        병원 간호사의 동료간 돌봄-배려행위, 전문직 자아개념, 재직의도의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to understand the relation of peer group caring interaction, Professional self-concept, and Nurses' Retention. The subjects of this study are 133 nurses who have worked for more than three months at five general hospitals with more than 300 beds in S city. As a result of the study, nurses' retenstion was higher than those of under 25 years of age between 30 and 35(F=3.313, p=.039).The professional self-concept of hospital nurses has been identified as an influence factor of intent to serve. Professional self-concepts have been shown to be better with higher peer-care and consideration(r=.397, P=.004). The peer group caring interaction behavior can occur not only between colleagues but also between managers. Therefore, it is necessary to proceed with the manager's group caring interaction as a follow-up study.

        로버스트 선형혼합모형을 이용한 필드시험 데이터 분석

        연속측도의 반응변수가 반복측정된 실험 자료의 분석을 위해 흔히 선형혼합모형이 사용된다. 그러나, 잔차의 분포가 이분산성이거나 비정규성을 가질 때 표준적인 선형혼합모형은 적절하지 않은 결과를 가져온다. 잔차의 분포가 두터운 꼬리를 가진 비정규분포를 보이는 타이어 필드시험 데이터를 로버스트 선형혼합모형에 적합시킴으로써 보다 더 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 분석결과를 얻을 수 있다. 추가적으로 신뢰성 분석 결과를 제시한다. A general linear mixed-effects model is often used to analyze repeated measurement experiment data of a continuous response variable. However, a general linear mixed-effects model can give improper analysis results when simultaneously detecting heteroscedasticity and the non-normality of population distribution. To achieve a more robust estimation, we used a heavy-tailed linear mixed-effects model for a more exact and reliable analysis conclusion than a general linear mixed-effects model. We also provide reliability analysis results for further research.

        인상채득 방법이 임플란트 보철 작업모형의 정확도에 미치는 영향

        Osseointegrated implant prostheses are to provide normal function without compromising the unique interaction between the tissue and the implant. The essential requirement for the osseointegrated implant prostheses is passive fit of abutment. Therefore, the impression must be accurate and reproduciable since the resultant master cast precisely duplicates the clinical condition. The purpose of this study was to compare the accuracy of the master casts obtained from five impression techniques. Group 1 : To take impression with indirect technique and Impregum F. Group 2 : To take impression with unsplinted direct technique and Impregum F. Group 3 : To take impression with splinted direct technique and Impregum F. Group 4 : To take impression with unsplinted direct technique and Xanthano. Group 5 : To take impression with splinted dierct technique and Xanthano. The results were as follow : 1. In taking impression of Impregum F, there was no significant difference between to use of indirect technique and unsplinted direct technique.(p<0.05) 2. Unsplinted direct technique with Impregum F is less accurate than splinted direct technique with Impregum F or Xanthano and unsplinted direct technique with Xanthano.(p<0.05). 3. There was no significant difference between splinted direct technique with Impregum F and unsplinted direct technique with Xanthano.(p<0.05) 4. Splinted direct technique reproduce more accurate than unsplinted direct technique.(p<0.05) 5. Impression plaster produced less distortion than polyether.(p<0.05) As a result, splinted direct technique with Xanthano was the most accurate technique. As a result, splinted direct technique with Xanthano was the most accurate technique in this study. In addition to dimensinal changes in the materials used, positional errors were also attributed to the mechanical components used in the transfer porocess. Although the errors measured were relatively small, this study demonstrates the potential for distortions with the transfer technique used. Further study is indicated that ?the technique will be able to reproduce the intraoral relationship of implant fixtures reliably and predictably.

        Y2K가 세계를 긴장시키고 있다. 컴퓨터의 연도인식 오류는 '밀레니엄 버그'에 앞선 '99버그'로 새해 벽두부터 세계 곳곳에서 혼란을 일으키고 있다. 그런데 우리 한국은 심각한 Y2K문제 앞에서 어떤 모습을 나타내고 있는가. 미국ㆍ일본 등은 96년도부터 대책을 서둘러 왔는데 우리는 98년에 뒤늦게 협의회를 구성했는가 하면 일반엔 홍보는 뒷전인 채 문제가 생겨도 정보를 서로 나누지 않고 어물쩍 넘기는 것이 아닌가. Y2K를 이겨내는 현명한 지혜가 아쉽다.

        田作物 種子更新의 現況과 問題點

        For upland crops the returns from the investment in variety developmet and improvement are manifested through the increased production and superior quality of the crops grown from the new varieties. The varieties must be distributed widely, and rapidly, and sufficient seed or vegetatively propagated materials must be produced so that the varieties can be grown on the farms in the area in which it is adapted. The benefits from the improved varieties can be realized through growing the certified seed with sufficient genetic identity, purity and plumpness. Of the upland crops including wheat and barley, soybeans and other legumes, minor cereals and root and tuber crops, currently important crops were evaluated for the current situation and problems of seed renewing systems, and for the status of the crop production and demand and supply to find out practical problems in seed production. Solutions to the problems have generally been found from the investigation and long experience. For increased production and grain quality improvement of malting barley and rye, seed renewing programs should be strengthened in the near future. Certified seed supply and shortening of good quality seed renewing-year interval must be made through improvement of varietal and regional seed renewing systems. Particularly, for emergent need of wheat seed, foundation seed storing system must be established. In, soybeans six-year interval renewing system would be desirable in practice and should be fully practiced. Soybean seed production has been conducted by the Farmer’s Corporation Agency in accordance with increased soybean production assistance plan. However, certified seed production system and good quality seed production techniques must be applied desirably. Government-leading purchase price for the soybeans produced by farmers must be increased for farmers’ willingness to produce more soybeans. For corn sufficient amount of certified seed must be produced because a quantity of corn seed has been imported to meet the demand. In 1990, estimated amount of corn seed 1,500 to 2,000 M/T would be needed for silage and grain corn production. Past experience of suplus corn seed suggests that low temperature seed storage facility is to be facilitated for safe storage of high quality of corn seed.

        有ㆍ無限伸育型 콩 品種間 雜種初期世代에서 量的形質의 遺傳力 및 形質間 相互關係

        This study was carried out at the Crop Experiment Station, Rural Development Administration, Suwon, Korea in 1990. F₁ and F₂ generations from crosses between four determinate soybean cultivars of male parents(Hwangkeumkong, Jangyeobkong, Paldalkong and Suwon 148) and two indeterminate soybean cultivars of female parents(Clark and L63-2404) were used as materials to study on the inheritance of growth characters and yield components. Heritability estimate for days to maturity was fairly high. Stem height, number of nodes on mainstem and mainstem dependence rate of number of nodes and pods had relatively high heritabilities. The heritability of branch-related and yield-related characters was low. Genotypic and phenotypic correlations were significantly positive between seed weight per plant and most of growth or yield components except 100-seed weight. But highly negative correlations were existed between seed weight per plant and mainstem dependence rate of number of nodes and pods. Path corefficient analysis revealed that number of seeds per plant had the greatest direct effect on seed weight per plant, while the total number of nodes per plant and number of nodes on branches showed the greatest direct effects on the number of seeds poer plant.

        성인 남성의 기본 상의 원형 비교 연구 -3차원 가상착의 시스템을 이용하여-

        This study did a comparative analysis on the patterns of several male bodice slopers, followed by evaluating the appearance through a virtual garment simulation, which used a three-dimensional virtual garment system. Through this process, this study attempted to comparatively analyze the suitability of the garment or each sloper according to body parts. The analysis of the drawing formulas of bodices slopers had the following results. With a standard chest size, all six slopers had a 1:4 ratio for a front and back chest size; 1:5 or 1:6 for a front and back breast size 1:5 or 1:4 for a neck base circumference; and 1:20 or 1:12 for the chest size. When comparing the anthropometric figures and the actual measurements of each body part for the bodice slopers, the actual measurements secured extra amounts in the drawing process. The evaluation results for appearance of the six men`s bodice slopers showed that the slopers used by companies (E and F) had top scores followed by the slopers made for (C and D), while the sloper for education (A) received the lowest scores. Regarding the results of the variance analysis verifying the significant difference between the slopers, twenty-five items had significant differences with the exception of four items on the front side and one item on the backside.
