었다. 그리고 프로젝트학습에서 종합적사고력과 의사소통 순으로 학습몰입에 영향으로 미치는 것으로 검증 되었다. 이 연구 결과를 토대로 프로젝트학습이 효과적으로 확대될 수 있도록 교수-학습전략을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of project based learning experience on the core competencies and learning flow of university students. In this study, a course that applied 5 weeks of project based learning was selected as an experimental group, and classes were conducted, and a preliminary test (problem solving ability) was conducted to secure homogeneity with the comparative group before class. In addition, in order to grasp the effectiveness of the project based learning experience, the core competencies and learning commitments of college students were diagnosed at the end of the semester after the project based learning class was completed. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, an experimental diagnosis and an analysis of the average difference in core competencies of university students collected from the comparative group, correlation analysis between university students core competencies and learning commitment, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, project based learning was effective in mediation, cross-cultural understanding and capacity, communication capacity, comprehensive thinking ability, and learning commitment among the core competencies of university students. In addition, it was verified that in the order of project based learning, comprehensive thinking ability and communication had an effect on learning commitment. Based on the results of this study, a teaching-learning strategy was proposed to effectively expand project based learning.

        언텍트(Untact) 학습코칭 프로그램 운영 사례 연구

        본 연구는 COVID-19 상황에서 비교과프로그램 운영의 한계를 넘어 개인 맞춤형 프로그램의 일환으로 언텍트학습코칭을 운영하고 이 프로그램의 효과와 지속 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 사례대학의 2019-2021년 언텍트와 면대면 학습코칭에 참여한 학생들의 만족도와 학습코칭 일지 내용을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과를 정리하면 첫째, 언텍트와 면대면 학습코칭 모두 프로그램 참여 학생들의 만족도가 높았다. 둘째, 언텍트와 면대면 학습코칭 모두 공부방법, 학습동기, 시간관리, 대학생활, 전공 및 진로 등을 주제로 진행한 학습코칭이 다수였다. 셋째, 프로그램 참여 학생들은 학습방법 습득, 학습의 방향 설정, 자기성찰 등 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 넷째, 언텍트 학습코칭 프로그램 참여 학생들은 코칭 완료에 대한 공지 서비스를 요구하였다. 이와 같은연구결과를 통해 언텍트 학습코칭의 효과와 지속 가능성을 확인하고 개인 맞춤형 프로그램으로 학습코칭의 새로운방향을 제시하였다. This study tried to implemente Untact Learning Coaching in the COVID-19 situation, and to verify the effectiveness and sustainability of this program. To achieve this purpose, the satisfaction of students who participated in face-to-face and Untact learning coaching within 2019-2021 of the case universities and the contents of the learning coaching journals were compared and analyzed. The results, first, both Untact and face-to-face learning coaching showed high satisfaction among students in the program. Second, in both the untact and face-to-face learning coaching, the majority of learning to coach were conducted on the topics of study method, learning motivation, time management, college life, major, and career path. Third, the students in the program positively evaluated learning methods, set the direction of learning, and self-reflection. Fourth, the students in the Untact Learning Coaching program demanded a notification service for the completion of coaching. Through these research results, the effectiveness and sustainability of Untact learning coaching were confirmed, and a new paradiam learning coaching was suggested as a personalized program.

        가스크로마토그래피/질량분석기를 이용한 약물의 확인 및 간이 정량분석 프로그램 개발

        Systematic toxicological analysis (STA) means the process for general unknown screening of drugs and toxic compounds in biological fluids. In order to establish STA, in previous study we investigated pattern of drugs & poisons in autopsy cases during 2007~2009 in Korea, and finally selected 62 drugs as target drugs for STA. In this study, rapid and simple drug identification and quantitative analytical program by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was developed. The in-house program, “DrugMan”, consisted of modified chemstation data analysis menu and newly developed macro modules. Total 55 drugs among 62 target drugs were applied to this program, they were 14 antidepressants, 8 antihistamines, 5 sedatives/hypnotics, 5 narcotic analgesics, 3 antipsychotic drugs, and etc. For calibration curves, fifty five drugs were divided into four groups of range considering their therapeutic or toxic concentrations in blood specimen, i.e. 0.05~1 mg/l, 0.1~1 mg/l, 0.1~5 mg/l or 0.5~10 mg/l. Standards spiked bloods were extracted by solid-phase extraction (SPE) with trimipramine-D3 as internal standard. Parameters such as retention times, 3 mass fragment ions, and calibration curves for each drug were registered to DrugMan. A series of identification, semi quantitation of target drugs and reporting the results were performed automatically. Calibration curves for most drugs were linear with correlation coefficients exceeding 0.98. Sensitivity rate of DrugMan was 0.90 (90%) for 55 drugs at the level of 0.5 mg/l. For standard spiked bloods at the level of 0.5 mg/l for 29 drugs, semi quantitative concentrations were ranged 0.36~0.64 mg/l by DrugMan. If more drugs are registered to database in DrugMan in further study, it will be useful tools for STA in forensic toxicology.

        최근 3년간 국내 변사체 중 약독물 검출 유형(2007~2009) - 약독물 검출 시스템 확립을 위한 목표 약물의 선별 -

        The majority of forensic autopsies in Korea are performed by the National Institute of Scientific Investigation (NISI), and the NISI has carried out about 4,000 cases annually. Total 4,578 autopsies were performed by NISI in 2009, among them 2,918 cases (64%) were carried out at main office of NISI in Seoul, which is in charge of Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi province. In this study we investigated pattern of drugs & poisons in autopsy cases for recent three years in Korea. Postmortem specimens (bloods, gastric contents, etc) from autopsy cases by main office of NISI during 2007~2009 were screened for drugs & poisons. Using laboratory information management system of NISI (iLIMS), the kinds of drugs & poisons and the frequency were investigated. As the results, 1,705 cases were negative to drugs & poisons, it occupied 58% of total 2,918 autopsy cases in 2009. During three years (2007~2009), the kinds of drugs & poisons detected in specimens were 206, 185 and 203, respectively, and top three drugs were atropine (anticholinergic), chlorpheniramine (antihistamine) and lidocaine (local anaesthetic/anti-arrythmic). These drugs were supposed to be used not so much for suicidal or homicidal purpose as for therapeutic purpose in hospital. Meanwhile cyanide showed the highest frequency of poisons during 2007~2009, and the frequency was 32 cases in 2009. In case of pesticides, poisoning by paraquat (herbicide, 17 cases) showed the highest frequency, and methomyl (insecticide, 9 cases) and glyphosate (herbicide, 7 cases) were followed. Finally we selected 62 drugs as target drugs for systematic toxicological analysis (STA) for Korea. Poisons such as pesticides, natural toxins, volatile compounds should be included for STA in further study.
