        휴대폰의 3차원 CAD 파일을 이용한 FDTD 모델링

        본 논문에서눈 빠른 모델링과 정확한 계산을 위하여 상용 CAD인 PATRAN을 이용하여 3차원으로 설계한 휴대폰을 1 mm 해상도의 FDTD 모델령으로 직접 변환시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법의 우수성을 확인하기 위하여 3차원 과도 원거리 영역 변환법으로 계산한 복사패턴과 무반사실에서 이득비교법으로 측정한 결과를 비 교하였을 때 그 차이는 0.5 dB 이내이다. 또한,SAR과 직접적으로 관련한 물리량을 찾기 위해서 휴대폰의 전면 부에 형성되는 자기장을 계산하였다. 그 결과, 휴대폰 내부로부터 전면 방향으로 복사되거나 휴대폰 본체 길이 방향의 자기장 성분보다는 너비방향으로 흐르는 자기장 성분이 전체자기장에 가장 큰 영향을 주었다. In this paper, we propose a method that directly converts 3D CAD files for handheld phones designed by a commercial CAD S/W, PATRAN, to FDTD modeling with 1mm resolution. To qualify the accuracy of this method, we compared the calculation of radiation pattern using 3D transient far zone transformation with the measured results by gain comparison method in anechoic chamber and the difference is less than 0.5 dB. The calculation of magnetic field distributions on the front of handheld phones has been done to find a factor contributes to SAR. The result showed up the H-field in the width direction of the phone gives more dominant effect than the field in the length or inside to the front direction.

        Sclerosing mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary gland is a rare variant of mucoepidermoid carcinoma and can be confused with benign condition on clinical, radiological, and pathologic examination. A 34-year old female was found to have a parotid mass with a long history. Preoperative evaluation including computed tomography and fine needle aspiration cytology were nondiagnostic. Intraoperatively, frozen section specimens showed only low grade tubular lesion with severe background inflammatory infiltration. Final pathological examination demonstrated multiple cystic nests composed of mucinous and squamoid intermediate cells within the background of central dense, sclerotic, collagenized stroma and peripheral inflammatory infiltrate, consistent with a low grade sclerosing mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Sclerosing mucoepidermoid carcinoma is a very rare salivary gland tumor with an uncertain clinical behavior. Complete surgical excision with tumor-free margins is recommended. Postoperative radiation therapy is suggested for positive or close margins, and close follow-up of the patients is mandatory.

        Bronchogenic cysts are rare congenital anomalies of the tracheobronchial tree. Most cases present within the mediastinum or pulmonary parenchyma without a patent connection to the tracheobronchial tree or digestive tract in the pediatric age group. Cervical bronchogenic cysts in adults are rare. In this report, we describe two cases of incidentally found paratracheal bronchogenic cysts that presented as asymptomatic neck masses in a 66-year-old female with papillary thyroid carcinoma and in a 59-year-old male of Catleman's disease.

        FDTD 계산과 측정에 의한 휴대폰 SAR 비교

        SAR 추정시스템에 사용되는 phantom의 FDTD 모델에 휴대폰을 병합시켜 측정시켜 추정시스템과 동일한 상황으로 구현하영 계산한 결과, 측정값과 오차 범위 ±10%내로 확인하였으며 또한, Om P. Gandhi의 결과 오차±20%를 개선하였다. 이로써 단지 경험에 의존하거나, 제품의 완성된계에서의 별개의 작업으로 SAR을 고려하는 것이 아니라, 설계 단계에서 정량적으로 SAR이 고려된 휴대폰을 개발할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 즉, 제안된 방법을 이용하여 휴대폰의 통화품질 개선과 SAR 저감을 동시에 만족시키는 양질의 휴대폰 개발이 가능할 석으로 개대한다. 특히, 이방법은 새로운 휴대폰 개발에 소용되는 비용과 시간을 대폭 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

        SAR 저감을 위한 휴대폰 설계

        휴대폰을 개발할 때 설계 단계에서부터 SAR 적합성 시험을 고려할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법이 가능한 이유는 phantom 과 휴대폰을 실제와 거의 동일하게 모델링 한 1 mm의 고해상도 모델을 사용하여 신뢰성이 검증된 FDTD로 계산하기 때문이다. 제안한 제조공정을 이용하여 SAR 적합성 시험에서 문제가 된 휴대폰의 SAR을 저감시키는 과정을 소개한다. 본 논문에서는 사용시 인제두부로부터 휴대폰 또는 안테나가 멀어지는 형태가 되도록 하므로서 SAR을 저감시켰다. 그러므로, 새로운 모델의 휴대폰을 개발할 때 시제품을 만들어 SAR 적합성 시험을 시행착오를 반복하면서 원하는 특성의 휴대폰을 개발하는 것이 아니라 CAD 디자인, 복사 패턴, SAR 모두를 하나의 공정으로 묶어 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로 일괄처리함으로써 개발 효율과 비용 절감을 동시에 이룩하였다. We propose the row method that is able to consider the SAR compliance test from the very beginning step of developing the mobile phone. The reason this new method is plausible is that we adopt the certified FDTD for the reliability of calculation, utilizing 1 mm high resolution model that is to model the phantom and the mobile phone almost identically to the reality. In this paper we introduce the process that will apply the proposed method in order to reduce the SAR of the mobile phone that has been problematic in satisfying the SAR compliance test. It results in dropping in the SAR that we keep the mobile phone or its antenna while we use it. Therefore here we make a claim as fellows. When we develop the new mobile phone, we should use the computer simulation combining the CAD design and radiation pattern rather than make a prototype and then use the trial and error method. Moreover the former way leads us to boost up the developing efficiency and reduce the cost.

        그리스도교 미술의 역사적 고찰을 통한 전례미술의 기능과 역할에 관한 연구

        Liturgical art has the function of a medium that communicate with God in a religious world of Christianity. In other words, art expresses invisible religion to be visible with abstract symbol and metaphorical expression. A ritual has meanings of worship, admiration and participation in the festival for God living with us surpassing time and space. This study aimed to become a cornerstone of future church art development by studying the history of Christian art and the role of liturgical art in the contemporary Catholic Church. First, it has a doctrine educating role delivering messages of the Bible. The themes of the Bible shown in paintings and sculptures of all ages helps illiterates to step closer to the salvation mystery just like understanding messages of God by reading the Bible. Second, Catholic churches are the places where 7 Sacramentum including the sacrament and the baptism, the most important things in Catholic Church, take place. Also, it is the actual element and a tool of liturgical art. Third, beautiful liturgical art has important roles of rituals and inspiring devotions of believers by increasing mystery of church spaces. Human beings prefer substances they can actually see and touch to a conceptual world of letters and languages. By respect and the rosary for sacred images and objects, they raise their religious devotion. Fourth, liturgical art is the expression of religion of the church community formed over a long time in the history and the culture of perpetual Catholic Church. It plays a central role of sharing religious experiences of each community by speaking for the age and the culture and the sentiment of the people. Fifth, it has a role of evangelization and prophecy. Built churches should be recognized as a symbol of hope and salvation even to those who have never been to church. Liturgical art including Catholic churches should do a role of propagandizing Christianity to the world. The most important thing in Liturgical art is creating beauty with integrated ritual functions and artistry by harmonizing all arts including paintings, sculptures, stained glass and ritual crafts with church construction as an organic whole. Liturgical art is an act of revealing glory of God in churches with blessed creativity and the realization of holy religion through Catholic religions, development of believers' devotion and services in religious education.

      • 기하학적 궤도 제약조건에서 로보트의 최소시간 궤도궤획

        In order to maximize the capability of robot and to execute the given task during the least minimum time, this paper presents the algorithm which enables robot manipulator to move between two points in Cartesian space optimally when it satisfies the constraints of the specified trajectory function and input torque constraints. Specifying traveling path between any two points in the task space, trajectory function is described by the parameters representing joints of the manipulator and by the single parameter representing the trajectory. The trajectory function is incorporated into the dynamic equation of robot in which change in its manipulator position is expressed in terms of change in the values of the parameters that produce optimal solution. Input force torque constraints are coverted to the parameters of the dynamic equation and there is no need to restrict the range of the input torque. Phase plane is implemented that consists of the pseudo velocity and position of the joints. The pseudo velocity is derived from characterisitcs of the dynamic equation, and the admissible range of the manipulator velocity is designed on the phase plane. The above algorithm is applied to operations of the manipulator which has prismatic joint and rotational joint, and computer simulation is carried out Under several constraints, the optimal trajectory is generated and the trajectory can traverse between two points in Cartesian space with minimum time.

        비반회 후두 신경을 동반한 갑상선 미세 수질성-유두상 동시 암종 1예

        We report a case of concurent medullary and papilary microcarcinoma of the thyroid gland. We also found a nonrecurrent la-ryngeal nerve in the right side. The nonrecurrent laryngeal nerve is an unusual and potentialy serious postoperative complication. A 36-year-old female underwent right hemithyroidectomy for folicular neoplasm, diagnosed by fine needle aspiration biopsy. The micocarcinoma in other two lesions. Incidentally, we also found an aberrant right subclavian artery by computed tomography and confirmed nonrecurent laryngeal nerve in surgery. We performed completion thyroidectomy with central and lateral neck lymph nodes disection. We could not find any more carcinoma on the pathologic examination. The patient was given radioactive iodine therapy for remnant thyroid ablation. The patient is scheduled to check serum calcitonin and CEA level every 3 months.
