        선형회귀분석과 머신러닝을 이용한 암석의 강도 및 암석학적 특징 기반 세르샤 마모지수 추정

        Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) use multiple disc cutters to excavate tunnels through rock. These cutters wear out due to continuous contact and friction with the rock, leading to decreased cutting efficiency and reduced excavation performance. The rock’s abrasivity significantly affects cutter wear, with highly abrasive rocks causing more wear and reducing the cutter’s lifespan. The Cerchar Abrasivity Index (CAI) is a key indicator for assessing rock abrasivity, essential for predicting disc cutter life and performance. This study aims to develop a new method for effectively estimating CAI using rock strength, petrological characteristics, linear regression, and machine learning. A database including CAI, uniaxial compressive strength, Brazilian tensile strength, and equivalent quartz content was created, with additional derived variables. Variables for multiple linear regression were selected considering statistical significance and multicollinearity, while machine learning model inputs were chosen based on variable importance. Among the machine learning prediction models, the Gradient Boosting model showed the highest predictive performance. Finally, the predictive performance of the multiple linear regression analysis and the Gradient Boosting model derived in this study were compared with the CAI prediction models of previous studies to validate the results of this research.

        태양전지 제조용 세정장비의 건조모듈 유동해석

        Hot air flow simulations of the wet station dryer module for the solar cell cleaning were conducted. Air incident angles such as to the substrates (45°), to the bottom (90°), and to the wall (135°) were considered. Based on the simulated velocity and temperature profiles, appropriate incident angle was proposed, and it was well matched to experimental results. Additionally, uniform and non-uniform air hole sizes of the tube were compared for the uniform air flow distribution through the batch.

        라이프스타일 패션 사진의 표현형식에 따른 소비자 반응에 관한 연구

        The main objective of this study were to investigate the consumer responses which represented four types of fashion photography's expression. The results of this study were as follow : The related variables to consumer responses on life-style expression types were significant differences according to another three expression types. Consumer's responses by the fashion photography of life-style were very delightful and positive, moreover life-style fashion photography's expression should show the feeling of realism be relative to daily life. The life-style plays an important role in expanding fashion photography's expression of the 21th century as it makes fashion photography a creative idea, and the life-style will go far toward presenting the new tendency of fashion photography, and the life-style images will satisfy the public demand for novelty and were effective sales tools.

        Rotational plating process design with computational fluid analysis

        During the semiconductor manufacturing process and equipment development, we designed a face-up type electro-plating process and equipment including technologies of single wafer processing, wafer handling, and cyclic fluid delivery. In this study, with the help of computational fluid dynamics, we presented the flow effect on the wafer from the viewpoint of the coating uniformity. Process and hardware parameters, such as the electrode rotating speed, the gap between the electrode and the wafer, and the electrode shape were considered. The electrode height of 10 mm exhibited the best results, and this may be caused by the shoulder gap location to the outlet duct. A rotating speed of 5 rpm was shown to produce better results than those at other speeds. The butterfly wing and the meshed disk electrode showed a similar tendency in terms of the rotating speed and the gap. However, the butterfly-wing-type might show less uniform results than those of the meshed disk due to its original non-uniformity in the circumferential direction in case of lower rotating speed.

        패션사진의 에로티시즘 표현유형에 따른 소비자 반응 및 구매의도에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the consumer responses which represented two types of eroticism, to identify the effects of purchase intentions by brand preference and expression types of fashion photography. The results of this study were as follows: The related variables to consumer responses on eroticism expression types were significant differences according to direct and indirect expression types. The indirect expression types of an erotic fashion photography proved to be more investigated than the direct expression types. There were significant difference in sex, but male-female's responses on erotic fashion photography were very high. And If consumer's responses by the fashion photography of eroticism were very stimulant and negative, the brand preference and purchase intention can be low. So indirect image of erotic fashion photography influenced most significantly on the consumer's purchase intentions.

        현대 패션 사진의 포스트모더니즘 경향에 관한 연구

        The main objective of this study is to analyse how the tendency of postmodernism in contemporary fashion photography is expressed, and it faces and searchs for the direction the 21 th century's fashion photography should take. After thorough examination and analysis, there have been revealed such a notable characteristic as follows. 1. The expression of using for photo's mechanism. 2. The expression of using for Surrealism. 3. The expression of separating from product. 4. The expression of using for the disharmony of fashion and materials, backgrounds. Understanding the consumer's consciousness and sensibility, it should be able to need the direction of the true meaning in contemporary fashion photography. The postmodernism plays an important role in expanding fashion photography's expression of the 20th century as it makes fashion photography a creative idea, and in new millennium, the postmodernism will go far toward presenting the new tendency of fashion photography, and the postmodernism images will satisfy the public demand for novelty and were effective sales tools.

        쌍 체임버 기반 장비의 로드락 구성에 따른 생산성 분석

        Productivity is one of the performance indices of the semiconductor equipment in manufacturing viewpoint. Among many ways tried and adopted for improvement of the productivity of the FAB equipment, variation of equipment configuration was considered and its effect on the throughput was analyzed. Parallel machine cycle charts that were generated based on the equipment log were used in the analysis. Efficiency of the equipment due to change of the structure and the probability of the usage in the manufacturing process were examined. The results showed that the modification of the control algorithm in the equipment and the redistribution of the process time for each process and transfer module along to the change in the structure enhance the throughput of the equipment.
