        체중관리 프로그램이 비만여대생의 신체조성, 신체적 자기효능감 및 체형불만감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to test the effects of 10 weeks of combined exercise training program on both body compositional and psychological factors in obese female college students. Fifteen obese(% body fat ≥ 30) female college students who took physical activity classes had participated in a combined exercise training program, a mixture of aerobic and resistance exercise. After 10 weeks of exercise training, body weight, % body fat, and body mass index(BMI) were significantly decreased. In psychological aspects, the total score of physical self-efficacy was significantly increased after the exercise training program. Perceived physical ability factor, a sub-factor of physical self-efficacy, was significantly different after the exercise training program, but physical self-presentation confidence, another sub-factor of physical self-efficacy, did not show any significant difference. Dissatisfaction on body shape was assessed by the body shape questionnaire(BSQ). The total dissatisfaction score was significantly reduced after the exercise training program. Among three sub-factors on dissatisfaction, only fear for being obese was significantly different after the exercise training program. The other sub-factors did not show any significant differences.

        대학 유도선수들의 운동-학업동기가 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향 : 노력-보상 불균형의 조절효과

        This study aimed to examine the effect of athletic and academic motivation on the intention of athletic continuation among student-athletes and to verify whether the effort-reward imbalance moderates the relationship between athletic-academic motivation and intention of athletic continuation. To test this hypothesis, data from a total of 173 student-athletes who registered in the Korea Judo Association in 2022 were collected, and descriptive statistics, validity and reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. The SPSS Process Macro Model 1 was used to test the moderating effect. The results revealed the following findings: First, athletic and academic motivations of the student-athletes were positively correlated with intention of athletic continuation, and a negative correlation was observed between athletic motivation and effort-reward imbalance. Second, in the relationship between athletic motivation and intention of athletic continuation, effort-reward imbalance showed significant moderating effects. However, in the relationship between academic motivation and intention of athletic continuation, the moderating effect of effort-reward imbalance was not significant. Based on these research findings, in order to enhance athletes' intention for sustained participation in sports, it is essential to develop strategies that promote athletic and academic motivation, while ensuring that appropriate rewards are provided for their efforts.

        자극의 가속 및 감속 조건에 따른 숙련도별 농구 패스의 예측 타이밍 수행의 차이

        이 연구의 목적은 불빛 자극의 이동속도가 농구 패스를 정확하게 예측하고 수행하는데 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고 이러한 결과가 기술수준에 따라 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 숙련자 7명, 초보자 7명의 대상에게 불빛 자극의 이동속도(4m/s, 3m/s→5m/s, 5m/s→3m/s)가 다른 실험과제 상황에서 불빛 자극이 목표지점에 도착하는 시점과 일치되게 체스트패스를 수행하도록 하였다. 실험과제는 각 자극조건 당 4회씩 총 12회가 무선으로 제시되었으며, 매 시행마다 예측 타이밍 수행의 차이를 확인하기 위해 절대오차, 항상오차 그리고 가변오차를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 숙련자가 초보자에 비해 예측 타이밍의 정확성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 감속 및 등속 조건이 가속조건에 비해 타이밍 정확성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 타이밍 수행의 경향을 측정한 항상오차는 숙련자가 초보자에 비해 적은 오차를 나타냈으며, 감속 조건이 가장 적은 오차를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 타이밍 수행의 일관성을 측정한 가변오차는 기술수준에 따른 주효과만 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 숙련자가 초보자에 비해 수행의 일관성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 종합해보면, 숙련자가 보다 예측 타이밍 수행능력이 높은 것으로 확인되었으며, 감속 조건이 다른 이동속도 조건에 비해 보다 낮은 오차를 보인 것으로 나타났다. The study was to investigate the effects of stimulus velocity and passer’s skill level on anticipation timing performance. Fourteen subjects(seven novices and seven experts) were required to make a total 12 passes in coincidence with an experimentally manipulated moving light signal in randomly presented three different conditions(4m/s, 3m/s→5m/s, 5m/s→3m/s). Results of analyses showed that absolute error(AE) and constant error(CE) were greater in constant acceleration of the moving stimulus. In addition, experts were more accuracy and consistency than novices on absolute, constant and variable error(VE). These findings indicated that stimulus velocity served as the major determination of anticipation timing performance of passing.

        운동선수의 스포츠동기와 노력-보상 불균형, 그리고 그들의 그릿과 탈진의 관계 탐색

        본 연구의 목적은 운동선수의 스포츠 동기와 노력-보상 불균형 그리고 그들의 그릿과 탈진의 관계를 확인하고, 프로 리그형성유무를 기준으로 집단에 따른 차이를 밝히고자 한다. 연구대상은 대학소속 운동선수로, 513명의 자료를 연구에 사용하였다. 조사도구는 스포츠 동기 척도, 노력-보상 척도, 그릿척도 그리고 탈진척도가 포함된 설문지를 연구목 적에 부합하게 제작 후 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 변량분석, 신뢰도분석, 타당도분석, 상관분석 그리고 경로분 석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 분석을 통해 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동선수의 스포츠동기, 노력-보상 불균형, 그릿 그리고 탈진은 성, 프로 리그 유무 그리고 훈련빈도와 하루훈련시간에 따라 집단간의 차이가 나타난 부분이 있었다. 둘째, 운동선수의 스포츠 동기, 노력-보상 불균형, 그릿 그리고 탈진은 의미있는 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 운동선수의 스포츠동기, 노력-보상 불균형, 그릿 그리고 탈진 사이의 영향력 있는 경로가 형성됨을 확인하였다. 또 프로 리그 유무에 따라 경로의 변인에 대한 영향력이 일부 다르게 나타나는 것을 확인했다. 이를 통해 운동선수의 탈진에 운동선수의 동기, 노력-보상 불균형, 그릿의 영향을 받는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 도출된 변인간 경로에서 확인할 수 있듯이, 선수가 인지 하는 노력-보상 불균형도 의미있는 심리변인이며, 이에 대한 연구가 지속될 필요성을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between athletes' Sports motivation and Effort-reward imbalance, their grit and exhaustion, and to reveal the differences between groups based on the existence or non existence of professional league formation. The subject of the study was university athletes, and 513 data were used for the study. As a survey tool, a questionnaire including the sports motivation scale, the effort-reward scale, the grit scale, and the burnout scale was used. The results derived through analysis are as follows. First, sports motivation, effort-reward imbalance, grit, and exhaustion of athletes differed between groups according to gender, professional league existence, and training frequency and training time. Second, there was a meaningful correlation between sports motivation, effort-reward imbalance, grit, and exhaustion of athletes. Third, It was confirmed that an influential path was formed between athletes' sports motivation, effort-reward imbalance, grit, and exhaustion. As can be confirmed from the derived path between variables, the effort-reward imbalance perceived by athletes is also a meaningful psychological variable, and it is confirmed that research on this needs to continue.

        시각적 자극 속도에 대한 농구패스 유형이 예측 타이밍 수행에 미치는 융합적 효과

        이 연구의 목적은 리시버의 움직임을 모사한 불빛자극의 이동속도와 농구 패스 유형에 따라 예측 타이밍 수행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있다. 실험을 위해 10명의 대학생에게 세 가지 이동속도를 무선으로 제시한 후 불빛자극이 목표지점에 도착하는 시점과 일치되게 체스트 패스와 바운드 패스를 수행하도록 하였다. 실험과제는 패스 유형별로 각 속도조건 당 4회씩 수행하여 총 24회가 무선으로 제시되었으며, 매 시행마다 항상오차, 절대오차 그리고 가변오차를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 세 가지 시간오차는 가속조건일수록 크게 나타났으며 체스트패스가 바운드패스에 비해 타이밍의 정확성이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과들을 통해 자극의 이동속도와 농구패스의 유형이 패스의 예측 타이밍 수행에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인임을 확인하였다. This study was performed to investigate the effects of receiver’s moving speed and pass types on anticipation timing response. Ten subjects were required to make a total of 24 passes in coincidence with an experimentally manipulated moving light signal in randomly three different conditions by performing chest and bound pass. Results of analyses revealed AE, CE, and VE increased as moving velocity became constant-acceleration condition. In addition, chest pass was more accuracy and consistency than bound pass on AE and CE. These findings indicated that moving velocity and pass type served as the major determination of coincident timing response on passing in basketball.

        리시버의 이동속도에 따른 농구 패싱 동작의 사지내 협응형태

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of receiver’s moving speed and passer’s skill level on intra-limb coordination patterns(angle-angel plots and cross-correlational coefficients) among shoulder, elbow, and wrist joint of right arm during passing in basketball. The subjects(five novices and five experts) were required to make a passing in coincidence with an experimentally manipulated moving light signal in randomly presented three different light speed(1.5m/s;3.0m/s;4.5m/s). Qualitative analyses of angle-angle plots disclosed that 1) passer’s skill level had differential effects on all angle-angle plots, 2) receiver’s moving speed had no differential effects on angle-angle plots in novice, but expert appeared different decoupled coordination patterns according to increasing stimulus velocity. Quantitative analyses of angle-angle plots using correlational coefficients revealed that 3) novice was high correlational coefficients in shoulder angle vs elbow angle plots(x-axis) as compare to expert. These results mean that novice adopted the freezing strategy of degrees of freedom in order to increase movement controllability, but expert accepted the releasing of degrees of freedom, resulted in enhancing movement flexibility. We suggested in based on these results that research paradigm for temporal accuracy should shift from information-processing approach into dynamic system approach focusing on coordination patterns, stability variables, and control parameters in the future.

        운동선수들의 탈스포츠동기 요인 탐색

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the constructs of sport demotivation. To explore the constructs, four open-ended questions were presented to 144 collegiate athletes who are belong to 8 different sport teams. With the inductive and qualitative content analysis, 7 factors were emerged and named for the sport training demotivation; reduced physical condition, excessive training, psychological readiness deficiency, training program dissatisfaction, sport setting, interpersonal problems between teammates, and less skilled performance. And for the sport competition demotivation, 6 factors were classified; negative psychological condition, reduced physical condition, competition leading position, loss of control, less skilled performance, and interpersonal problems between teammates.

        무도선수들의 완벽주의 성향과 탈스포츠동기의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to see if there was a relationship between perfectionism and sport demotivation which includes sport training demotivation and sport competition demotivation, and to find out which factors of perfectionism minght be the predictors of sport demotivation. To confirm these two hypotheses, a total of 204 martial art athletes completed multidimensional perfectionism scale and sport demotivation scale. With the data gained from 204 athletes, correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between perfectionism and sport demotivation. Additionally the perfectionism subscales were entered into the regression to figure out which subscales are the predictors of sport demotivation. First, it was found that there was a certain relationship between perfectionism and sport demotivation. Second, it was found that other-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism had positive effects on negative training atmosphere and reduced self-confidence of sport training demotivation, while self-oriented perfectionism had no significant effect on sport training demotivaion. In addition, self-oriented perfectionism had a negative effect on reduced performance ability and loss of goal of sport competition demotivation, while socially prescribed perfectionism had positive effects on both of them. Meanwhile, other-oriented perfectionism had a positive effect on loss of goal but a negative effect on reduced performance ability of sport competition demotivation.

        자극의 속도와 이동거리가 농구 패스의 계획과 실행 및 정확성에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 자극의 이동속도와 이동거리가 패서의 기술수준별로 정확한 패스 동작을 수행하는데 필요한 동작계획시간과 동작실행시간, 그리고 패스의 타이밍 정확성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 초보자 15명과 숙련자 15명의 대상에게 불빛 자극의 이동속도(1.5m/s, 3.0m/s, 4.5m/s)와 이동거리(2m, 4m)가 다른 과제 상황에서 불빛 자극이 목표지점에 도달하는 시점과 일치되게 패스를 수행하도록 하였다. 실험과제는 각 조건 당 5회씩 총 30회가 무선으로 제시되었으며, 매 시행마다 추정반응시간, 동작시간, 그리고 타이밍의 정확성을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 초보자와 숙련자 모두 자극의 이동속도가 동일한 조건에서는 이동거리가 길어질수록 추정반응시간과 동작시간도 길어지는 것으로 나타났다. 단, 숙련자의 경우, 자극이 느린 속도로 이동할 때에는 자극이동거리 간 동작시간의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 절대오차는 느린 속도로 이동한 경우를 제외하고는 중간조건과 빠른 조건 모두 자극의 이동거리가 길어질수록 타이밍 정확성은 높아졌다. 또한 초보자와 숙련자 모두 자극이동거리가 길수록 패스의 타이밍 정확성은 높은 것으로 나타났다. The study was to investigate the effects of ball receiver`s moving speed and moving time(in distance) on passer`s movement planning(measured as estimated RT), movement time, and ultimately on temporal accuracy(timing error) of passed ball. Fifteen novice players along with fifteen expert players were required to make a total of 30 passes in coincidence with an experimentally manipulated moving light signal in randomly presented six different conditions, i.e., in three differing light speed(1.5m/s; 3.0m/s; 4.5m/s) and in two differing moving time(operationally manipulated in moving distance: 2m or 4m). Analyses of data disclosed that moving stimulus velocity and stimulus duration had differential effects on eRT(estimated reaction time), MT(movement time), and ultimately on timing error as a function of skill level, respectively. Analyses of eRT and MT data using three-way ANOVA with repeated measures revealed eRT and MT were smaller when there was less time available as resulted from increasing stimulus velocity with reduced moving duration. Timing error was greater when stimulus velocity was faster and duration was shorter, but expert were more accurate than novices in the all stimulus conditions. These results were interpreted to mean that moving velocity and moving duration served as the major determinants of temporal accuracy of ball passing.
